"Impressive." Yamoto smiled as the young shinigami took out the rest of the tree that he himself had fired upon earlier. The captain was also finding the amount of questions Lerato was asking him rather amusing. "Yes I can teach people who I deem ready the ability to double cast, and as of right now I believe it is only myself and Captain Kiisho of squad 12 who can double cast spells higher than that of level 40. Of course I cannot be for sure if other captains do not know how to do it, but for the most part I am fairly certain it is just me and Kiisho. Double casting is a very powerful weapon in battle, but there more techniques in kido that I can teach if your curiosity is peaked?" Yamoto had a cunning grin on his face as he rarely ever got students who were interested in kido techniques rather than just the kdio spells themselves. In the captain's opinion the shinigami of this age was more about hack and slash or punch and kick rather than the art of kido.

'Who he deems ready.' The thought lingered about in his head, filling his imagination with half conjured day dreams until Yamoto mentioned other techniques that he could teach. Running quickly through what he had learned while researching he could only bring himself to remember two other techniques, both of which seemed to be, according to the records, just as difficult to master as double casting. "I'd consider myself honored if you would. I just have one question. What are they?" He asked with a dumbfounded expression. "From what I recall, the only other techniques utilizing kido, aside from combining them with hand to hand and swordplay, were silent incantations and delayed incantations..." Lerato threw aside the notion that raw strength meant victory long ago, and had since decided to learn as much as he could about all that was around him whether they were the demon arts, swordsmanship, or even just different view points of philosophy as they would be what would truly lead him to the winner's circle in the end. 'Information is not knowledge.' He had heard Einstein's saying a million times over and yet it never seemed any less true. It was one thing to be able to regurgitate what he had heard or been taught, but to really understand it at it's most basic level was what set aside the greats, from the rest of society. He leaned against the tree, which just a few minutes prior had been whole, and jerked when the behemoth started to crack and watched with wide eyes as it came crashing to the ground. "Oops."

Yamoto sighed as he turned to face the falling tree, which was coming right at him. The captain raised his hand towards the incoming wood. Immediately a blue flame appeared out of the captain hand completely incinerating what was left of the damaged tree. "Well that was close." Yamoto smiled as he walked over to where Lerato was standing. "That was a silent cast of hado 33, and I guess you know most of the kido techniques by definition. I let you know that some kido techniques can be cast without even raising your hand. Now I believe that is all for right now, so if you excuse me I have things I must attend too." The captain began to walk back to his office, but he paused and turned to look at Lerato once more. "You can come ask me question about kido techniques any time you like." The captain smiled as he disappeared in to thin air.
