Greg stared at the floor. "You don't think i wouldn't hurt anybody?" he turned and looked at Myra, his eyes cold and stone-like. "I could've killed your sister in a heartbeat. I had her life in my hands...and i almost did too...." He imagined the feel of blood on his fingertips. "These hands have killed Myra...I hate it, but I can do it...and if i'm not careful...i will."

[lol, you said you killed Myra]
Myra looked at the floor with a sudden interest in her shoes. "Greg, I......I don't like this war either." She stopped and returned Greg's cold and stone-like gaze. "I know you could never kill anyone Greg. And if you do, it's for defense. I know you couldn't kill anyone in cold blood." She said. Myra turned away harshly an wiped away a tear before Greg could see it.

Greg looked to the ground and pondered his next move. She was going to be resilent(sp) in whatever he would say. "Myra...just don't stand in my way." he muttered. He stood up and walked to the door. "Whatever it takes commander, the next battle will be the last." he said, leaving the room.

Myra sighed "Greg, please." She said, except it came out as a whine. She turned away and collapsed onto her bed as he left. Myra held her hands above her head, a bright ball of light dancing across her fingertips. It shot up into the 'sky' and created a spectacular supernova.

Greg with Myra uncouncious in his arms appeared in her room. He stumbled slightly in re-entry, but caught himself quickly....still a little weak...He walked over to Myra's bed, and lay her lightly on it. "Sleep well my friend.." he said softly, turning away. He started for the door and stopped. He glanced at her walls and saw battle plans as well as scripted spells everywhere...how does she do it?. Masters magic and commands an army..and deals with me.....He looked to the ground and studied his tattered clothing....yes, i'm fairly powerful, maybe even a bit more then she...but she knows when and how to use it better then i do.......He shook his head lightly and walked to the door. A violent caugh made him stop in his tracks. Upon recovering from the cough attack, his hand pulled away from his mouth, he noticed a small mass of blood in his palm...it was too close this time....He rubbed the blood onto his pants, and left the room. Although, he hadn't noticed the drop that fell to the floor below him. [[Exit Greg]]

Myra's eyes flew open as the door slammed shut. She groaned and put her hand to her damaged shoulder. Myra had suffered at least four gun shot wounds during the battle...that had never happened before. That last bit of magic really tor her defenses apart. She remembered nothing, not even where she was when she spoke into her troops' minds Suddenly she remembered Greg, what he was planning to do. Myra sat straight up without even wincing. "Oh no....Greg...what are you going to do?" She muttered to herself.

Captain Zeno Angha had silently passed by Greg as he neared Myra's room, although Greg did not seem to notice him. He shot him a contemptuous look before knocking on Commander Myra's door. "Hail Commander. I would like to speak with you, if it is alright with you." After receiving no immediate response within two seconds, he impatiently opened the door. He seemed rather surprised. "I apologize, Commander Myra, but should you not be at the infirmary?" Zeno's own wounds weren't any better. He had just received treatment on his shot leg and arm and was limping around in red-stained bandages. He had bruises everywhere, most notably on the face. He waited for Myra's response, for he had something very important to discuss with Myra.

Myra sighed as Zeno entered. Why could she never have a moment to rest? "I'm fine Zeno." She told him as she hoisted herself up. She noticed she could see the bones in her arms and she quickly tried to pull down the sleeves of her torn sweater. Myra crossed her arms, careful not to put to much pressure in the area below her rib cage. The bandages were wrapped around the area tightly, along with the waist and shoulder area. She took a quick glance around the room, which was barely noticeable. Nothing stolen, quite a mess and...a speck of blood? It certainly wasn't hers, her wounds had been bandaged.

Zeno Angha stiffened and attempted to salute, causing sharp pain to his leg and arm. He winced slightly, although attempted to remain stately. "Yes, ma'am. I'll make this quick." In Zeno's eyes, he was being extremely nice.
"As you may have seen, our technology is seriously lacking. During the recent battle in Snowtown, we barely won the battle. We managed to capture all the Redcoat paratroopers--but at what cost? Snowtown is all but obliterated, and many of our soldiers are wounded or dead. Our dragon squads have taken a hit as well--three dragons were lost in the battle, and several are wounded."
Zeno cleared his throat and continued. "We need to upgrade our technology--especially in regards to aerial defense. We need anti-ballistic missiles to protect us from Redcoat ICMBs. We need modern fighter jets to protect our cities from Redcoat bombers. We need missiles to knock Redcoat hoverships from our skies! Currently, we have none of those things, and our capital is very much vulnerable to Redcoat attack!
"Once I have recovered, ma'am, I am planning to propose the construction of these weapons systems to the Blue Council and ask for funding. However, Commander, I need your support."

Captain Zeno Angha looked at Myra and blinked in surprise, as if he did not expect this question. "We'll build it ourselves, of course, ma'am." He stopped and cleared his throat, his ranting voice filled with disgust and contempt towards nobody in particular. "We lack even the basic technological advances! For too long we have relied on our magic, waiting for a time that the magic will fail us. We need factories, we need arsenals, and we need good weapons. We need guns, tanks, planes, and missiles. We can no longer rely solely on our wands and magic to protect ourselves from the full might of the Redcoat Army. When we build factories and arsenals, every Bluecoat will have a gun in their hands and hundreds of tanks supporting them. The Blue soldier would feel secure knowing that the sky is being patrolled by their very own fighter jets. The Bluecoats need these technological advances. We need them. Or else we'll be trampled under by the Redcoat Army."

((You'd better start practicing writing... your writer's block has been affecting you for some time now.-_-))
Captain Zeno Angha cleared his throat. "We will get the necessary materials from the appropriate places, of course. We get metal from mines... and other stuff from factories and uh... other places. Our land is rich with resources. We should use them. We can get wood from the forests that are not inhabited by fairies or other magical creatures. We can get coal from deep mines in mountains. We can get workers from our large population.... you get the point."

[It's not my fault. I've already tuned out for the summer...a week before finals. But I'll try my best!]
Myra nodded. "Alright. Like I said you haver permission. You'll need at least 400 workers. I'd recommended recruiting Greg, because he is after-all, the specialist." She told him. A small nagging voice in the back of her mind said it probably wouldn't be a good idea for them to be working together because they didn't get along very well, but Greg should be informed of the plans. Myra glanced outside her window and noticed the sun was setting. She had been planning to go for a swim before the sun set. It would be refreshing after a long battle. It had taking it's toll on her, and the rest of the army. Myra turned back to Zeno. "Is that all?" She asked.
[This took me an hour....I sorta got distracted. Had to do something. But Since I wasn't typing for a hour gaia logged me out and when I went to finish the post and clicked submit...it said I had to log back in...and I had to write everything again. And it took me 5 minutes...and was 2x longer.]
