Christmas waves a magic wand over this world, and behold, everything is softer and more beautiful. ~Norman Vincent Peale The Morganville Vampire series by Rachel Caine and the Immortal series by Alyson Noel. There both pretty good series A lovely thing about Christmas is that it's compulsory, like a thunderstorm, and we all go through it together. - Garrison Keillor

Primr0se Everdeen Yes, I am extremely sad that this series is over. I think she could have made at least 5 books out of this. I hated the ending of the third one, the whole thing with gale.. I was kinda for both of them >.< But I am totally fine with Peeta, I wish her mom never abandoned her and nor did Gale, but that is how it was.
I think you should try and read the "Marked Series" its pretty good. Of course not as good as the hunger games, but its still pretty amazing. The first book is pretty slow but after that, its turns out to be much better. I hated the ending!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I suggest the Vampirates series by Justin Somper. I wasn't into pirates and all, but this series drew me in. Here are the books: 1- Demons of the Ocean 2- Tide of Terror 3- Blood captain 4- Black Heart 5- Empire of Night. In 2011, number 6, Immortal War, will be released.

I enjoyed reading the Eragon and Golden Compass series' and depending on your age perhaps the Artemis Fowl series. I have never read these, but I plan to read the Overland Chronicles which are also written by Suzanne Collins. I've heard a few good things about the books and hope that it is similar to The Hunger Games. There was someone in here who admitted that she would have liked the series to span about 5 books long. I agree to a more exaggerated extent. In my obsession with the books, I would like to practically live in the series, reluctant to part with the affable characters and resounding events.

baikeno999 You should read the Wind on Fire Trilogy, by Wiliam Nicholson The 1st one is the Wind Singer. Then if u like this trilogy: Read the Noble Warriors trilogy, William Nicholson too... Firtunately I actually remember the names of the books for this trilogy: 1st:Seeker 2nd:Jango 3rd:Noman The INkheart trilogy is alo good, Never got to read the last one though... I have all three INK books and I can tell you, the last one is great! I read The Wind Singer as my Lit assignment last year, it was excellent!

You Should Read "Pendragon". Like The Hungar Games, the main character is put in to danger.
