MsAmyBug [.Heart of Glass.] Okay, I can explain the picture in the Trial Day 2 sticky!! _______________________________________________  First theory:As you can clearly see, he isn't running from the fire. He's running to/from whatever he saw in the window. My guess it was Sasha having dinner with Gino. Ian was running to show Sasha the pills he found in Gino's stuff. It doesn't even look like he noticed the fire! Second theory: Doesn't that dudes hair look very blonde? And, isn't Ians hair sort of brownish honey? You know what that means. It's an imposter! It's not really Ian! ZOMG! _______________________________________________ AND!

Wow, this guy is low. So far he has confused witnesses and used otherwise harmless information to his advantage, insulted Rufus because he BARKS, turned Gino against Ian, and broken Ian's heart.
If it was anybody else, I'd say that Pbot just needed a hug, but I am so poed at him for screwing up this amusing trial that I would seriously consider taking a mechanical engineering course so that I could rewire him and make him into a MaidBot or something.
And aren't Bots illegal? So Ian's being emotionally attacked by an illegal lawyer?

I object to this trial and the ruthless attack on the defendant's emotional well-being that the prosecution has launched. I object to the nessecity to discuss Ian's feelings for Sasha in public court. I also object to the prosecution's assumptions that Sasha has no feelings for Ian. Thank you. DBot should have pushed harder when Bucho was cracking, but since the entire affair was quite likely his doing, the judge wouldn't have allowed it had he tried. They have similar builds, so Liam could dress like Ian to frame him. But he doesn't seem smart enough to think of that by himself. He was told to do that by Bucho. Bucho edited his evidence by enlarging the Ian fake. This enlargement covered the three window things below for two frames. What was there? Bucho also looks incredibly similar to Labtech X. Same skin tone, same body shape...But Bucho doesn't seem the smart type either. I believe Gino Gambino got the head guard to work with him in this, also recruiting Liam. This way, he could get rid of Ian, freeing his path to Sasha. With cronies, his cronies could take the hit instead of him, alowing him to escape. If you have anything that can convince me that Ian is guilty, send me a message with your proof. I will then say he is guilty. But I have piled alot of stuff into his innocence. Ps: It would be easy for Bucho to plant fake evidence; he is the head of security, and so would not have a fear of being caught tresspassing or something. The fingerprint on the container? I say it's fake. It would not be there if that bottle had just gone through an inferno. Any moron can place a fingerprint from one place to another. Bucho could do all of this under Gino's orders. wilting Wow.
All I can say is I think Bucho and whatshisname the butler are up to something. And Johnny Gambino's rotten corpse is somehow not a rotten corpse but ALIVE. The watch took the bullet. xD
And that Pbot was probably developed by G-corp before it died.

