Oct 9th. Musings along the way Reivan So far, Isaac had been focused as best he could soley on running, he'd slowed considerably however and at some point he would have to focus on rest and food.. He furrowed his brow as his stomach growled and he came to a halt, suddenly feeling a numbness in his paws. They'd been pounding non-stop against the cold, wet, uneven surface of the riverbed but he hadn't noticed the pain while in his previous, almost trance-like state. As he stopped, he sniffed the air and eyed the area slowly. He shook himself off then hobbled across the shallow areas of the river to the opposite side. His legs felt suddenly weak as he made his way up the bank to the long grass, dragging himself to the shade of a tree, where he collapsed onto his side. It frustrated him that his body was tired, but it wasn't used to this much running since he'd usually take the journey at a lazy trot. He lay his head against the ground, body resting, but mind alert, taking the opportunity to analyse the situation. Food would come once he was rested. Isaac was still a long way behind Notoka and the females, this much he could tell. Other than traces of memories from long-gone packs, he had not sensed another wolf in the area for a while. He knew they weren't far from the Seer now though. Notoka would be very close, if his mind served him to remember the details of her den. Once they slowed, he'd need to keep a good distance between him and them. He was aware of how spontaneous Lera's abilities were currently, and how her mind could potentially still reach to him from this distance. He had some security however, something the old Seer had taught him was a 'mind-blocking' technique. "To keep you safe from unfriendly Seers" she'd said to him. He blinked as he recollected the words, eyes narrowing at the irony. While his mind was working to employ this mental shield, Lera would still be able to sense energy from him, but whether it was from a fish or a land-slide, she could not determine. This was one of the skills Isaac didn't want Lera learning. Her mind would be most useful to him open. "There are many things a Seer could learn to do with practice, and many things one wouldn't know was possible without guidance." the Old Seer had said to him. Isaac didn't think that she would teach this skill to Lera on a first visit, but he could be wrong. And if they'd spoken before he reached them, which seemed likely, then it couldn't be helped if she had. However, there were more important things to him which he Knew she would not teach Lera straight away. Given time though, she would teach Lera everything. He could sense that she had the potential to be a more powerful Seer than him. The younger she-wolf had more natural power, but he was dedicated, obsessed even, to controlling and developing his abilities further. And with a wider range of skills, Isaac could match her natural headstart. He released a satisfied purr, content with his progress and position. There was now nothing he could do to reach the Seer before they did, but all was good still. He should be safe. And with that thought he let his mind drift slightly. He had a tendancy to overwork his abilites, unheeding of the old Seer's warnings of madness. He was stubborn and never let his mind relax completely, which he believed would be dangerous. He had always had a paranoid spot, but here he had reason to be so. He was playing with fire..

Oct 30th. Making his move Notoka, Silva and Lera have reached the old Seer, Lewain. She speaks with Lera for a short while in private before they all head in for the night with the intention of talking properly in the morning. JadeEye "No, you're all to stay here. I want all three of you to get a proper night's sleep before you go anywhere," Lewain said firmly, flicking her tail in emphasis. "I'll be back in the morning. Don't worry, these woods are safe...nothing enters them without my knowledge." She chuckled then and nodded to the trio. "Sleep well." With that, she turned on a paw and dissolved into the darkness, leaving the three alone. Reivan Somewhere not too far away, in a small den dug into the soft ground near the river bank, Isaac's eyes snapped open. He had been sleeping while the sun still shone, resting and waiting. But now there was a sliver of a moon in the sky and he woke with a jolt, senses suddenly alert to any immediate danger. It is time..He quickly rose to his feet and crawled out from the den, kicking the small hole in before he left, burying it in the dirt. He then turned to approach the river and stepped once more into the chilly shallows. After a moment's pause to clear his mind, he began to silently make his way up the river. Reivan After a while, Isaac's pace slowed. He was getting very close, but he needed to break away from the river. He came to a halt, peering into the darkness up the river bank, his head tilted in doubt. After a sniff of the air, he felt it would be safe to move up here. First however, he turned back and began to wade slightly deeper into the river. Here it just touched his underbelly, but although the current wasn't moving too fast at this point, he didn't want to risk moving any further in just yet. He'd have to hope the 'wet dog' smell would prove too vague for them to pin down his own scent. He made his way back to the shallows, and the out of the water where he briefly shook himself off before climbing up the river bank. He then set off cautiously towards the Seer's den, moving silently through the trees. Although he had a vague idea, he couldn't be sure of the position of the other three, he was certain however that they were all in a deep slumber, exhausted from the journey. Still, it wouldn't do to run into them now. Reivan Soon he'd reached his destination safely and he could sense no other presence within the area, so he assumed the pack was a little way off still. Oddly, Lewain's den was a small cave like his own. Perhaps it was a Seer thing.. He approached the entrance cautiously still, peering into the dark. If she were awake she'd have sensed him way before now. And if he weren't a Seer with a cloaked mind, she'd have sensed him even in her sleep. He knew he would only be safe with these two factors in play, which fortunately for him, they were. Satisfied, he moved in, dissappearing into the unlit dark of the cave to approach the frail looking body of the Seer. ------------- Lewain grumbled in her sleep. Her meandering dreamself had been jolted by a realisation that all was definately not right, and she was to blame. A shadow fell over her mind, and she saw her doom, yet she felt helpless. She couldn't wake herself, subconcious guilt and self scorn holding her back. She had been a fool and now she paid. It was her time, and if this is what fate told of her death, she would be strong like a Seer should be, and embrace it. ------------- Crunch. Isaac's teeth clamped down on the Seer's frail neck, tearing her jugular. And she was dead before she felt the hot blood rushing from the wound. Her assailant's eyes widened. Blood.. His head shot forward and he clamped his jaws around her neck once more, lapping up the metalic-tasting liquid. This wasn't some sick vampiric ritual. He had planned for her to simply disappear, not to leave a great bloody stain on her cave floor. The blood continued to flow for a time, and he was growing frustrated and actually quite full. Perhaps he should just leave her, a change of plan maybe. No, they would know.. A mouse could not even pass her cave without her knowledge. She's going for a walk, and she's not coming back. Reivan Eventually he lifted his head, the bleeding had almost stopped. Isaac licked his bloody maw and stepped back slightly, head tilting slowly as he decided upon the next step. Finally he moved forward again, he grapped her neck in his jaws once more and begun to tug her body out from the cave. He moved as fast as he could, but he wasn't very strong physically. Luckily she wasn't too heavy either, so he managed to drag the carcass back to the river. Once in the water the body was lighter and he could rinse his muzzle and the remaining blood from her fur. He continued to tug her down the river, which was easier than moving against the current so he could afford to move her deeper where she wouldn't keep catching on the river bed. After a while the river became narrower and shallower at the deepest parts. Isaac moved Lewain's body infront of him and began to push her across the crossing, water pressing up to his side now. Reaching the other side he pulled her sodden body up the bank and under the shelter of the trees where he shook himself off. He was now breathing heavily, this was harder work, and definately more complicated than he had bargained on. But it was almost done with. Turning back to his lifeless companion, he began dragging her body deeper into the woods, further from the river. Eventually, he came across an almost circular clearing, where he finally let her body fall, right in the center like a grim masterpiece in a stadium. He now wished he could sleep right there, rejuvenate his own tired body, but he couldn't. Instead he stood over hers, solemnly looking down at his work before speaking. "You held too much trust in me, and taught me too much. Lera shouldn't have come. You saw her potential as i did, you must understand." he whispered, as if explaining himself, or passing the blame. The carcass would attract the attention of scavangers, especially out in the open like this, and there would be little left of Lewain's body by sunrise. Finally Isaac turned and, without a backward glance, disappeared past the treeline, finally ready to head back home along the river once more. If he did not sleep again until he reached home he could make it back before the others. *Morning* Otsune Lera did not wake from the stirring of others, but from something in the air. She opened her golden eyes before moving her body; the world seemed dark and cold, the sky grey and cloudy. A chill wind was set in the air, maybe too slight for another wolf to notice, but defiantly present to Lera. She rose her head, and looked about. Her body shivered as her fur began to rise. Something was not well. She presence she had felt by the river had returned to her, but it was very faint, long since passed. Her feet trembled and her tail quivered, the woods seemed dangerous, like a monster. " Notoka...." She wispered, very softly, perhaps to soft for him to hear. She found herself at a loss for breath, and choked on her own words.

