"Senshi of Spring." She said with a shrug. By now, she was used to people thinking that she was the senshi of flowers; it was annoying, sure, but she could also see where people were coming from with that guess. Eve had learned to simply take it in her stride... and hope that some flower senshi popped up so she could shove this mantle upon someone else. Being a senshi of a season was much more intriguing than being able to control flowers.
"Since... last October." Eve said carefully, and then blinked in surprise. Was it really so close to one year since she had been awakened as a senshi? It had felt like a ride which had gone on forever, but now looking back on it, it seemed as though it had zoomed by them so fast too. Now, she was a Super and about to enter DCU.

"It's been a while." Senri remarked, although he noted the information. That wasn't long after the initial appearances of the senshi. She must've been a great deal more experienced then Senri then.
He debated asking her for information. He disliked depending on others, feeling like he could handle this by himself. But no matter how he looked at the situation, all of the other senshi he had come across had only been recently introduced. And there was no cat to interrogate for information. This was not a favorable situation, and he wanted to sigh at the ineptness of it all.
Instead, he directed to Flora, his hands in his pockets, "Tell me, what does being a senshi consist of? Is there anything I should know?"

She nodded in response. Things had just simply escalated from there as both sides grew in number, as more were awakened and recruited. Strange events happened, and things changed. Privately, she thought that she had changed quite a bit.
Eve did perk up as he asked for basically, a starter's manual, which she was sure he had never gotten when awakened. It was common for a guardian cat to show up, shove the newly awakened senshi into a battle and then expect them to know everything. And disappeared once the henshin pen was in the hands of the senshi. "We fight the Negaverse basically. You know, youma and more importantly, the Negaverse agents. They have weapons and they steal starseeds all the time. Oh, and your Princess is the Moon Princess Serenity." An interesting fact for him was that she said that it was his princess, and not hers.

"So our daily job is to fight your daily fill of strange monsters, defeat your villains known as the negaverse, and save people's, people we hardly know, lives." He held up a hand, counting all of their objectives. "And meanwhile, we're supposed to be looking for a lost princess with no clues." It might have been an apt, but very unflattering description to the overall duties of a senshi. He caught the minor, but purposeful slip. He slid a smile back towards Eve, walking slightly ahead of her. "Our princess? Does that mean you've found yours?" He asked lightly, interested in the subject. There was more then two princesses? Who did the senshi owe their allegiance to? Which senshi were differentiated? How were they differentiated? There were questions, questions that needed answers. "But please don't be mistaken." His expression towards Eve didn't meant to offend her- it was merely that he couldn't quite agree with her expectations. "That is not 'my' princess. I'll decide who I'll owe my allegiance to." Zephyr didn't discount the fact there there was a princess that may have warranted his loyalty. But as far as the now and present was concerned, he had no obligation. If it wasn't something he could see with his own eyes, he would be wary. He couldn't trust so blindly in something so ambiguous.
"Do you have partners as well?" He remembered Sinon, the Senshi of Lies, mentioning that she patrolled with friends.

"It's an obligation." Eve said with a sigh, nodding at his blunt but very apt summary. "You'll get used to it." It had now, after a period of a year, integrated itself into her life; she would find it strange if one day, she woke up with no obligations at all. It would be nice to have a vacation, but the Negaverse never took holidays.
"My Princess is the Zodiac Princess." The blonde said with a smile. The Moon Senshi were not as lucky as her to have a Princess to look up to and follow dutifully. They did not understand. They could not understand the pull one had towards their Princess until they met her. It was a unique feeling they had yet to experience. "I'm a Season Senshi, one of Princess Chronos' Handmaidens."
"You won't understand." She told him with a shrug. She didn't blame him; Flora had never thought she had a Princess when she was first awakened. "Yeah, I'm in a few teams." A faint smile. Two, to be exact, unless one counted the Zodiac and Season senshi as separate teams. "It's better to team up, actually. I almost got killed once because I was facing three Negaverse agents." It was easy to state this casually now, but she was still bitter about that encounter.

"Ah. Do I not have a choice?" There was a smile on his face, but the smile didn't reach his eyes. He was temporarily distracted in thought, staring ahead of them with no particular focus. Which was unusual for Senri, who always had something to observe. Was he was still intent on avoiding this whole senshi endeavor? Only time would tell if Senri and Sailor Zephyr would be able to co-exist harmoniously.
"The Zodiac Princess?" Of the zodiac court? Senri was somewhat glad, and somewhat surprised to hear of one organized group among them at least. The cats were doing something other then awakening senshi (quite poorly that he might add.) "She must be an impressive princess to gain such loyalty." He smiled at Flora, certainly not meaning to belittle her princess. "So the term princess was literal then? Do we all work like the ancients courts?" Kings, Queens, Princes, Princesses, and Handmaidens? Oh my, what a colorful assortment. But that still left questions. Where were the senshi sorted into? What place did they have in that heirachy?
"I don't." Senri agreed easily, willing to admit that they had their differences in regard to their respective princesses. Maybe he didn't understand. Maybe he did. It was difficult to tell, considering that he had never seen or experienced their princess. For now, he would have to reserve his opinion. "Teaming up? It's not my style." He off-handedly remarked, not particularly planning for anything. "But I'll keep that in mind. Dying isn't one of my goals, after all."
By now, they were passing into an residential area, the houses beginning to line the sidewalks rather then business buildings.

"I wish." Eve said, tossing him a vague smile.
"She's a sweetheart." She confirmed with a laugh. It wasn't just personal bias; Eve was confident that no one could hate her Princess. Unless of course, they were from the Negaverse."Maybe you'll meet her someday." It wasn't a difficult thing to accomplish, especially if there were more senshi meetings. His question about the courts made her pause to think before she answered. "...Well, we did have a Prince. Once. Not anymore though."
"I hope you don't." She told him; they had lost too many senshi on their side. They needed to recuperate their losses. As they were nearing her house, Eve turned to smile at him. "Well, thank you for the save tonight! Stay safe, alright?"