under.the.mask Alright. Now I've been reviewing the last event pictures and such It's obvious the fire started in the lab where the grunnies were unleashed by this man.  Now. Bucho obviously has a bit of an agressive behaviour just by the way he acted in court. Seen HereNow i'd like to point out another thing. The skin color This is him meeting with Gino  This is the skin color of both the G Corp man and Bucho  LOOK AT THOSE KNUCKLES! Kinda fimilar I'd say. Oh, may I mention he has the same build as the KILLER of Johnny too? looks like the same build to me. Hood disguises the shape of his head though. damn. A lot of people think the killer lookes to petite. I say its just a bad picture of him. you really can't tell how big the person is with flowing robes like that.  Also. For those who disagree on the whole 'killing Gambino' Part. Look at the hands. These I have magnified so you may seem them better. Yes you can't see the knuckles but the shape, length and largeness of the fingers is evident. who else do you know with this big of hands? Well...wait if you look close you can see a bit of a knuckle..hm. Too big of hands to be girls though so it is a male. Also Too big of hands to be that daintly little butler {Geebus or something stupid like that} The guy HAS to be strong to be able to hold a sniper in one hand most snipers need two hands on it at all times They're heavy.  NOW! Bucho is big and musclar just like the guy who let the grunnies out has been in the family for a long time worked with Johnny Is in security so obviously he has access to every place in the house. Only evidence I'm missing is WHY he's done it... why did he kill Johnny? Why did he try to kill Gino in the fire? Why is he trying to kill off the Gambino family...what's in it for him? Think about it! it's the perfect place to be. If you want to kill a family, become part of their security. no one would expect someone who's supposed to protect the family to kill them. He could be next in line for the heritage...or the Gambino's could have insulted him. Hell! Look what he said to the D-bot. Your thoughts? (by the way, I'm not saying that Ian's innocent or guilty. Just putting in my info on who I think actually did it. I'm waiting for all the evidence) OH! yeah umm. he's defensive about his job... So maybe Johnny insulted him after The Von Helson sisters were able to steal Gino? Saying he didn't do his job about protecting Gino... Dark_Armagedon First, Almost everyones theroy has to do with liam framing Ian. What would laim have aginst Ian? What I ask you? Second, Almost everybody says the Video stills are fake. Yes, the fire dosent move. I know for a fact that the artist dident think we would notice they were the same... as for the missing minute in the video clip, We'll find it out later... Quite going off about it. Thind, If you think I'm saying this to prove Ian is guilty, NO! I rater see Ian getting off free and something big happening to everybody. And finally, All you people who keep saying "DEATH TO IAN!" Ian is going to be imprisoned, not killed if he is convicted. I dont think anyone was killed in the fire so he wasen't indirectly responsible for any deaths. Quit being a dumb a** and stop saying it. TristaNayo Ian is indeed innocent! This is a theory that I have. Pbot was made by Liam. Liam even said that he builds robots. He was probably planning this for a while. They are rivals. And then, he made a robot that looks like Ian to start the fire. The only reason that Ian didn't want Sasha to go to the party is because he is jealous of Gino and is scared that he might try to take her away from him. Liam then paid Bucho to edit the tape to make it look like Ian was guilty. As for the pills... Well.... Ian probably needed them for gas....... Witch_Myso I think Ian is innocent!
I think that Johnny K. Gambino is the one to blame!
If you look at the comic strip that says "Gambino has been shot!"
You see that his watch was shattered in the picture. I think it gives fair game for suspision.
Also, I think it'd be better for the storyline if they make Ian innocent because the race will be on to find out who started the fire, and why. [Black-Ice] innocent! Take the icon below! KitanaKitsune Ian is innocent. In my opinion, Bucho is framing him, in fact, I believe he's the one who did it. He probably drugged Ian to make it look like he did it. The court didn't specify what kind of drug it is. If you haven't noticed, Bucho is a bit bitter about the last incident that invovled people's lives. HufaMumpFairy i think geebus is involved.. especially after what he did to Dbot.. i think he did it on purpose.

I mean, I really don't know whats going on and stuff, but from what I've read so far... I really don't think Ian did it. And Bucho is kinda creepy, but why would Bucho frame Ian? I know he's got the best background for it, but Ian? Surely there's better NPC's to frame. Hitoma Hitoma I've been trying my best to stay away from theory threads.. conspiracy threads, etc. I want to first get things from the trial posted itself. I wanted to collect the things they have shown in the trail. There are things that pop into my head that I'm STILL curious to wonder, "What the hell?" Or "How in the hell?" Things happened. For example.. Look closely to the security footage of the night the mansion was in flames. You see Ian at 10:31 PM looking through the window.. ................. 10:33 PM.. You see Ian running from the window and where he is at. At 10:34 PM Ian is not there but the flames keep growing. Now then. Where the hell is 10:32 PM? Anything! ANYTHING! Could have happened at 10:32 PM. That is hard evidence that COULD POSSIBLY prove Ian innocent or guilty. There HAS to be a reason in why 10:32 was left out. Why would a man stand there for two minutes and watch the woman he loves surfer as the building starts to burn into ashes? -I think not. He's even said that he loves her. For a shy man to admit his love for her.. That's a big step. Also there's the pill bottle that gets to me. How can a fingerprint stay in nice shape when it's melted? Wouldn't the fingerprint also be smeered or deformed in some way? So how could they get a complete match up of Ian's finger print? We all saw how badly the bottle was melted. But there was only ONE fingerprint on that bottle. Didn't Ian hold the bottle tigthly in his fist to make sure Sasha would get to see it? And WHY exactly didn't they SAY what the hell pills were originally inside the bottle. Did they remove them? Or did they burn in the fire? But then again. If THEY burned in the fire... Why would ONE SINGLE Fingerprint of Ian be left on that bottle? Kinda makes you wonder... huh? Another thing to think of. There was Grunnies set free. Zombies now running around in the mansion trying to eat human brains. Something easily could have set fire and started the place up in flames. A human/Gaian trying to get free of the Zombies and tried to get them away by starting a fire. There's so most to consider that could have or didn't happen. There's a lot to think of, I know that. And I'm not going to vote Ian innocent or Guilty until I really come up with a good conclusion. As of now.. There's no soild proof that it was him. Hell they could have made his one single fingerprint get on there by him just simply touching it during jail and they could have cut out a important minute in that security footage. I know this will be one hard vote for me to do.. It's going to be hard.. confused shizuka_satsujin Ian is Ian, it really doesn't matter what his last name is.
Also, for all those Ian bashers, He is innocent and Gino even said it technically, the bot never lets them finish there sentences. Gino told Ian to save sasha and leave him, meaning he knew he would live. The bot pushed Ian to say he would do anything for love.
If you are voting guilty just to see a plot twist, you really need to reconsider, if you vote Innocent then the admins will have to think of a way for the story to become even more twisted, Ian will have to confess to sasha, Him and Gino might become friends.