Nov 5th. Poke the Beta Reivan On the long road back, Isaac had pleanty of time to muse and he allowed his mind to wonder. He felt pleased with himself almost, smugly proud of his hard work. And the fact that he had killed another wolf, even one he was so close to at one point, was something he refused to think of as a sin. It was a job done, and nothing more. A worthy sacrifice for a greater good. Although he hadn't become completely desensitized already and he didn't want to make it a habit, he was prepared to do what was needed to fulfil his plans. This was his destiny, and his obsession. Though whether it would prove bountiful, or the ruin of him, not even he could see. ((Christ, his morals are seriously screwed. :X ------------------------------------ Zzzrrrrp. Fast forward 'cause i'm bored of solitary RP now. domokun )) As Isaac stepped back into the familiar clearing near to his cave, he felt somewhat removed from the scene. It felt below him, a place of puphood and freedom. Something he no longer felt. He didn't want to play anymore, he just wanted to leave the area already. But it wasn't time yet.. This place had something he needed. He let out a tired sigh and began to move solemnly towards the river again. Tweek Elphaba plunged her muzzle into the pool of water, snapping at a passing fish. At the last second before her jaws caught the victim she lurched slightly in surprise, registering the fact that she had scented an unfamiliar wolf. She pulled her snount back, shaking her head, ears perking up in alertness. Her tongue absently cleaned the beads of moisture off her whiskers as her eyes searched for the stranger. It would pay to be careful. One could never know the nature of a lone wolf and Elphaba wouldn't be satisfied until she saw him. She caught sight of him and relaxed. The blue and tan wolf didn't seem to hold a hostile position and Elphaba halfheartedly approached to investigate. Reivan Isaac stood facing Elphaba a little way up the river. As her movement caught his eye, a glimpse of her immediate past, present and future was thrown into his own mind. This spooked him slightly, and he realised she must have felt something too. He had been caught off guard, not having actually been in the presence of a concious brain for a while. He made a frustrated grunt and simply watched her as she approached, furrowing his brown in an attempt to keep his mind contained. How he needed rest.. Tweek What was that? Elphaba started, jumping slightly. It had suddenly felt as if a wedging force had been shoved into her mind. In a flash of light behind her eyes she saw a muddled sort of mix of colors-a flashback? a premonition? Some of both?-and felt it instantaneously fly out of her as if carried by a sort wind. Not understanding what had happened, not even knowing of the existance of Seers, Elphaba paused. Something about the wolf in front of her gave her a strange feeling, and she felt more vulnerable then perhaps she had ever. Cautiously, she approached him, guarding herself. She folded back an ear, raising her brows as she studied him, confused. "What was..wha----Who are you?" She asked, flustered, and mortified at her stuttering voice. Reivan Isaac stared at the ground for a moment, silently cursing himself. Then it struck him, perhaps this wasn't such a bad thing.. He pulled himself together and drew in a deep breath, lifting his head high and eyeing the female lengthily. "What was what?" he said with an impatient air before moving past her to the river and bending to lap up some of the cool water. He didn't seem to have acknowledged her last question. Tweek "Wha--" About to repeat her question distractedly, Elphaba stopped midway through forming a sound. Her glass green eyes met Isaac's with suspicion as he looked her over. The shewolf let out a breath through her nostrils in a half sigh half snort and it caught in the cool morning air silver, like a dragon's smoke. "Nothing," She said awkwardly, flicking her head to the side brushing off the query. Elphie was annoyed. She was not in her element with this new wolf and that unsettled her. "Just a strange feeling," Instinctively she tried to regain control of the situation. Face in a deadpan she seated herself, flipping her tail to the side in an elegant gesture that seemed out of place here. "I'm Elph-aba." She said with a barely noticable pause as he moved to get a drink. She was getting too used to referring to herself as Elphie in her mind. "I haven't seen you around here before." Reivan He turned back to her from the river and, seeing her discomfort, his head tilted curiously, the corners of his lips twitching slightly. "Well, you may want to keep those feelings to your self next time." he said finally in a drawl. "There are wolves around not so understanding of strange things only you can feel." he continued, smiling briefly along with a slight nod. "It's nice to meet you, Elph-aba.." he said with the same pause. He was very particular about taking note of the small details like a barely noticable pause. He was then silent for a moment, eyes drifting unfocused towards the ground. Elphie's name told him of her mother. "..No, i haven't seen you either." he stated absently and quite obviously. He then looked up, this time staring poker-faced deep into the female's eyes, before a slight smirk formed across his lips and he spoke again. "So, Elphie, if i may call you this. Do you have a pack of your own?" His head tilted in question once more. Tweek "Well," Elphie huffed "I'm sorry to have troubled you with the matter, sir." Bizzare. That was the word that come to mind. The male was different than any other individual she'd come across. An soft, alien sort of energy seemed to diffuse from his core to the stale air. Something was buried inside the wolf, though his surface was as smooth as glass. It interested her and repeled her at the same time. She blandly curled the side of her lip in light annoyance as he repeated her pause, figuring he was mocking her with an exaggeration. So be it. Strange that he'd thought to call her Elphie.. "I do. I've joined under two of my childhood friends. We'll soon be heading south, I think. Do you have a name?" She echoed his tone. The meeting had turned into an odd sort of Quid Pro Quo. xD Elphaba fluffed her coat and switched her weight to make herself comfortable. Reivan "Oh it's no trouble at all. Ma'am." his eyes narrowed yet he bobbed his head curtly. "Just looking out for.. your own safety, is all." He surpressed another smirk. This wolf had such an inquisitive mind, he could feel her eyes attempting to burn right through him, which he found quite amusing really. Apparently she found him.. bizzare. Huh. 'Under.. friends'? He felt repressed pain as she spoke these words. As if she weren't entirely happy with this set up. Although she would pretend everything's dandy, she had wanted something more from... Ooo, the Alpha male? Naughty. His eyes flicked up to hers, face smug. This was intentional prying she wouldn't detect. "I see, how nice for you. And uh.. who is the Alpha you follow, hm?" he smiled innocently, "Ah.. Why yes, I do indeed have a name." He cocked his head cheekily. He wasn't ready to hold up his end of the information exchange it seemed. Tweek (( Omg. Isaac is DAMN SHMEXAY. Antagonistic little bad a** telepath-thingy. Awww-haww.. xD )) For her own safety? Was that a threat? Elphaba bristled, and watched Isaac, on edge, as he wandered lazily through his next stream of comments. "Oh. Great." Elphie responded irritably as the wolf in front of her tilted his head pertly. She rolled her eyes to the side, glancing at him out of the corner of her eye resentfully. She should have known. "Now we're really getting somewhere," She hesitated a moment, brewing over his first question, her eyes on the ground and her ears flicking back just barely against the top of her skull. Isaac was pushing her buttons just fine. Uncalled memories forced their way up at the way this wolf said 'Alpha'. Her ears folded back further still as expression left her face. "Devvyl," She said mildly, speaking from a reverie. "His name's Devvyl...and Selia," She added quickly. And in case Isaac would comment on her: "His mate. I'm their Beta... So. Wolf-with-a-name. Have you a pack?" She rose a brow dubiously. Reivan ((Lmao. He's a lanky little b*****d, was completely neurotic as a pup, and has now become something of a murderer and a chronic liar. But sure, appart from that.. He's hawt. XD )) Isaac allowed the uncertainty to brew at his comment. And only grinned at her sarcastic remarks. His eyelids had been growing heavier the whole time however, and he'd fought to show any sign of his exhaustion infront of the shewolf, but he found himself almost drifting off ignorantly as she spoke, only blinking to full attention as she addressed him. "I.. No, as i'm sure you could tell, I do not have a pack, currently. This will change though." he made an attempt at another lazy grin, but he couldn't play this game any longer while half-asleep. "I have met Devvyl before.. " he cringed at the encounter now. How he must have thought Isaac a fool.. "Only briefly, but i got the impression he was greatly impressed by my character." He let out a snort and then went to move away slightly. "I apologise, but i must depart. It was interesting meeting you.. Elphie." he stated lazily. With that he trudged back up the bank, disappearing into the undergrowth to make his way back to his cave. ((Yeah, we both need sleep, so i won't leave ya hanging. Hopefully they'll meet again soon though. T'was fun. >) )) Tweek (Yeah, it was fun, Rei! =D I shall find you again! ) "Really, you've met Devvyl," Elphaba echoed, pursing her lips wryly at his next comment. "I'll have to compare notes." She tilted her neck and picked at the fur of her shoulder. "You have a nice sleep," She said drily, waving him off by nodding her head a couple of times, eventually slowing her movement to a standstill to narrow her eyes and focus on his figure as it receded into the foliage. "I'll get your name yet.." She muttered under her breath. Elphie would see this wolf again, and she would be ready next time. She would not be made a fool of twice. (Oh yes she would XD)Elphaba's ears perked up absently in response to Soul's scent in the wind. The fox colored female was near the river. Perhaps Elphie would seek her out in a bit, she liked Soul.

