She craved companionship almost as much as she had craved a home, which she now had thanks to her benevolent God.The wind started to recede and she silently thanked Kalachakra for changing the weather so she could make it across the mountains. The journey too and from Shambala was approximately a week, and she was finally nearly the end of that. Day was just breaking on her 7th day, which meant that she should be seeing the cliff side that overlooked a massive forest.
Withing ten minutes she stopped before the large drop and looked down. It had been many months since she's traveled this far from Shambala, and already she missed the warmth there. It was winter in the surrounding areas, so the tree tops were painted a luminescent white. Shivering involuntarily, she made her way down the steep path leading down into the forest.
It was unusually quiet for early morning, but that didn't alarm her very much. What with the cold, many creatures would still be asleep.
Stepping lightly, she moved over the compacted snow and walked into the forest looking around. She didn't know how long it would take her to find foxes willing to come with her but she refused to head back until she had.

 Conall braced himself against the cold of the wind and snow. When he first deiced to do this he thought it was a good idea. Now he was thinking it wasn't so much a smart idea. He could't even remember his original reason why he wanted to travel across this frozen barren land in the first place. Maybe that was just the cold getting to him or maybe he really was loosing his mind out here.
He closed his eyes and trudged on. He hadn't met vary many animals and most that did, mostly birds kept telling him that somewhere in the mountain range was a lush green guardian full of life and warmth. His insides warmed just thinking about it. He pictured himself lying by a river soaking up the sun. What he wouldn't give to feel the sun on him once again.
Of course he was brought back to reality when he tripped over a hidden tree root in the snow. He fell stomach first into the snow taking a face full. He lay there for a second trying to think if he really wanted to get back up or not. A place like the birds described couldn't possibly exist... and he though he was crazy. He closed his eyes. It would be allot easier to just stay there.

 Oh dear, oh dear. These were the thoughts running through the mind of the starry blue vixen as she trudged through the snow. She would have said them aloud, but she half-feared the cold would freeze her tongue. She'd had to stop several times to put her paw over her nose to defrost her own breath.
Poor Cecilia wasn't quite sure how she'd even got here in the first place. One second it was warm, then BOOM! Snow, everywhere. She'd hoped that if she just kept trudging along it would get better. That's how it usually worked for her, anyway. So far all her trudging had give her was several rocks to trip over and a tree dumping it's snowy burden on her head. Suffice to say the winter landscape was no more fond of Cecilia than any other landscape.
It wasn't over yet. Cecilia tricked over something, a large something, and went sprawling into the snow. "Oh dear," she sighed into the powdery substance. She half-wanted to just burrow into the snow and rest a bit out of the wind. The object she'd tripped on was warm enough, so maybe there was heat under the ground?
If she'd turn to look Cecilia would have discovered that what she had tripped over was, in fact, another fox.

As Conall lay there he was sure he was going to be pulled into the cold shivering darkness. He didn't know if he would be able to have the strength to get up. He had tried once but wasn't able to get himself out of the snow. So finally he just gave up and closed his eyes.
"So much... for finding a sanitary..." He managed to mumble before he blacked out.
He wasn't quite sure how long he was out. It much have been a few hours... or so he thought. He was jolted awake when something big hit him. Or rather when something tripped over him. He moaned lowly then looked up at spotted something in the snow next to him. He wasn't quite sure up it looked like a fox.

Was that a moan? Cecilia turned her head to the side. What she thought was a big rock was actually a blue fox!
The vixen jumped up, panic giving her a small hit of adrenaline. "Oh dear, oh my. Sir? Are you alright? Did I hurt you?" He was so blue! What if that wasn't his nature color? What if he was dying from the cold? What if she'd killed him?!
Cecilia paced around dithering, half tripping over her own paws. What should she do? Should she move him? But where to? She cast her vision around. Those looked like rocks, maybe they would provide some shelter from the wind.
So, on her usual impulses, Cecilia grabbed the much larger male by his scruff and began to tug. If it wasn't for that adrenaline shot she'd have never managed it. As it was the poor male's neck would probably be sore, once he could feel it again, and she slipped and slid the whole way.
Turns out the rocks were in the lee of the wind. That alone made everything seem a bit warmer. Cecilia scratched at the ground to remove some of the snow and pulled the male over so he wasn't laying in ice. Cold, he must be cold! Should she lay on top of him for more warmth? She hesitated, not sure how coherent the male was or what he thought of her handling.
((Let me know if you want me to edit that, since she moved Conall.
Ya know, it occurs to me with them on the mountain, Kea totally missed them XD ))

 Aylin sighed and looked around the dense forest. She had a feeling she needed to be here on this snowy wind blown mountain. However if you asked her the reason why she would probably just glare at you and move along on her way, a sign she had no idea herself. She had actually liked being out in the open more. The forest, at least in the area she was in, was dense and hard to navigate. Finally with a last tug she managed to free herself from the bramble and emerged out into the elements again. Unlike most foxes Aylin actually liked the elements. She had grown up in a similar place and actually liked the bitter cold, although she would admit this was a bit much for her taste. Visibility was also pretty bad and Aylin liked relying on all of her other senses.