angelchii you know there are other threads sayings that "gino"'s actually gambino, it makes alot of sense since when he was shot, the bullet didn't hit him but instead it hit his pocketwatch, and they, thinking why would he be interrested in sasha, me, thinking that maybe he knows that gino likes her and just acted like it...-_- The Dragon Queen shizuka_satsujin People, Ian does not have a brother, we have never seen his father, so why would they randomly bring them in? Please use some logic....
I'm still thinking Gino died and Johny Gambino lived. He had the pills not Ian and he used them to make him look younger in order to frame Ian.DeathAngel-Mew I still stick to Ian and Liam being brothers, but none of them are guilty! ninja

Sunstar333 People have been saying that Ian could be a Gambino or a Von Helson. His looks are similar to the Von Helsons. His money skills are like that of the Gambinos. BUT!!! His personality is like neither. He is not snobby. He doesn't have an ego. He is honest, hardworking, sensitive, and a spazball at times... but hey... he's nice despite that. Plus... his money comes neither from gang acts (This is how lots of rich people that are like Johnny K Gambino go down... is by other big buisinesses that have some crime involved), nor is it a big inheiritance,(within the case of the Von Helsons [so I know anyways{Kinda like Paris Hilton}]) but rather... from running a store... very similar to Sam Walton... founder of Wal-Mart... and from Arkansas while I'm at it. I think Ian is a missing link. EI... the Von Helsons are supposedly dead... and Gambino was thought as no more for a while... so it WOULD be feasible if there is a third rich and renowned family that we know nothing of. This is where my theory kicks in. Ian must be part of this third family, running a bunch of clothing stores. They got rich of their honest work. They weren't like the other two. They were above them. Then... the Gambinos and the Von Helsons must have had a grudge against them. The Gambinos and the Von Helsons kept trying to bring them down. The Gambinos were closest. Johnny K Gambino (As we all know [if you bothered to read the trials]) took Ian's store from him. This boutique happened to be on Johnny's so called turf. So he took it. Ian... in dismay... moved inland. He managed to start up a business in Barton... as a plain ol' Ian... but his family name had been blown away with the wind. Ian disliked them now. Never to hate though. Ian survived and thrived. Now... as we see here... Ian is being persecuted. Now... I have one suspect: Bucho The frames: 1) You can cut out layers and merge them into new layers... which I consider that this was done in the 33 time frame. This is probably the position in the mystery x 32 frame. 2) Working with the above... if 33 is really the mystery x... then what is 33? Good question. It is either a) a really good SPRINT, or b) (which I think is much more probable) a jump over the rail onto the 1st floor ballroom. 3) But know you ask "What about the other two frames? You never mentioned them!" Very good question. These two are unchanged. in the first frame... this is a reasonable pose. This MIGHT be from after he talked to Gino... and who knows, he could be crying there too! Second and third frame... according to my theory... would be the running to prepare the jump and the actual jump. Now for the fourth frame. This is most likely a result from Newton's law of gravity... Gravity is the gravitational pull on an object. This means that Ian would fall at the same rate of acceleration: 9.8 meters per second. He would accelerate until a) air resistance would catch up with the increasing acceleration, or b) (which is much more probable... considering his fall height and the property of gravity, Gravity come from gravitational pull , that he'd get past the bottom of the screen in about 1 second. Very simple science people! 4) The flames don't move. Why is this? This is most likely gradient fill. I use this in most of my pictures that I draw. In my photoshop rip off program (Really... It's Arc Impression... but it still functions like Photoshop) has gradient fill... and you could cut and crop out a section... and fill it with the flame pattern. Make the cut shaped like a fire. No problema... and you have your film... go down for an explanation of why I called it a film 5) I don't now if you haven't noticed... but these are film STILLS. These are supposed pictures of video. Is this REALLY from a film... or are they just a set of doctored up pictures that were fabricated by Bruno? 6)Liam could pose as Ian with ease. In the store... Liam goes "Ian? I never heard of him." Shady. Edmund goes "Gambino shops here, so you should be greatly please." or sumthin like that. Another give away... but if you read the New Year's comic... Fisherman Logan is involved... but I can't figure this out... gonk Now... to the pills: they were with Ian and Sasha the whole time... even when they got out... so how'd Bruno get this supposed pill container in the back? The infamous fingerprint: fingerprints can be repealed from one place and put into other places with scotch tape. Any idiot can do that. Considering Ian wasn't near the place of the fingerprint... someone must have peeled a fingerprint... because anyone in that house had made contact with at least 1 thing in the house. All this person had to do was trace the one fingerprint. Now... Bruno is head of security... so he can plant all of this stuff without the fear of the average person. Of course... all of the citizens of Gaia have together solved this. Now... he is not a suspect... but DR 123 CAUSED the fire. Not on purpose though. This was an accident. No big deal. The only big problem was that the house burned down to the ground... so no biggie. Also... it was only enough to burn the 1st floor... so the mansion just collapsed after that. In conclusion... I think that Ian is innocent... Bruno is trying to get the third family's even LARGER fortune, and doing so by framing Ian ridding the evidence of a third family. Bruno should get arrested for false evidence. And now... to the Liam theory... Liam was an average joe who ran away from home and made his own buisiness. The end for Liam... of is it? Shyreen I'm really thinking it was Liam. He could have easily framed Ian in the restricted zone (i.e. Blonde Hair), and he could have motive (I think that Sasha and Liam are related -Haircolour, skin tone, home island-).
Another reason why I think it's him is because he's experienced in Robot Componets. Everyone's noticed that the Defence Bot goes "clang clang", signifying a crappy interior, to be blunt with it.
And then there's the fact that Liam wasn't interrogated at the witness stand. Let alone mentioned in the Trial at all.