Nov 16th. Candy from a baby Reivan Isaac awoke with a jolt, he was shivering twitchily, and his eyes grew wide, jaw hanging slightly. It was the first time he'd slept properly since starting the journey to the Seer. The first time he'd seen the effects on his dream/visions. ...He couldn't remember what he'd dreamt. But he always did, it was always fresh in his mind! He felt lost, and he sat there silently staring at the cave wall, mind reeling. After a while he blinked and licked his dry mouth. Perhaps that was a good sign.. Perhaps it meant they were going to leave him. They were just visions of the past, afterall, the same thing over and over. The thing he never saw with his own eyes. But what if this one had been different, something useful.. Something.. bad! He started to panic again, he bounced up from the ground and shot out of his cave blindly. Aris Ravenstar Raine was in the forest, her dirty fur in a heap around her as she lay against a tree stump and chewed heartily on a small rabbit she had somehow managed to catch. Despite the animal's size, it was a feast for the dainty pup; and it had seemed like almost a lifetime since her last meal, which most likely made this particular rabbit taste even more delicious. The small blue (and partially brown) pup's moment of pure bliss ended as she filled her stomach, and only then noticed a scent filling the air she had potentially- fatally ignored during her hunt. It was the undeniable smell of wolves; they were close, too. Perhaps they were friendly..? Reivan Isaac was now running full pelt through the forest. He'd forgotten himself for a moment, instinct and habit had overcome him and was heading in the direction of the Seer's den. He had to talk to her again, to ask her what it meant. ..That was when he ran into the pup. Well, almost. He would have crushed her if he had. Instead he'd tripped on a tree root right infront of her and gone flying over her, half skidding, half tumbling to a halt a few feet beyond her. He lay still on his back for a while, eyes wide again. It didn't cross his mind that he may be injured.. What had he been thinking, he'd forgotten what he'd done already?? "She's dead.." he whispered aloud. Aris Ravenstar Raine jerked away from the rabbit corpse in surprise, frantically scrambling away from the large wolf who had suddenly appeared. "Dead?" She repeated, blinking her wide eyes confusedly whilst looking around for some sort of body. "Who is dead?" She added in her mind. Her eyes darted from the wolf, to the rabbit, to the tree stump, to the wolf.. Then back to the rabbit... Oh no. Raine whimpered, a terrified expression etched across her maw. This was bad. This was very bad. Could I... Could I have eaten his rabbit?!"I'm sorry!!" She howled, her ears pressing against her skull and her tail falling between her legs as she skittered further from both the male wolf and the animal carcass in sheer dread. "Y-you can have what's left! I didn't mean to-" Reivan Isaac still lay there blinking, until he heard the squeak of an echo. His limbs jumped slightly as he hadn't realised he had company. His mind just saw an opportunity however. He groaned and 'attempted' to sit up, only to slump back to the ground again. " You're dead, you little thief!" he growled, "First you steal my only meal for days, and then you almost kill me??" he paused for a second as if in thought. "Mm.. If you were smart, you'd bring the rest to me. Then maybe, just maybe.. i wouldn't kill you." he snorted finally. Aris Ravenstar Bring the rest to him..?? Raine whimpered quietly, her tiny frame shivering in fright and her head down; but her large eyes never leaving the even larger wolf. The pup finally let out a low whine as she hesitantly padded towards the rabbit, gently picking it up with her teeth and placing it close to the wolf. As soon as it was set down, she scrambled away again in fear. "I'm sorry!!..." She repeated again, tears brimming from her eyes. Reivan "Hrmf," he grunted, "You should be. In fact, you should be dead. Count your lucky stars, kid. What's your name, eh?" he asked absently as he reached for what was left of the rabbit with his paw and dragged it closer. He eyed it for a moment before practically eating it whole then licking his chops. He then pulled himself from the ground and turned to the pup, moving forward with a slight limp but otherwise fine. His eyes narrowing as he waited for an answer from the terrified creature. Aris Ravenstar The small pup winced as the wolf swallowed the rest of the carcass quicker than it would take her to blink. He looked as though he could eat her whole as well, and such a thought sent another shiver up her spine. "R-Raine!" She promptly squeaked in reply to his question, her entire body aching with anxiety. She lowered her head further in respect as his daunting form loomed over her, biting back on her tongue in attempt to silence her fearful whimpers. Reivan Isaac bathed in the fear which wafted from the pup. He didn't know why, perhaps because it made him feel stronger, because in her eyes, he was a force not to be reckoned with. And he loved that. "Oh what a pretty name." he said blandly. "Look, i can see you're not entirely.. comfortable. And i have no use for a pup like you, so uh. Thanks for the meal and.." his tongue played across his teeth as he moved closer. "..I'll see you around." he smirked finally before moving past her and back through the undergrowth to his cave. Aris Ravenstar Raine swallowed down her cries of fear as the wolf edged closer, her heart pounding as though it was ready to explode; and then practically stopping as he padded away. She sighed deeply in relief and flopped to the ground, reflecting on her recent 'near-death-experience'. "..Th-thanks." she mumbled to no one in particular, as she wandered away into the woods again.

Nov 19th. Feeeelings? Reivan It was early morning, and Isaac was trotting through the forest looking quite pleased with himself. He carried a large bird in his jaws and was intending to take it back to his cave to eat in peace. He'd had a long conversation with his meal while it was perched in a tree above him. It seemed a particularly stupid bird, and didn't even wonder how a wolf was able to communicate with it. It sure did like to talk though, and Isaac had been patient while it blabbed about the neighbourhood birds, which ones had been fooling around with other bird's mates and how there'd been quarrels over eggs 'accidentally' knocked out of nests. Isaac found it all utterly uninteresting, but he nodded along all the same. She was easy prey really, she was young, with a very eager-to-please and gullable character. He'd managed to draw her in closer by complaining about not being able to hear her too well while she was all the way up there. Eventually she'd become too engrossed in her ramblings to notice how close she was and with a jump he'd snapped at her feet and pulled her down from the branch. Spunky Dasher The scent of a kill leads her...she trumbles with her soft pad as she leans low, closer and closer to the scent. Kanook pause, covering herself by crouching low behind the bushes as she watches the large male carrying the carcasses. Reivan Isaac felt the female's presence before she'd seen him. He could tell she was young however, and so didn't see her as a threat. He passed without even looking towards the bushes where she lay for his stomach urged him to continue to a safe spot to eat his meal. Sayuri_Nitta Silva padded quietly from her den, scenting the air as she emerged. Somewhere she could smell Isaac, his smell lingered and grew stronger as she moved further from the den. She could also scent another, a stranger, female but she moved on with confidence. Reivan Isaac had almost reached his cave when he stopped dead in his tracks as something loomed into his mind. Silva.. he muttered. His brow furrowed as he thought for a second, before taking one slow step forward, then changing his mind. He pivotted 90 degrees to head off away from her presence, the dead bird still held tight in his muzzle. Sayuri_Nitta His scent grew stronger, and then seemed to tail off. She continued to track, wondering is he was okay. Had she done something wrong? She padded along, intent on catching him up. Reivan Isaac grumbled as he realised she'd begun to tail him. As he came into the dappled shade of a large tree, he swung his head round with a sigh and let the bird plop to the floor. He then dropped to the ground himself and sunk his teeth into the thick breast meat of the bird, hoping to get down most of his meal before she caught up. Sayuri_Nitta Her long legs ate up the distance between them, circling the trunk and standing before him; Isaac, she panted, catching her breath. Its been a long time, she said simply, watching him. Reivan Isaac lifted his muzzle quickly as she aproached. Wide-eyed, his hackles raised for a second, a good show of mild surprise. "Wow, Hey, where'd you come from?" He gestured to what was left of the animal below him, "Too engrossed in my meal, i suppose." He gave a slight smile, "...Want some?" Sayuri_Nitta 'From my den,' she said, sitting now, her tail round her feet. 