Kea wandered for what seemed like hours, but it was however only a matter of minutes. Sighing heavily, a shiver raked through her body. Blast this cold weather. She had been too accustomed to the warmth of her home, and now was no match for the frigid weather. Steeling herself to deal with the problem at hand, she paused by a tree when she spotted something out of the corner of her eye.
"Hm?" She looked over in time to see something very blue moving through the trees. Considering everything was white, the color really stuck out to her and she decided to investigate. Turning she walked through the brush of the trees and spotted another fox, a non too happy looking one at that.
"Hello!" She called out to the other fox, but it did not appear to hear her because it kept moving away. "No, please wait!" she chased after the fox until she was right behind it. "Excuse me...?" On closer inspection she could see that it was a female like herself, "I do not mean to bother you Miss but....you look rather cold...and i was wondering if you're in need of a sanctuary?"
(ooc Kea still in mountain range, just a section where it dropped off into a plateau of forestry)

Aylin paused when she heard something behind her and turned around to see a rather bright and colorful fox standing behind her. “Sanctuary…? I guess I am” Aylin decided speaking out loud. She had a feeling she had to come here. Maybe it was to come to this sanctuary. “I take it that’s why you are out in this weather?” Aylin asked. The other fox looked rather cold and uncomfortable. "I'm sure however you are a lot colder than me however"

He moaned again when he heard a strange voice. The only thing he was able to make out was that it was Female. He was weak and unable to even speak words. He figured if he moaned and made noises that she would see he was still alive and maybe she could help him. He was thankful that she took it as a sigh and grabbed him by the back of his neck. This he admitted was a little uncomfortable but glad when she dragged him into the little makeshift cave.
"Th... Thank you..." He managed to get out as he shivered. "If you... you could... would you mind... sharing... your body warmth...?"

Kea smiled happily, "Well...if you truly are looking for a sanctuary....I know the perfect place. You would be protected...warm...and there is plenty of food to go around...." She sat in the snow and scratched the back of her head. "Mm...." She giggled softly, "Yes i have to admit....it is extremely cold this winter..." She shivered.

"Oh goodness, I suppose I am warmer than you at the moment." It was true. Cecilia might have been freezing before, but the work of dragging the male and shoving snow to clear ground and make walls had definetly raised her body temperature. The downside to that was she had used a lot of energy to do so, and would need to eat as soon as possible.
Cecilia stood there for a moment, swaying as she dithered about how to go about this. Well warmth coming from the ground always felt better than warmth from above, so many try to wiggle under his a little?
She flopped down on the ground and, like a kit, crawled forward. She nudged her head so that one of his paws lay over her neck and his chin on top of her head. He had rolled half on his side in the process, and Cecilia's body was pressed so closely against his that it would have been hard to tell at the point of contact who had the dark blue fur and who had the light blue fur.
((Just to clarify, is Conall free or were you and Inara plotting to put him and Kea together?))

Aylin looked over at the other vixen and cocked her head to the side. "well this cold doesn't really bother me, but a chance to rest from the wind and food sounds good. you cant really find anything to eat up here. Suddenly the wind shifted directions a bit and died down enough for Aylin to smell something interesting. "ah apparently you arent the only fox on this mountain. There seem to be one or two other foxes up there. Perhaps you should offer this sanctuary to them as well."

Conall shivered as he looked up at her. He wasn't quite sure if she was going to do it. It was kinda a weird thing to ask but it was freezing and he had hoped she would consider it.
"Mm... at the moment..." He shivered. "Yes... you are..." he gave a small smile.Now that he got a good look at her he was rather surprised to see her coat. She was a dark blue with a type of a star pattern. He was happy when he saw her flop down and crawl under him. "Oh ho... god yes..." He shivered as he snuggled into her. "Warmth..." He shivered but even as he did a smirk crossed his lips. He had a female snuggled close to him and boy did it feel good. "Oh yea....."

Cecilia smiled. She was glad she could help this fox, though she had to admit the physical closeness was somewhat embarassing. The resulting blush probably only made her body a bit warmer.
Cecilia would be the first to admit she didn't know much about the world. Her twin sister was as much her opposite as her twin, and was fiercely protective. Ceciliar glanced around the snowy landscape, half-expecting to see that firey coat pop out of the snow.
"So, what brings you here?" Her face creased mournfully. "You didn't get lost too, did ya?"
