Have you ever owned your own guild? Yes. Dare To Ask, which is an Appleseed roleplay guild, but is currently dead, due to my lack of free time and the lack of Crew activity.

What is you level of literacy? Advanced.


Activity Questions
How often can you sign online? I try to sign on daily, but I work ungodly hours some days, and I go to school full time, so I usually only get on at night around 10:00.

Do you have any real life after-school activities or a job? Yes I do. I work at a local Dunkin’ Donuts.

What do you think you can contribute to the guild by being a crew member? I try my best to fairly critique the work of others (RP samples, applications, etc.) I also tend to be extremely stubborn once I make a decision, and I don’t take nonsense from people.

How have you proven that you can be a crew member? I believe that I have, but my opinion doesn’t count for much, since I’m not the one judging this application.


Real Life Situations
Two people are fighting in an OoC thread about a recent RP battle. RPer 1 is accusing the RPer 2 of God Modding while RPer 2 says that RPer 1 was Meta Gaming. You have read the posts yourself and you think it could go either way. Both RPers seem to be highly annoyed and their fight is getting heated. Some of the other members are starting to get involved in the dispute as well. You are the only crew member online and this problem needs to be resolved now. What do you do?
ANSWER: To use a POTS reference, I would Ougun both of the RPers on the spot, and tell everyone else involved to give it a rest. The two RP-ers would then be instructed to take a 24-hour break from the guild, and upon their return, each RP-er would have one post to explain their side of what is going on before the Guild Captain and I would step in and make a final ruling. If the ruling was not obeyed, proper punishment would be administered.


Bobby and Sally are two members of the guild that seem to have been friends for a long time. One day they seem to have a fight. Bobby called Sally a know it all b***h and Sally called Bobby an annoying little n****r. You see this dispute quickly getting out of hand in the guild's chatroom and you know some members may be getting offended by what is being said. What do you do?
ANSWER: Both members would be forced to take a 24 hour hiatus, and the possibility of banning the members would be discussed with the Captain. Language like that is unforgiveable and would not be tolerated. They would both be made to publicly apologize to everyone who was offended by their argument, and their characters would be penalized as the Captain saw fit.

It's a pretty casual and relaxed day so far and you have been given the duty of double checking the customs that have been approved to make sure everything that has been accepted has been accepted properly. You see a custom jutsu that seems massively overpowered and you think it was only accepted because the crew member, Dante828, is friends with the person who submitted the application. You don't like Dante and you know that he is a total douche and bringing it up might cause a huge dispute. What do you do?
ANSWER: I would calmly and respectfully call Dante out in a Crew only forum, and address the situation logically. Both my side and his side would be explained in one respectful post whjich would both state and support our opinions. The other Crew members, the guild Captain, or both, would be asked to make a ruling, and I would politely and respectfully ask a different, impartial crewmember to make a ruling on the custom. Once the issue was settled, the argument would drop.

And about the crew thing, I'm glad I erased it, Because I actually put that Hinote had probably already said I would suck as a Crew member. ^.^

Sado hasn't joined yet actually so he hasn't got one, and most of the crew knows him from multiple other things. He has proven himself plenty.
He's a friend from a couple guilds and a damn good RPer.

You said nerd is tough? Nerd of all people is the last of all people I'd think would be tough? And who are you saying is worse Gregar or Wood? Personally I think it's equal. Though Gregar does yell a lot more but Wood has a tendency to insult you in ways you didn't know you could get insulted.