'And I could have sworn you heard me and ran the other way,' she tilted her head at him, cocking her ears quizically. Reivan "You haven't moved out with Notoka yet then?" he asked absently, while chewing on a bone. He then licked his chops and sat up to face her. "Oh, no i was just trying to find a nice quiet spot to eat my catch. I heard something back there, but i didn't know it was you." His head also tilted slowly, "So.. how've you been?" Sayuri_Nitta Better then Notoka, she said offhandedly. That familiar scent she had smelt whilst they were at the Seers kep gnawing on her. We are moving on soon I imagine. And you? Reivan "Wh.. What happened to Notoka?" his brow furrowed in concern. "You didn't have a fight or anything.. did you?" his head lifted as if he were sniffing her for signs of injury. "Me? I.. have no need to move." he looked to the ground, face blank. Sayuri_Nitta No we didnt have a fight, she said. She licked a paw, before going on. We went to find the Seer, to help Lera. Unfortunately something happened to her, the Seer - she was killed...somehow. Reivan Isaac cocked his head as she mentioned the Seer. "The what..?" he questioned, appearing quite lost by what she was saying. "Who was killed? Where?" He moved slightly closer to her, "You alright?" ((T'was a long time ago when they first talked about Lera's Seerness while he was there. :] )) Sayuri_Nitta I'm okay - I didnt know her well at all. But Notoka; its hit him real bad. She took care of him when he was younger I believe. she looked off into the distance, then snapped back to the present. The Seer - she was going to help with Lera's visions. Reivan "Oh.. I.. I haven't seen Lera in ages. Haven't seen any of you actually. You were gone a while." He watched her as she looked away for a moment, "So, did you find out what was.. wrong with her?" He spoke as if he didn't understand the idea of a Seer. As if it was something to be cured, yet he was still trying to be delicate. Sayuri_Nitta Silva shook her head; I dont think Lera spoke long enough with the Seer before 'it' happened, she sighed. And yeah - the journey was pretty long. I just wish it hadnt been for naught her ears flattened a little. Reivan "Oh.." Good, his mind added. He smiled slightly, "Lera's strong, Silva.. I'm sure she'll be fine." He looked towards the ground, then back up to the female's eyes. "Silva.." he paused for a moment, "Can i ask you something?" Sayuri_Nitta Sure, she said, smiling a little, her teeth showing. Reivan "..Why did you chose Notoka as your mate?" his head tilted slowly, "I'm.. just curious.." his shoulders shrugged slightly, before he straightened up and watched for her response. Sayuri_Nitta Whatever she had been expecting it wasnt that; I ...because he is caring. And a good leader. Why do you ask? she looked at him intently. Reivan "Huh. I just..." His brows raised slightly as he paused, "Did you ever.. find me at all.. attractive? Even a little..?" he ventured. "I wouldn't tell Notoka.. If you did. I mean.. I wouldn't dare, heh." he smiled a little, eyes locked on hers. Sayuri_Nitta The fur on her neck raised a little: why was he asking this now? Was he trying to drive her mad? She closed her eyes tightly before answering; Yes, she admitted, the words barely audible. I care for you - I always have. she lowered her muzzle, looking at the floor. But Notoka has my love, and my loyalty. Ground, leaves - werent they fascinating... Reivan Isaac lowered his head, but still watched her. "That's all i wanted to know." he smiled again comfortingly. Was this part of one of his little plans, or was it sincere..? "I understand that you're happy together.. And.. I want you to be happy." he also looked away then. "I.. You know, I think i should go now." He stood and moved in front of her, leaning the top of his head against hers so that they were both looking towards the ground. "I hope this isn't the last time we see each other.." Sayuri_Nitta She blinked a little, moving away so that she could look at him properly; We can still see each other after we move on. I'll come back here often, she nodded. This was a weird conversation and she felt like there was more behind his questions then she knew, but she didnt know how to ask him. Reivan "I'm glad to hear that." he grinned a little. "Well, i wish you better luck with your next trip than your last.." He bumped noses with her playfully then went to move away, "I'll see you around some time." with that he turned and practically skipped off. The conversation had apparently left him in a good mood.

Dec 3rd. Scandal! :O Isaac gets a little carried away with Sayuri.. just as her mate shows up. Isaac attempts to explain himself while the Notoka gets Very Angry. ..Hell ensues. n.n' Sayuri_Nitta Silva tugged on a bothersome snarl of fur on her side, finally managing to comb through it with her teeth. She was laid in the grass of the clearing near the dens, tail flicking at flies and just basking in the wintery sun. She let out a long sigh, and washed a paw for lack of anything better to do. Reivan Isaac had just emerged from his cave. He'd spent a few days alone in there [plotting? n.n'], and once more his eyes stung as he blinked in the sunlight and fresh air. He spluttered slightly as the cold hit the back of his throat, coupled with the sight of Silva almost directly in front of him. He cleared his throat roughly and edged towards her slightly. "Boo." his jaw hung in a lose grin. Sayuri_Nitta Silva's hackles rose a little until she realised who it was; Hi, she said, feeling a little awkward after their last meeting. Reivan He watched her for a moment, then moved forward and went to plop down next to her, but caught himself. His head tilted, "Where's.. Notoka?" he asked hesitantly, eyes flicking to their den. Sayuri_Nitta Her ears flicked a little; Asleep maybe - or out scouting. she replied. I havent been inside our den in case he is asleep. Reivan "Ah.." He dropped his gaze before laying down where he was and crossing his paws infront of him. "Anyway, not that it matters." he said with a shrug and a smile, then paused to look her in the eye. "..Is something wrong?" he questioned with a hint of concern. Sayuri_Nitta I dont think so she said, stretching a little. Her tail dusted the ground as she shifted. I'm just wondering when we will be moving on from here... she sighed softly, her ears going back. Reivan "Oh, well good." he stated distractedly, almost looking past her before snapping back at her mention of leaving. "Are.. you in that much of a hurry to get away?" he asked, rolling over onto his side and looking up at her with mock puppy-dog eyes. Sayuri_Nitta It's...difficult she said evasively. I feel at odds here. she stood, flicking grass at Isaac with a paw. Pup she grinned.
(( she's coming into heat again lol >< so he might sense that - last time it happened she had to leave the area ^^ )) Reivan "Weelll.. It's nothing to do with me, is it?" he said, eyeing her suspiciously, tongue hanging from his jaw. His eyes flashed, "Who you calling Pup, eh? Eh?" he grinned then tackled her playfully, something he never did as a pup. Sayuri_Nitta You! she said, gripping onto his loose neck scruff for a moment and tugging playfully. She wriggled from under him and bounced away, her tail curled high over her back. Pup pup pup! she teased. Reivan "Ooo.. now yer in for it!" his tongue flicked along his teeth as he rolled over and onto his feet, facing her in a mock stand-off, a little distance between them. He ducked his head, then brushed one paw along the ground like a bull about to charge, snorted, and shot towards her, aiming to catch the end of her tail in his teeth. Sayuri_Nitta She skipped playfully to one side as he charged at her; this was better - using some of her pent up energy was better then going a little moon-crazed at having to hang around waiting to move. She chuckled, her tongue lolling and teeth showing. Reivan Isaac skidded to a halt just missing the bushes as Silva sidestepped his 'attack'. He spun round and eyed her, that cheeky grin plastered to his muzzle, then lopped towards her once more, planting his paws over her back and wrestling her to the ground. Once she was there, Isaac flopped his head over Silva's neck and lay panting for a while. "Ahah, I can't breathe.." He laughed. JadeEye Notoka padded towards his den, holding a plump rabbit in his jaws, tail and neck arched triumphantly as he went. A rabbit wasn't really that great of a catch, but it would suit him for now, being that he wasn't too hungry, and he was pretty sure Silva might want a bite or two. It wasn't until he was about 200 yards or so away did he catch the scent of Isaac and his eyes narrowed suspiciously. It wasn't just Isaac he would have done this to, however. Any male around his den when he wasn't around didn't please him too well. His pace quickened. Reivan Once he'd caught his breath, Isaac had begun nibbling at the end of Silva's ear. He lay, with his back against hers, but still with his head resting on her neck. At this moment, he felt something between them, he suddenly felt he.. loved her, or at least something like love. Possibly lust.. The fact that Silva was already mated had completely slipped his mind. He felt overpowered by her scent, and he didn't know why.. He just had this nagging at the back of his mind, that something wasn't right. Something was heading his way. JadeEye Notoka pushed his way through the brush, a growl boiling in his chest as the scent of Isaac grew stronger and the scent of Silva, which was markedly different yet familiar in a way that it made him even more on guard. Something wasn't right. He could tell that Silva could possibly be in a compromising position and he didn't like it. He came out from the trees and saw Isaac there, with his head on Silva's neck and nibbling her ear. The rabbit fell from his jaws as his lips pulled back into a snarl. Reivan Isaac almost jumped out of his skin as he realised Notoka was.. right there. The alpha's scent and general presence hit him like a smack across the face. CRAP, how could he have missed it?? He scrambled to his paws frantically and backed well away from Silva, tail tucked, head low. His eyes were fixed on the other male but he couldn't seem to speak. JadeEye What...are you two doing, Notoka said in a half-snarl, half-hiss tone of voice, his eyes narrowed to mere slivers of teal and teeth bared as he advanced towards Isaac. The alpha was definately not a happy wolf. How DARE you touch her. The air around the male practically vibrated with his growing anger as the hair on his neck bristled. Reivan "I.. Wha, I.. Noo..." he stuttered, shrinking back even further. "I didn't.. I.. didn't Do anything..!" His cheek was pressed low to the ground, his eyes peering up to Notoka, wide with fear. His chest rose and fell rapidly. Even though it had been almost completely innocent up until that point, he knew the alpha would jump to all sorts of conclusions. "We.. I.. She's just a friend, i promise, nothing happened.. Really!" he whimpered. JadeEye Don't GIVE me that, Notoka thundered, his fangs flashing as he