Shai smirked at his mate. ]'She is the cutest vixen ever, and the best thing that ever happened to me.' He nuzzled his mate, tail wagging gently. He shrugged, deciding he didn't care, as long as it wasn't in this awful place. "Anywhere the food is, my love."

Shinya grinned and brushed her head underneath her mates chin giving it a slight push up. As she did this the side of her body rubbed against his chest in a loving matter. "Than lets go get some food." She smiled putting a slight challenge into her voice.

Shai responded to the loving touch with a lick, smirking gently. She really was adorable. He nodded at her words, padding to the stairs with a sigh of relief. Finally, he had managed to get her out of here with a good excuse, though had she been challenging him? Silly vixen, did she know anything of his natural ability? She would learn now, though he did remember how he had fallen out of a tree attempting to woe her with fruit.
Sheesh, he had to make up for that.

Shinya kissed him than pulled back and stuck her tongue out at him before running off. Giggling out loud as she raced down threw the building not paying to much attention to where she was going.

"Watch where you run, love." He called out, trotting after her with a sigh. It only made sense, a calm male settling down with a hyper one, right? Wrong, but he loved her. Which brought him to the question Nuishan had snapped at him.
'Go make her your lifemate, idiot!' She had said this several times over the past few weeks, but the male had avoided the topic. Why? As he watched his mate he couldn't really think of the reason why, except he had to wait for Ari's permission since Shinya wasn't part of Lunarie yet.

Shinya called back to him. "I will silly you just worry about keeping up."She giggled more and went through the entrances' doorway leading to outside. Once she had made it there she dashed off into the woods to hide and pounce on her hopefully un-expecting mate. If not it would still be fun to pounce him.

Shai watched his mate dash off, rolling his eyes. What was she up to now? He padded off into the forest, ears perking upwards as he heard movement within the forest that sounded like hooves. Deer? He jerked his head to the side and padded over to the darker part of the forest.

Shinya tilted her head to the side as she watched her mate go off into a different direction. Where is he going~ she wondered. As she stood there she could hear faint sounds of hooves. So she looped the opposite way of her mate to see if she could get behind them.

((You should ask Rea about Shinya being accepted into Lunarie so Shai and Shin can breed)
Shai slipped into bushes, spotting two adult deer, one female one male. He smirked, the hunter crouching low. Both were healthy, and both he doubted he would have a problem killing, though the male deer looked strong fast. His eyes flicked about for his mate, wondering where she had gone off to. He could use her help herding them towards him, but she wasn't around. He would have to do this himself it seemed.

Shinya crept around the back of them. She easily found her mate across the way and the two deer. She got down on her tummy and crawled closer heading for the bucks feet. She was on a adrenaline rush. She hadn't gone hunting except the one time with her brothers. She was about to good bounds and a leap away from the male deer where she held her self perfectly still.

Shai spotted his mate, ears flicking her way. He shook his head at her, telling her not to get close, she could get hurt by the deer. Instead, he made a lunge, bounding after the deer.

Shinya jumped up as Shai lunged at the deer. She went after the deers tummy. Snapping her teeth at it. It had moved and she fell missing. Growling she got back up and attacked its leg locking her jaws around it.

Shai yelped when he saw his mate lock onto a deer's leg. She could get hurt that way! Didn't she know the deer could kick her or fall on her? The male darted forward, lunging after the deer's neck. He locked on, using his body to jerk his weight to one side, ripping a chunk from the deer. He couldn't risk it falling on Shinya's side, letting go of the deer and using his weight to ram into it's side. The deer toppled over on the side Shinya was not clamped onto, jerking and about to start flailing.
"Shinya, get off it." He called, hoping she'd get off before it started kicking so he could finish it off.

Shinya reluctantly let go. She didnt understand why he sounded so distress and almost angry but she obeyed him and jumped back away from the deer."Whats wrong?" She asked confused while circling the deer.

Shai pushed her aside just in time as a foot kicked out right where she had been. "Thats why. It can hurt you and I rather you not be hurt." He said, snapping his teeth at the deers neck, missing. He leapt over the deer and lunged at the neck once more, teeth connecting and blood dripping from the neck as the deer twitched, then went still.
