I'm taking a break from Morrowind: The Elder Scrolls.
Wish my computer had the specs for Oblivion, but, alas, it doesn't. The next one will! blaugh
I do find it encouraging the game is not mandatory online-play. There are times I just want to be antisocial and not interact with peope.

It wouldn't be so bad if online games didn't practically force you to play with other people. Why is it so wrong to want to play an online game alone? gonk

I'm fairly new to PC gaming (other than the Sims sweatdrop You see, I'm a mostly console gamer ), so I haven't played any MMORPGs.
Luckily, my computer meets the minimum requirements for Oblivion. Unfortunately, it doesn't meet the reccomended requirements. crying Mm...I have this fried who's always been a heavy PC gamer. And I go to a private school, where most of the kids are all upper middle class. So he has the ultimate gaming computer. Or at least it was about 4 years ago, you know, what with technology always improving. Anyways...his graphics card is ti-zight! And his PC is really fast. He can load the Sims 2, plus the two expansion packs in no time! So jealous. stressed

Tawney Anyone else? D: Come on, this is probably the best game coming out this year and no one else has heard of it!? I've heard of it, but I don't have an X-Box, and my PC wouldn't ever be able to process it.

I ran to my mailbox when I got home, hoping that it might have arrived today. But of course, it didn't, since I picked free shipping. sweatdrop
What sucks is that once it gets here on Friday-Saturday-ish, I'll be working like hell on a Religion project. GRR. stressed

SweetAngelOokami It wouldn't be so bad if online games didn't practically force you to play with other people. Why is it so wrong to want to play an online game alone? gonk I agree. That's one of my big problems with WoW, actually. If you want the phat lewtz, you have to deal with so many idiots and so much drama. Oy! I'm really looking forward to Oblivion. I won't be able to buy it until after our wedding because we just won't have any money, but I really can't wait. And by then maybe they will have patched a lot of the bugs, lol. It looks like it's going to be an amazing game and the physics look so stupendous!

I got this off of an Obivion website. Although I've never seen, played, or even heard of the game "Oblivion", this might be cool. (tell me if it has nothing to do with the game...)