bit the air in frustration as he continued his advance. The male was doing his best to hold back from leaping on the navy wolf and it showed by how his flanks and shoulders shivered. Did you think you could just get away with this? How long has this been going on?! Reivan "What, what.. Y-.. I.. Whu-" he spluttered, attempting to explain himself, the words not forming properly. "I.. Nothing!" he cried, "Nothing has been going on.. at all! Ever!" he winced. This wasn't going well.. His eyes darted towards his cave. Too far away! He shut his eyes tight. "She wouldn't do that to you Notoka. She loves you.. She doesn't love me, and i don't her. ... Nothing happened!" he urged desperately. JadeEye A flicker of doubt flashed in Notoka's eyes then but he didn't back away. He did stop walking though, so he was only a few paces from Isaac. His ears pulled forward in an agressive posture. Then why are you touching her? Don't touch her. EVER. Or I will make sure you never touch her ever again myself. His lips pulled away further, if at all possible, from his canines. Reivan "But I.. wasn't...!" he whined. "We were.. playing. She was stressed. About moving and.. other things. You.. You can't shield her from her friends, Notoka. Do you want her to be unhappy..?" He eyed the alpha cautiously, unsure whether this was helping, or just making the beast more furious. JadeEye NO, the purple male snarled. Why wouldn't I want her to be unhappy?! You should know better than to be around right now. You can tell...just as well as I can...that it's not a good idea. He of course, was indicating the unspoken confirmation of Silva's coming heat. And as good of a friend as you may be, you won't see her much when we move on. It's best you understand that and move on. I won't tolerate your contact afterward. Reivan "I.. didn't even notice.. that. It hadn't crossed my mind, because Nothing Happened. But if you hadn't noticed, i live here. If you don't want her seeing me until you move, why not imprison her in your den, Notoka? I'm sure she'd still be happy.." Ahh, why was he still talking?? He winced again and muttered "I won't happily wonder into your new territory, don't worry. And i'm sorry if your misunderstanding caused you any undue stress." JadeEye Uh oh, BAD move. Notoka couldn't control his frustration and anger any longer and charged for Isaac, his jaws wide as he aimed for the closest part of navy wolf he could reach. Reivan CRAP! Still being flat to the ground, Isaac didn't have time to react to the sudden attack, and so the closest part to Notoka was Isaac's muzzle. Notoka's jaws clamped around his chin and the bridge of his nose, meaning Isaac couldn't speak and dig himself an even deeper grave, but it hurt like hell. He let out a yelp followed by a series of incomprehendable apologies while the rest of his body squirmed, attempting to reel backwards, but not managing to get far without his head. JadeEye Notoka felt the sticky sensation of blood in his mouth as his teeth found purchase in Isaac's flesh and then tearing as the navy wolf tried to pull away, then fought with himself as he tried to regain his wits and not do something so bad that he might regret it later. He didn't yet let go, though. Reivan Isaac continued to whine and whimper, a fiery pain seering through his flesh where the purple wolf's teeth had landed. Blood began to drip into his own mouth, and he whimpered some more at the thought. He could feel his conciousness slipping. Not from blood-loss, just general fear and pain, and hopelessness at the situation. He hated that he couldn't fight back. He hated Notoka. JadeEye Notoka finally let go, letting Isaac move away if he wanted, and glared down at the submissive wolf in a way that might give the other wolf the feeling that he might strike again if provoked. The blood on his jaw was not licked away. Rather, he let it dribble down his muzzle to the ground in a few little splatters. The feeling of hate was completely mutual at this point. Youkochylde The yelping and scent of blood had drawn others... one in particular. Toboe crept forward, tail tucked closely as he watched the fray from the tall grass nearby. There was no WAY he was getting involved in this one. Whatever Isaac had done, he'd have to deal with the repercussions on his own. JadeEye Notoka turned away abruptly and moved away into the shelter of the trees, mostly for the sake of whatever shred of control he managed to posess. He couldn't look at Isaac right now. Reivan Isaac jerked back as soon as he was free but didn't manage to move far. His peripheral vision was closing in and he felt very light-headed. He was breathing fast, eyes unfocused in Notoka's general direction as he attempted to back off towards his cave. Finally he let out a short snort before his legs gave way, body collapsing onto it's side in the long grass, the stain on his muzzle slowly becoming redder as he lay there. Youkochylde Lifting one foot off the ground, Toboe shifted his weight forward, his gaze flicking towards Notoka's cave quickly as if making sure the alpha wasn't coming. He froze in place when he saw movement, but quickly realised it was only the breeze in the grass. Stepping forward quietly, he leaned his head down and licked once at Isaac's muzzle. "Get up..." he whispered, one ear pricking up and pivoting towards the alpha's cave. "You have to get out of here before he comes back." JadeEye Notoka threw himself down just past the treeline where he could still scent Silva and Isaac...and now Toboe too. He didn't know where Toboe was exactly though, and frankly didn't care at the moment. If I see him near her again, I'll kill 'em, he snarled to himself, lapping angrily at a blood-spattered paw. Reivan Other than a slight muffled grunt and a twitch of his lip, Isaac didn't respond to Toboe. Youkochylde "Oh hells..." Toboe realised that Isaac was NOT moving anytime soon, and looked around furtively. He saw motion over where Notoka had gone and with little more than a spray of dirt from claws digging in, the wolf was gone again, only a bit of waving grass marking where the omega wolf had leapt into the underbrush. A pair of gold eyes watched Notoka and Scar quietly, half trying to determine if he'd been seen and Notoka was angry... the other half trying to figure out who the strange one was. Sayuri_Nitta Silva had cowered away during the angry confrontations; she felt that she was to blame. All she had wanted was some fun with a friend but she had reckoned without the lure of her current state. A plaintive whine sounded in her throat as she absented herself from both the males.. Maybe I should leave on my own she pondered out loud, slipping through the long grasses.

Dec 5th. Clash of teh Seers. Reivan Isaac had lain there for a while, his body revelling in the rest he didn't often allow himself. It was dark though when he grunted and groggily blinked an eye open. For a moment he could have sworn he was back in his cave, and the encounter with Notoka had never happened. Then the dull pain of his muzzle returned and he began pawing at the wounds and whining frustratedly. At the rush of wind through the nearby trees, he scrambled to his feet, and spun round, eyes scouring the clearing until they fell on Notoka and Silva's den. His nostrils flared, eyes burning with hatred for the both of them right now, regardless of whether they were in that den or not. He resented Silva, feeling she'd betrayed him, and not stood up for him when she should have. He snorted and turned away, heading for the river to soak the blood-stained fur of his muzzle and neck. Reivan Isaac had reached the river's edge, and was staring solemnly at his reflection in the calm, shallow waters of the sand bank. He saw the teethmarks on the 'bridge' of his nose and stains where blood had dribbled down into his mouth, though that was a fairly shallow wound, since the bone was close to the surface. The less-noticable marks under his chin were deeper, and coated with dried blood which had stained his neck. He grumbled to himself and bent to dip his muzzle into the cool water, moving it from side to side gently. Otsune Lera lowered her head, about tho eat the slightly ged carcass when suddenly a shiver rose up her spine. Her heart beat faster, as if she was terrified and her body froze. This feeling, she had felt it before. At the river, around Lewain's body. Yes, no other wolf could create this feeling. It was a colorless feeling. She looked in it's direction, and started the walk off, leaving the carcass behind. She had lost her apetite. Reivan Isaac looked up from the river to face the trees not far away, water dripping from his muzzle. Lera.. She's here. She knows something.. Hm, how to throw her off.. She wouldn't settle for a change of subject or an outright lie. Mm, she would be more difficult. Isaac quickly focused his mind, he'd been waiting for this- A test of the skills his fallen tutor had taught him. He closed his eyes and lowered his head, instinctively laying a light mask over his mind. Lera wouldn't be able to read his thoughts, or at least, the ones he didn't want her to read. He then turned back to the water, occupying himself with cleaning his wounds while he waited. Otsune The feeling lead her towards the water. She could smell blood, issac and heard small splashes of water, most likely from issac moving his muzzle around in it. The feeling still crawled up her back, as it was the natural feeling that radiated off of him, it never went away, unless he was to tally block out him mind. She was naturally suspicious, it was uncanny how this aura floated about him. She came through the brush, keeping her golden eyes on him. A wary feeling overcame her, not only from the develish feeling that wafted towards her, but also the natural condition she was in. (*coughheatcough*) She felt uneasy around this male, but she persisted to find out what he was up too. "Hello," she said calmly. Unkowing that he was indeed a seer she tried to push into his thoughts, possibly to find out why his energy was such. Yet she found a wall. Peculiar. She tried to push harder into his mind. Reivan Isaac lifted