Moira smiled warmly at the Greed spawn. "I 'e can understand ya, then that's as right as you can be. It doesn't have to be the way the books show." She signed everything she said, so that Ciúin wouldn't be left out of the loop and thus feel like he was being ignored.

Ciúin looked from Boian to his mother during their conversation. Understanding Boian's little pantomime, he repeated, "You can't read, but he's teaching you." He pointed a chubby little finger from the Greed spawn to Keal as he reiterated.

As his human mother took the sandwiches, she handed one to him and watched to see if he was going to follow Boian. Much to her surprise and delight, he plodded after the smaller spawn, his claws clacking on the cement. Perhaps Ciúin had finally found someone he could enjoy the company of.

Ciúin nodded at Boian. "That one is fine." He took his food to the spot indicated and sat down. As soon as his rear hit the chair he began to inhale the sandwich. His sharpened teeth made short work of the soft bread and fish fillet. Despite the quickness, not a single crumb fell from his mouth. It was kind of eerie watching such a freak feat.

"Oh my, I suppose we should," Moira chuckled uneasily in response as Ciúin was finishing his fish'wich.

By the time Moira and Keal had made their way to Boian and Ciúin, the Gluttony spawn had already polished off his plate and was now silently enjoying the sun. His little wings shifted to take in more of the warm light.

At the suggestion, Ciúin's eyes locked on to plate of fries, as if he'd heard Keal perfectly. His mouth nearly drooled as he stared at the food. He was motionless except for a slowly wagging tail and heavy breathing. He didn't want to say that he wanted to eat those fries, that was rude, but they looked more delicious than the one's he'd just eaten. He didn't know that the only reason they looked more so was because they weren't his.

Moira sighed, seeing that Ciúin wasn't looking away from Boian's food. She gave up her fries to help satisfy the spawn's never-ending stomach. She touched his shoulder gently to break his intense stare.

He blinked, his concentration broken, and looked at his mother. She simply pointed to his plate. His eyes widened when he saw that fries had magically appeared on his plate. Without a thought, his hands dove into the fried potatoes, finishing them off in seconds.

It never ceased to amaze Moira how fast and cleanly Ciúin could clear a plate or bowl. Ciúin's blue tongue licked at the edges of his mouth, making sure he got every little crumb. A grumbling in his stomach escaped his mouth as a burp. He immediately looked ashamed, "Excuse me."

A wide grin spread from ear to ear on Ciúin's face. His mouth looked far too big for his head, much like the Cheshire cat's grin from Alice in Wonderland. This was the first time that Moira had ever seen him grin so broadly, she was definitely taken aback by it. "Thank you!" he beamed, sharp teeth showing and an actual inflection of gratitude peeking through in his voice. How funny it was to see a Greed spawn giving a Liberality spawn something. It seemed a little backwards. His smile soon disappeared as did the fries on his plate, however.

Ciúin took his napkin and dabbed at the corners of his mouth after he was done eating the fries. He was full, for the moment, and content with sunning himself for a little while, while everyone else finished their food. It didn't take Moira long to finish, as all she had was the sandwich now.

"Would you like to join us inside?" Moira offered, rising from her seat once all were done. She picked up all the empty plates and tossed them in a nearby trash can, then patiently waited for Ciúin to hop off the seat and follow.

"Want to go look at the touch pool?" he asked Boian, a small smile forming.

The tickity-thudding of Ciúin's feet alerted any patron's of his approach to the touch pool. Thankfully, several people moved away from the lower side of the pool for the two toddlers. The lip of the pool was just low enough for Boian to reach over and place his hands in the water, so Ciúin had no problem reaching in.

A stingray swam by and brushed against Ciúin's submerged, Gluttony arm. A shiver went up his spine that caused his tail to wriggle in excitement. "Gee!" was the unintelligible squeal that erupted from his mouth. He wiggled his fingers in the water, causing the a few harmless fish to scatter away. "Lookit, them swim!" He pointed to the fish with his unsubmerged hand.

"Ooo..." Ciúin chuckled, a smile lighting his face. "It is slimy, like snot." His face twisted in a combination of disgust and amusement. Despite his manners, he was still a boy and thought disgusting = cool.

He poked at the creature lightly, "It is just like the slugs on my mom's flowers! But it is in water!" He turned, checking to see if Moira was close by. When he saw her, he shouted in his excitement, "Mom! There are slugs in here! But they are like water slugs! Come touch it!"

Moira grimaced and laughed. She wasn't a fan of slugs, but her son's amazement at the slimy things was too cute not to like. "I'm okay back here," she signed for him to see.

A few baby bamboo sharks swam close by and Ciúin tried to reach for it to pet it, but only managed to splash and scare it off. His smile diminished until another swam by and bumped into his outstretched hand. Once it notice he didn't have any food, though, it swam leisurely away, allowing him to pass his fingers across its sandpaper skin. "Oh! Feel the shark!"

"That sounds like a fantastic idea," Moira nodded to Keal. "After that, though, we might want to get inside. Otherwise we'll never get to see the rest of the aquarium." She chuckled.

Ciúin grinned at his friend's apparent happiness. "The shark felt like wet sandpaper."

The red-haired woman signed the suggestion to Ciúin so he could understand. "I would like to go inside after we feed the fish." He smiled as he took one of the squids from Keal. A long moment passed with the Gluttony spawn staring at the slimy cephalopod. Even though he'd just even his stomach yearned to eat the squid.

"Ciúin, that's not food for you," Moira cleared her throat, anticipating what was going through his little head. In her experience, it was far easier to read a Gluttony spawn's inner thoughts. Food. That was about it, even if they weren't hungry. But a Wrath spawn? They could be mad about anything.

Ciúin's head shook slightly as he looked to his mother. Without another word, he slowly lowered the squid into the water and watched as another little shark came up, explored what he was holding, then snatched it out of his hand. It sped off, only to be followed by a couple other sharks. "They are greedy fish," Ciúin remarked.