anguls kushinoda if you read through every jouranl for the elftechs, as well as read the questing for the trial, you would be able to note taht there were a few odd things that happened
elftech info: 1) an elftech that saw santa said he was dead 2) the elftech that said santa was dead also climed to see a grunny run off 3) an elftech recived a green vial, rather it was the zombie or the cure who knows 4) a elftech said that there was no way they could have made a new mech-santa suit so fast 5) a elftech was killed 6) the magicen elf was hideing there as a elftech (reason unknown) 7) the mechines there kept breaking cool there was something that caused the alarm to go off leaveing 2 elfgaurds dead 9) mrs claus was acting odd the whole time 10) the elftechs where all knocked out before bein taken to s corp 11) after the event was done all elftechs oddly died (cause unknown) 12) most of the elftechs seemed to be a little mentaly unstable
trial info:
Not Guilty, The hard evidence: Ian could not get into the back exit to start the fire. In the flim It skips directly from 10:31 to 10:33. In the comic Ian was looking through a nine panaled window. In the film Ian was looking through a four panneled window. The fire originated inside the building. In the film the fire was out side the fire could not have yet spread to the out side by that time. The pill bottal was melted and the finger print would have not lasted in the flames. Ian dropped the pill bottal by the FRONT door not the BACK
Not Guilty, the situational evidance: Ian loved sasha and was her friend he would not put her in danger for some silly revenge. Ian did not have rufus with him at the time and if i may quote, "Rufus is to Ian as hair is to your head" Geebus was punched by Ian but not hard enough to break his jaw and Ian did not punch him in the eye. If Geebuses Jaw was wired he would not be able to talk When the 'bot pointed out the security problems Bucho went into an absolute RAGE and tried to kill the bot When Geebus was testifing he was talking in first persn and the Pbot was okay, when he was talking to the Dbot he was speaking in third person and caused it to short Cuircut
Guilty, The hard evidance: Exibit A shows someone who looks like ian peering through a window.[DICREDITED] Exibit B shows a pill bottle with his thumb print [DICRETITED]