his head from the water once more, the blood pretty much washed off his muzzle now. Some remained on his neck however; he'd have to wade in to get that off. He watched Lera as she approached, face void of expression. He didn't dare reach into her thoughts actively. He could prod a little without her noticing, but not much. He'd have to watch her carefully instead. He stood sideways to her, silent until she spoke. "Hello Lera.." he said simply, "Haven't seen you in a while." He gave her some slack as she pushed into his mind. Allowing her vague feelings about recent events and other useless thoughts, watching for a response to this. Otsune Her concentratuion broke as he spoke, her mine quickly exiting his. She remained suspicious, her glinting eyes keeping a watch on him. She noticed deep teeth marks on his maw, and blood on his neck. She assumed it was from the scuffle with Notoka. "Going so low as to steal his girl, eh?" she said in pure jest, "that must have hurt," moving only a bit closer to get a better look. Her mind reentered, this time digging deeper into his thoughts. She wasn't satisfied with only thr recent ones. It became increasinly harder as she went down, like the pressure in deep water. She was losing her breath. Digging, Digging, she looking him in the eyes. Reivan "Oh certainly, that's my mission in life. To have an angry Notoka on my a**. May as well jump off a cliff." he said in a dull sarcastic tone, eyes glinting. He bent to lap at the water absently. Isaac stood hard in his mind, knowing what she wanted to see. You wanna dig deep? Here, have some deep. He allowed her to see faint memories from his puphood, of fear and rejection. He chuckled internally, Too far back? He cocked his head curiously, watching her, "Are you okay?" Otsune She gave him a wry grin, partially from his comment, and partially from the fact she wasn't getting anything from her mind digging. She removed her mind from his, not at all pleased with the results. Something was amiss, she could feel it. But what? She knew not. She would stop for now, but she would resume her hunt once again. Notoka maye have gotten over Lewains death emotionally, but Lera needed her. To teach her, to make something of her powers. She wanted to find the killer. Yet for today she was tired, and moved next to him. "I'm fine," she sighed, before bending for a drink as well. Reivan Isaac sat back, satisfied he could relax his mind a little. He took a moment to work his jaw, wincing slightly every so often and rubbing the side of his muzzle with a paw. "Mm.. Glad to hear it." he yawned. "How's packlife?" He asked casually, apparently assuming she was part of Notoka's pack. Otsune She listened to him as she drank, taking her time. She rose her head and sat, curling her tail around her paws to warm them. "I am not apart of his pack," she simply said. Looking towards him, still recieving chrills that went up her spine, every so often she would shake just a bit. "And yourself?" she asked. For some unkown reason Lera's voice was filled with a poisinous hatred, which seeped into her worlds uncontrollably. She did not know what feelings caused this, maybe it was just his everygy, or the sly way he talked. Reivan "Oh." his tail flicked lightly, "By choice?" he questioned, head tilting slightly. "Me? I've been just dandy. Everyone i knew is gone, or is banned from seeing me. There's nothing to eat anymore. And.. now i have a few unwanted holes. What more could i ask for?" he smiled shortly and snorted, looking away. His eyes returned to hers slowly then, his brow furrowing as he eyed her, "And I get the feeling you're not entirely comfortable. You certain you're 'fine'?" Otsune Lera listened to his overly sacrastic tone. "By choice I suppose," why would he ask such a thing? Notoka and she was very good friends, and he knew it. She sighed. Why was she being so feirce? Issac had done nothing to her...right? She sighed again, "Sorry," she apologized for her harsh tone, "I suppose it's just all of the stress that has been bulding up lately," she said, while laying down. Reivan "Hm. Well personally, and quite obviously, i feel you made the right choice." he said plainly, though he was, of course, aware she hadn't actually made her mind up yet. Isaac smiled. "No need to apologise. It hasn't been pleasant around here lately. Nobody's in the mood for anybody else, i completely understand." he said with an almost melancholy tone. He then glanced towards the river and stepped closer, standing face to face, looking her in the eye silently for a moment before speaking again. "You and I aren't too disimilar, Lera. The path a wolf chooses is up to him. Sometimes you must go it alone, and sometimes you have no choice there. Ultimately though, we will all end up in the same place." With that he turned to walk slowly back up the bank, and through the bushes. ((Ehh, cryptic messages, woo. n.n' )) Otsune Lera had a blank stare as he spoke, unsure of what was going on. Before she knew it, he was off, and she was left sitting there, speackless. What could he have meant?

Dec 20th-28th. Various RPs smooshed into 1 Soul returned to see Isaac from her pack with something to tell him.. The RP started before this, but the thread swallowed it up. >> Silva then joins them briefly, but leaves to go look for Notoka. Then Lera arrives.. Once Soul is safe and sound back in Isaac's den, the two Seers battle it out..! :O domokun It might be a little out of sync as various owners join in.. X) shia-san 'No' she giggled 'i've been up to good things' she laughed. Soul looked to Isaac. her eyes beaming with happiness. she smiled, her canine smile as she somewhat ignored his looks. yet, she sighed as she smelt another she-wolf scent. she looked at him, longing to know the answer to this smell, but she...ignored it...for now....she looked at him, and wagged her tail. she then looked to the side. the pain in her was burning through her soul, as she wished to just...blurt it out...the feelings she had for him. she could see he was wondering why she had come to him...but if he only knew.....she wished she could just.... ISAAC! I LOVE YOU!...if only it was that easy....she then remembered the different happenings going on now....she was in heat. and of coarse, she knew he knew. she had to tell him...before he was taken by another....QUICK SOUL TELL HIM! before its to late!!! she paniced for a moment. she felt that at that exact moment, a she-wolf would come, and say her love to him with ease...and....then....he'd be gone....she stood up higher now, her eyes leveled to his, she then spoke 'Isaac....I-I love.....love.....Y-you...' the last word was low, as she backed away, almost about to flee. what if he was already involved with another wolf...it would comlicate his emotions...but she wasn't going to lose him...he....he was perfect for soul...and she knew it. she had to tell him before she had to move back towards the pack... Reivan "Sounds.. interesting.. Like what, eh?" Isaac grinned at her. His smile faded as he leant forward slowly, watching Soul debate with herself as to what to say. His head tilted with one brow raised, as if both confused and concerned at her hestitation. He smirked inwardly at her struggle, however. Isaac, of course, already knew what she was trying to say. When she finally made her feelings known though, he appeared quite stunned. "Y'what??" he choked, and lurched his head away from her, looking all the more confused. "Don't lie to me like that!" he spluttered suddenly, "You can't mean it, you.. You're just trying to hurt me..!" He stepped back slightly, "..Like everybody else." He spat with indignation, a scowl forming on his face, although it wasn't agressive toward Soul. "Soul..." He turned away from her, slumping into the dirt. "I can't believe you came back just to humiliate me." ((Erf, what a drama queen. n.n' Isaac would never be one to take something like this normally. XD He will always play his game..)) shia-san Soul smiled to isaac as he looked at her, but then, she froze. 'w-w...but i...' her ears were flicked back. 'I'm...not...i do...l....' her mouth closed. she had a stern look on her face. 'Isaac. if you think i'm like everyone else...WHY would i have come back? the pack that i had left with had left many days ago. we are already almost where we need to be, but yet, i have come back. to see....to see you and YOU HAVE THE NERVE TO SAY i'm like everyone else.....' her head lowered as she whimpered to him. 'if you think that....all of what you say.....then i guess it was wrong for me to have come back...' she quickly turned. sadness running though her. she looked back towards him. and spoke slowly. 'Isaac....you may belive what you wish..think of me what you may...but....I do love you.......more then you'll ever know...' Reivan Isaac flinched at Soul's tone, "But..." he whined as she turned as well. "I just.. don't understand..." he offered, burying his head in his paws, a pitiful look on his face. "Why did you leave in the first place? If you.. loved me, why did you leave.. me? ..Alone." he added. He now pawed at the wounds to his muzzle. The scabbing flesh was visible through short fur near his nose, and it itched. "You may have had a good time, but.." he left it at that, his eyes fixed on hers now. shia-san Soul turned back. her yellow eyes peering to his. 'Isaac. when you left to see that seer...i wanted to follow you...but you were gone before i had a chance to speak to you. every encounter i wished to have with you, you left before i had time to speak....isaac...i truely thought that you had grown apart from me....after awhile...i searched for you, always looking...but...then.....i never found you...so.....i thought you had left me.....and in return, i...i had to leave.....but something brought me back....i felt as though you had returned..and..to tell you the truth, i was dieing to see you.' she turned her head slightly, settling down on her haunches. she then looked up. 