F'ren laughed, this was fun, "how could i possibly choose" he said, glancing at S'in, remembering the look he'd gotten that day. He wasn't sure that S'in would welcome Linnaeth catching Toulonth. He coughed a little and blushed just the faintest bit "no preferences as yet, i'm just going to let Toulonth decide" he said with a shrug Decide what Mine? This made F'ren laugh hard and explained to the others "you'll know soon enough Touloth" he said, always making sure that any of his thoughts on the matter never reached his Dragon, the warning that it might confuse them Between was enough to make him guard his thoughts.

G'brel had to giggle at this. "F'ren, you haven't had 'The Talk' with her yet? For shame," she replied teasingly. "Lifth found out when he was naught but a few days old."
Mostly because your bunkmate was having a small panic attack on the matter, he replied, thinking back to that night. He still didn't quite see what the big deal was, but apparently to the greenrider it had been an unexpected discovery.
"Yes, there was that," she allowed with a dismissive wave of her hand, as if to brush away that fact despite neither S'in nor F'ren having heard Lifth's remark. "But in any case, F'ren, you mentioned a certain 'bronze' being interested in her? Sounds like your girl might be getting a lot of attention." Bronzes generally were more interested in golds after all, so it was amusing to hear of the green possibly having a bronze suitor.

"Toulounth attracted a bronze already?" S'in blinked in surprise. There didn't seem to be a point in not pretending to be surprised, given the relative rarity of such an occurrence. He'd be very interested to know the personality of this particular bronze, which might explain some of the occurrence, but questioning -that- probably would come off as rude, and he really didn't want to piss off his friend. "Sounds like her first time out will be pretty exciting for everyone then." He quirked the corner of his mouth as he considered this in amusement, hoping the rider was Weyrborn.

F'ren looked at G'brel like she was crazy "but....." he stared, then blushed "i..i didn't want her to get confused and go between" he said, feeling sheepish, her comment had only just realised that he might have over reacted just a tiny bit. He refrained from mentioning to G'brel that it wouldn't only be Toulonth's first time.
"hmm?.. Bronze?.. OH, yes.. our Bunkmate's Dragon is very polite, when i moved into our bunks, we went to go grab the dragons a snack and he let her go first, and let her eat first too, he even gave her a piece of his spiced meat" he explained smiling at that, "He's a nice Bronze, and S'kor isn't so bad himself" he laughed, brushing off his earlier embarrassment.

G'brel had to roll her eyes at his reply. "You wherrybrain, the ban was on having sex, not talking about it," she said, playfully giving him a very light 'bop' to the back of the head. "Granted, don't go imagining too much and getting your feelings riled up, cause that's just as bad, but The Talk's not going to hurt anyone." At least his heart was in the right place, even if his head was just a touch slow. Ok, maybe more than a touch slow, but he tried. (She felt a spike of amusement from Lifth at this thought, but said nothing on it.)
She had to smile at F'ren's story about the polite bronze. "Aw, how cute~! heart S'kor and Scarath do seem like a nice pair," she agreed. "I'm glad that you're dragons get along at least." Unlike a certain anti-social blue of mine, am I right?
She gets along with 'me' just fine, Lifth remarked wryly. Although I rather wish she wouldn't. Preferably he would like not to have any bunkmate at all, but especially not one so chatty and naive.

"F'ren" S'in chuckled, shaking his head slightly. "You're no holder, really, you need to relax." A bronze really? That had huge potential for a very awkward morning after.
Why's that?
It's a flight thing...not like flight to fight thread...you'll get it later. Trust me.
I still don't get it...but I'm sure you're right... Linnaeth shrugged slightly, not yet sufficiently curious to pursue the matter, so long as no one was taking S'in away from him. S'in after all, was -his-.

F'ren ducked his head when G'brel swatted him playfully. "HEY! i was just being careful alright" he chuckled, "i...i'll 'talk' to her later, lets just leave it for now please" he said, feeling a little silly.
"so you're picking on me now S'in?" he asked, amused. "come on guys, give me a break" he laughed and inched closer to his friends. "i wonder when exactly we'll be ....allowed" he teased them.

"Well, this is just a random guess, but I'm pretty sure you'll be allowed by your first Flight," she replied back with equal teasing, still grinning. "Other than that though, I imagine the ban will likely be lifted by the time we're full-fledged riders. Are you in a hurry there, F'ren?"
How long do you two suppose this conversation will go on for? Lifth asked wryly, addressing his green and brown companions. For the greenrider's claim of wanting to save the discussion for 'later', he wasn't being particularly subtle about it now, was he.
