Alright, so the new organization is organized similarly to the old Gotei 13. I'm thinking that they can all have a specialty so here's a list I'm trying ta come up with
1st Division: er...can't think of anything other than being the leaders...
2nd Division: Stealth and Tactics (Assassination)
3rd Division: hm...maybe Vizards?
4th Division: Medical
5th Division: Soul Retrieval Force (essentially a force made to retrieve whatever souls they can from the ruins of Soul Society)
6th Division:
7th Division:
8th Division:
9th Division: Information Gathering and Distribution
10th Division: Wasteland Scouts (wanderers on the surface of the world to find weapons and anything else that can be used against the espada)
11th Division: Combat Specialists
12th Division: Research and Development (considering the problems of reproduction for the Bounts I'm thinking a lot of them'll be here)
13th Division:
So none of these are definite except the really concrete ones from before like the 2nd, 4th, 9th, and 11th.

Hm... Well I don't see any defense units. sweatdrop And maybe things like undercover spies! rofl Although that is somewhat similar to Division 9.
Division 10 (wasteland scouts) could be in charge of finding various weapons and items to use against the Espada and others. Then I guess there could be a team for recruiting others to the divisions.
Otherwise, that's all I got.

Defense units... who do you think would be best suited for that? I'm trying to go a bit on the personalities of the past captains and the flower meanings and whatnot. A team for recruitment I think would be the Soul Retrieval Force...

Races
Vizards: Can be on either side and can hold positions as Espada due to the power of the Hogyoku.
Bounts: Can be on either side, big conflicts here. They're trying to find a way to spread the reproductive gene of Yoshino so that they can keep their species alive. They'd probably be in 12th Division for research.
Espada: Well I'm thinking Nelliel is on the Division's side so beyond that I think they'll all be with Aizen.
Shinigami: Not so numerous anymore since Soul Society -essential haven of souls- is so difficult to venture into. They often hold rank of captain or lieutenant.
Humans: Major increase in power over the years due to continuous exposure of high spiritual pressures from the wandering hollows and espada on the surface of the world. They have enough power now to exit their bodies in a manner similar to a gigai and -unlike shinigami- they can use a limited amount of their abilities in their own bodies. They're strong enough now that they can hold rank as lieutenants and captains.
Slaves (still humans): Humans who try to survive as Fraccion to the Espada since they're not considered worthy of such a title no matter their power. They have to be more cautious than any other fraccion because they can be used as a snack by their Espada at any moment in time.
Quincy: Also few in number even though they're working on it. Uryu died of old age but passed down all he knew to his descendants.
This is what I've got so far. We're a team here though, so tell me what you think should be changed up or added to! =D