'its hard to have a good time when you know that the object your looking for seems to be lost forever. Isaac...i'm so sorry i left. i thought...that you had left me....i was greedy, and foolish..i should have stayed...come to your den..waited for you...but...things happened.' she slowed her tone. she had spotted the wounds and all of her feelings, were pushed aside. 'Isaac!!! what happened!' her body shook now, she stood and moved towards him, looking at the wounds, but tring not to make him feel uneasy around her. Reivan "The Seer?" he cocked his head suddenly. Something like the word <********> shot through his mind. He gazed at her solemnly however, a melancholy look in his eye. "I didn't go with the others. They left without me.." He hung his head again. "It's not your fault, Soul." He only lifted his head again when she cried his name. "What? Oh.. I... Nothing happened. I'm.. okay." ((Teh angst-like. :])) Sayuri_Nitta Silva padded away from the blood stained ground, scenting the air. She smelled Isaac and Soul, and she hurried onwards, eager to see two friendly faces. But she slowed, paws lifting slower as she neared and saw them close together. shia-san Soul squated down towards isaac. she lowered her head. 'oh....' she looked at the wounds. they seemed fairly new. she shrugged. she doesn't know if they are or not. she quickly then stood, the scent of Silva was near. 'Silva..' she said softlyy her mind racing. Was silva the scent that was on isaac's pelt? no...she had a mate...right? she looked over her shoulder to silva and smiled in her canine way. 'Hello silva. its great to see you once again' Sayuri_Nitta Silva padded over at Soul's words, her eyes running over Isaac's wounds. Were they from when he and Notoka had their altercation? She sighed a little. More pain due to 'love'. If it wasnt for the fact that she enjoyed being with Notoka, and in love with him, she was sure that she would have retreated to some distant territory. shia-san Soul smiled as she quickly moved back towards Isaac. she sat by him, laying her head on one of his paws and then nuzzling his neck. Reivan Isaac's head whipped round as Silva approached and he watched her uncertainly, "..He hasn't told you of your restrictions then?" he questioned, voice void of emotion. shia-san she moved her head towards the wounds and looked at them once more. her eyes quickly shot back at silva as isaac spoke to her. ...Souls eyes narrowed slightly as she backed away from Isaac slightly. slowly finding a spot and crouching down on her haunches. 'Restrictions?' her tail curled about her as she listened to him speak to her. So this was the femme who was with him. odd, something must have happened to her to make him want to lay with her. it can't be he loved her? can it? her eyes hung low as her ears flicked back. Sayuri_Nitta Silva flicked an ear at Isaac, her head tilting to one side; what a peculiar question. Restrictions? she asked. Reivan "You didn't hear? We're not supposed to see each other again. Ever." As if mocking this, he looked towards neither Silva nor Soul as he spoke, instead he addressed the trees between them. "You can take the bullet this time." he said simply, before curling up again in the dirt. Sayuri_Nitta Silva awaited a reply, but Isaac was not forthcoming. Now she was really worried about Notoka, and with a last glance at the two wolves, she turned on her heel and went searching for him, starting back at the place where the fight had taken place and following his trail of scent and blood. The cold ground seeped through her paw fur and she shivered a little, speeding up tp keep warm. shia-san Soul looked to isaac. her nose flaring she sighed. her fur shaking as she stood..she quickly moved towards isaac as Silva trotted away. her eyes peered down to him. 'do...you you want me to leave?' Reivan Glad Silva had gone, only for the fact that it meant Notoka wouldn't have the urge to try and kill him, Isaac lifted his head to Soul. "No." he said quickly. "But.. i'm sure you'll have to return to your pack at some point.. Won't you?" he peered up at her. "I don't want to be here anymore, Soul.." shia-san Souls eyes lifted as she began to lay besides him. her muzzle laying gently on his paws. 'yes...sooner or later. i have an adopted pup. he needs me' she said slowly she lifted her head though, as she picked up on the last words. 'isaac....come with me to Selia's pack. i'm sure they will allow you to come.' her nose nuzzled his. 'un-unless you want your own pack, or no pack at all then i understand.' her head lowered again as she layed it between her paws. Otsune The stench of blood had begun to sicken Lera and she quietly walked away from her two friends. She began to walk back in the direction of Soul and Issac, without realize where she was going. She had entirely forgotten about their conversation she had begun to witness only a few minutes ago. She walked right into the clearing with a confused look on her face /o.o\ She stared at issac for a few moments, noticing how he had similar wounds on his muzzle as well. She then looked to Soul who seemed unusually depressed. What was going on? It had seemed the woods have turned upside down. shia-san Souls eyes looked to lera, and she slowly stumbled to stand. 'hello Lera' her ears flicking fowards. Reivan "You.. have an adopted pup?" his head tilted slowly. "Anything else i should know?" he nudged her side and lazily rolled onto his own. "Um, Selia? Don't think i've met her.. Who else is in this pack? Can't be anyone who hates me as much as Notoka, at least." he grinned ever so slightly. His mood seemed to have lightened a little. Isaac looked up as yet another female appeared. "Lera.. How're you?" he asked curtly. Otsune Lera listened to Issac's remark about Notoka, and wondered what event she had missed or forgotten. What ever it was, they had never gotten along well. Ah wait - he found her with silva, that was it. "I've been better," she murmured. She still got that sense, feeling, from being around Issac, and she didn't like it one bit. Her golden eyes kept a weary watch on him, or rather, the scars on his nose that resembled hers so much. shia-san Soul smiled to him. 'yes i do, and no. nothing else is new with me.' she let out a happy sigh as she leaned on him. 'well, theres Devvyl, Elphaba, Yero, Hige, Autumn, Whinn, Aoiko.' she paused. 'Aoiko is my adopted son. then theres Balan, Thayne, Raine, Loki, Haku.' she smiled softly as she hoped none of these wolves hated him. and she hoped he'd come with her. Reivan "Wow, That's.. a big pack.." He seemed uncertain. Having to keep on the good side of all those wolves? Eech.. "Mmm.. I've met only a couple i think. But..." he paused in thought for a moment, eyeing Soul as he did so. "If they will accept me, i will join." he said with a light smile. "But Soul.. There's something you have to understand. ..I need my space. I'm not the most sociable of wolves, as you probably know. I will come with you, but.. I do like my alone-time every so often. Will you grant me that?" he said, his face serious now for only a moment, he didn't like to keep it that way. Isaac watched Lera casually as she spoke. "I can see.. Heh." he looked over her muzzle, his eyes narrowing a little, but he grinned still. "Snap?" he said, nodding his own muzzle towards hers. "Mm.. Care to share your battle story?" he asked with a head tilt. shia-san Soul's heart skipped a beat as he said he'd join. her eyes widdened, she then sat up. 'alone time...' she looked to the side. 'yes yes of coarse isaac.' she looked to him quickly and flashed a smile. she was so glad now. but...wait...did this mean...he loved her? she laughed. he hadn't truely responded to her blurt out before. Soul sat up quickly as she heard Lera speaking to him. 'their scars.' she said in a very low tone. her eyes watching the ground. she was listening intently though. Otsune "Not particulary," she said, clenching her teeth behind closed lips, and looking towards Soul and her remark about them being scars. He body begame rigid, and she felt as if somethign was going to tackle her in an instant, and slay her. She kept her eyes on Issac. "How about you Issac, and you to Soul, what have you two been up to?" shia-san As souls name was addressed, she looked up and smiled. 'quite...well, thank you.' she looked to Isaac, and then looked towards the ground once more. Reivan Isaac grinned. "Suit yourself, Lera." he turned to Soul then back to the other female. "I've been Just Fine." he returned Lera's stare with a smile. Oh ho, how false the three were being. For some reason this amused him.. "That sure does look painful though.." he tilted his head once more, apparently concerned. shia-san Souls eyes were closed as she began to slowly curl about herself, and listen to them speak. Otsune "It is," mumbled Lera as she watched him smile so innocently, so sickingly. It seemed fake - everything Issac did seemed fake and made her inwardly grimmace at all of his actions. She detested Isaac, but she could not place exactly why. Lera squinteds her eyes, as if trying to look through him. Reivan Isaac smiled to Soul and licked her ear, "You tired? Perhaps you should take a nap? Keep my den warm for me, hm?" He nosed her side gently before turning back to Lera. He sensed her hate for him, but frankly, he really didn't care. "Were you actually looking for something here, Lera? Or do you just adore my company so?" He mirrored her squinted eyes, almost with a flirty playfulness. Apparently it was in his nature to irritate. shia-san Soul licked at his muzzle then stood up shakily. 'i do suppose rest is needed.' her muzzle let out a yawn as she looked to lera. 'it was a pleasure meeting up with you again Lera. Good day' she smiled and then trotted over to isaacs den, smelling slightly. 'old, familar scents....homely.' she rolled into the den and layed, curling up tightly into a ball and resting. Otsune Lera nodded to Soul and watched her go into Isaac's den. Her energy was so much different then his, he did not deserve her. What was she saying? How in the world could she just assume that Isaac was this devious, crawling creature? She turned her attention back to Isaac. "You know I just adore your company, Isaac," she said in a creeping tone, a wry smile on her face. She began to pry inside his mind. She had grown stronger since their last occurance, and her grip was even stronger. She felt as if she fingers, pryinng open the doors to his mind. Her energy appeard to be golden, while his was black. Her energy would bear it's teeth and chew...chew at the borders of his mind. ((complete with illustrations! )) Reivan As soon as Soul had left, Isaac's tongue began to play along his teeth, and he stared Lera in the eye. "You won't get anything." he spat, getting to his feet with the intention of walking away soon. He wasn't aware of Lera's recent growth in her abilities, however. He wasn't counting on that. He soon became aware though when for only the second time (the first being the old Seer) in his life he felt another presence in his mind, while he wasn't in control. That's not right.. His jaw clenched suddenly, as he barred the doors with all he had. He would have physically run by now, but a) she was probably faster and b) if she could reach into his mind here, there was no where to run. Instead he'd have to lock horns with the other Seer and hope he could hold her off before she reached what he knew she was looking for. He lowered his head slowly, eyes locked on hers. Otsune The scene must have looked very awkward, two wolves just standing there, staring at eachother, eyes locked. Every hair on her body stood on end, her face knotted in a snarl, her healings ounds slowly reopening. Her fangs clenched, her toes gripping the ground. She have a sickening grin. She scarped and bit at the barriers, breaking through each of them: one by one. They shattered and fell as she charcged through, her golden figure illuminating the darkness. The way she tore at the barriers might have caused him physical pain. She was now indeed aware that he was a seer and she searched for the memories that she had been looking for. Quote: Isaac snorted, eyes fiery, his claws digging deep into the ground beneath him. I guess the game is up.. Although said without his lips moving, the words were strained. Any chance we could settle this over dinner some time? His brow raised for a second, hoping to catch her offguard. He knew this wasn't going well. He knew from the beginning she was the stronger Seer, killing her potential tutor only gave him time. Time he wasted frolicing with the ladies and getting his a** kicked by Notoka. He cursed himself but stood firm, snarling as Lera forced her way into his mind. He reeled everytime she broke through, eyes growing wider in despiration as he realised she wasn't going to give up. He put up one last set of shields, these were, in effect, spiked. If you're going to go down, do as much damage as possible first! Blood began to drip from his nose as his strength drained. Quote: Only if you want to be the main course She retorted. Her eyes were wide, crazy, and flashing golden. Her maw was stuck in a crooked grin and she leaned forward, as if she was begining to ready herself to spring towards him. Her figure ramed against the spike wall, spikes going through her limbs, poking though her figure. In the physical relm blood had suddenly started to run down her chest. Any normal wolf would have been stunned, wounds magically appearing on her body. Yet she stoof firm and grabbed the wall with her teeth and tore it down with a forceful blow. She sprang into the depths of his mind, and began to bite. Reivan Isaac was breathing heavily, his whole body rocking with the motion. Coupled with the shaking of his limbs, he looked a state. His jaw hung limp as he gazed at Lera. He couldn't process her words, his head pounded, sounds were muted and his body was beginning to numb. As Lera's blinding golden form hit each of his barriers with terrifying force, he felt as if he were being hit my multiple cars. His head span as he swore something was boring a whole right through his skull. The last wall being torn through was like being hit by a lorry. His body, now limp and drained of any energy, was thrown back a few feet, landing heavily in the snow then sliding up against a tree in a heap. After a moment's blinking Isaac lifted his head an inch, eyes unfocused in Lera's general direction. He made a last attempt to speak but it only came from his throat as a groan. His senses were useless, his vision blurred and closing in. Blood caked his nose and he could hear only as well as he could underwater. His mind was blank, unable to think or will his body to move. He lay breathing sporadically, teetering on the brink of conciousness. He was at the other Seer's mercy while his scandalous memories and thoughts were wide open to her. To be continued.... Dun dun. o_o

Dec 29th. The Seer battle continues. New post 'cause that one was getting hideously long. X) Otsune Lera watched as the other wolf began to stumble, become woozy but her vision was blurring as well. She was feeling little pain from her injuries because as of right now her mind was on the 'spiritual plane' so to speak. Yet as she dove deeper and deeper into isaac's mind she could feel her skin being pulled apart, spliting, from Issac's protest. Yet she just pushed farther. Suddenly she saw him fly back and it was as if the inky blackness in him mind had dissapeared. Memories and thoughts were now easily accesable to her. She looked on in horror at his early puphood memoires. He was in the same pack as Notoka...and hated him just as he did now. She watched his seer lessons with Lewain, and she watched the murdur of Lewain - step by step. Lera looked on as she opened his thoguhts when he was with Silva, and how he thought of love. She watched his true feelings about wolves, and dark plans he was beginning to scheme. Anger boiled in her as her golden light rampaged in his mind. She retracted, somewhat, back to her physcical body, but keeping her place in Isaac's mind. She looked down at the pathetic body lyign helplessly there in the snow. If only she could see herself, holes in her chest, deep cuts running throught her body. It was if a bucket of putrid red paitn had been spilled on her, but still, her golden eyes shone through. Lera roared in fury as she charged at Isaac, ramming her head right into his gut, and sending his body flying a few more feet. Steam rose off of her body when heat met with the cold night air. I'll Kill you! She yelled both mentally and physically at him, sending pulses of anger towards him. But it would have not only reached him, but just about every other wolves remotely near them. She lowered her head and grabbed his back leg in her jaws, right at the kneecap. She was going to mangle his body and put him in just about as much pain as she could. Reivan Isaac's eyes grew wide as he saw in his mind what she did. She saw what she wanted to see. She saw only the monster, nothing that could redeem him. Perhaps there was nothing that could redeem him. His past held no true happiness, no strength of character, nothing to be proud of. Except maybe pulling off Lewain's murder.. But that definately was not in his favor here. Really, it was a wonder he wasn't more spiteful. He yelped as Lera's head connected with his gut and he skidded back into the snow where he began to retch, coughing up blood, staining the white beneath him. He had no idea what Lera was actually doing, all he could feel was pain. Nothing else, just angry, incapacitating pain seering through his body in the form of a golden light. And all he could do was lay there, unable to think or even breathe let alone fight her. "he..hpe...mhuh...mupl.....pl." he attempted to call for help between sporadic gasps of breath, but ended up just spluttering uselessly. Then he tried apologizing, "msora..ora...ary..e..ee..." and that came out much the same way, so he settled with looking up at Lera pleadingly, as if that would solve everything. Otsune She kept his body down with her front two paws as she clenched his knee. She began to arch her head back and forth, side to side, ripping the muscle pretty badly. She growled from the deepest part of her throat, her golden eyes as wide as wide could be and her ears forward in dominace. Oh, she would do a lot more then hurt him. She let go of the kneww, her snarling face staring into his dazed one. She roared, his own blood that hung on her jaws hitting his face. Lera grabbed the skin that met hit shoulder, and tore that as well. She was on a rampage, and nothing could stop her. She scratched him badly and nipped deeply into his skin When she was done both wolves were bloodied pretty badly, the snow nothing but a puddle of blood. Lera had sustained physical injury when inside Isaac's mind, as did Isaac; showing the absolute power that a wolf with seer abilities had. She had stopped not from the fact that she thought that was enough, oh no, it would never be enough for him but she had stopped from physical exhaustion. She had lost a crazy amoutn of blood and the only thing the kept her from passing out right then and there was that her mind was still somewhat on the mental plane. She began to rectract her mind from his and the pain his her like a ton of brinks, she immediately hit the ground, howling in the misery of pain. The air echoes with her shouts as her body trembled. shia-san Soul couldn't belive what she had seen. she quickly walked over to Lera. sniffing at her, tring not to get to close, then she quickly moved towards isaac. 'isaac...' she said slowly. softly. Reivan ((Eep, I gotta go for the night and i don't have time to write up a proper post so.. lessay..)) Isaac whimpered, whined, etc while she tore at his flesh then finally passed out besides Lera. All bloody'n'stuff, woot. Teh end. (( n.n' )) Haku then arrives to take Lera to the shelter of a cave where she rests before mindspeaking to Notoka. ..Uh oh. She tells him and Silva what she's learnt and Notoka goes crayzee. All that prevents him from going out to hunt down Isaac himself is his own wounds, and Silva's words (bless her.) Notoka swears he will find him though since 'Isaac is a marked wolf!' scream n.n' The RP: http://www.gaiaonline.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2383488&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=18600 -Pg. 1241
