Gregory swallowed the pills without help of the water. After taking the chalky solids he stared at the cup of water. When his head kept pounding, he drank that as well. God, what had he done last night that made him hurt this much in the morning?
One word: Vodka.
That damn stuff. How much had he had? He tallied up the shots in his head. Well damn. That explained it. He'd had over half a bottle straight and with other drinks mixed in it probably filled in the other half. It was stupid stupid stupid. Especially when he had school the next morning. If it was the weekend it wouldn't matter. He'd be able to sleep through it but not with school.
He put a hand to his forehead and began to mull over what the girl had said. She seemed nice enough. And earnest too. And if drinking tea would get rid of the hangover, bring it on.
"I'd like that very much. Thank you... Um.... what's your name, Miss?"

ღHiromi Yamamotoღ A woman should always be... ...kind and graceful... ...the flower of Japan! --- Hiromi watched with concern as the boy choked down the medicine. He seemed to be thinking of something unpleasant. He did accept her offer of tea, and she was thankful to be able to help. "Of course, I will prepare it right away!"
"Oh, my name is Hiromi Yamamoto! Please forgive my rudeness," she said, bowing deeply.

Gregory grabbed Hiromi's shoulders and straightened her out of the bow before she got into a full bow. Being that formal was beyond him. In his life, you either shook hands, punched each other, gave a gift, or on the rare occasion, hugged.
"You don't have to be that formal. In fact, I prefer you didn't ... But if you want to go ahead I guess. I don't want to change your behavior. And besides, you weren't rude. It was my fault for not asking earlier."
The pulse in his head grew stronger. Alright, wasn't the hangover supposed to wear off? This was just getting worse. He bit his bottom lip to keep from asking for the tea quickly. The headache was hell but he wouldn't be rude to this girl. She was more polite than he deserved and he needed to show some respect.

ღHiromi Yamamotoღ A woman should always be... ...kind and graceful... ...the flower of Japan! --- Her eyes widened as the boy pulled her out of her bow. She was used to people wanting her to be more formal, but less formal? Such a thing was unheard of to her, especially from a male. Coming out of her shock, she smiled reassuringly at him. "My apologies! I will no longer do it if it displeases you. And please, do not blame yourself for not asking! I'm sure you are distracted by your pain. Please wait here, and I will retrieve the necessary ingredients for your tea."
Hiromi came back with several different types of herbs, and a mortar and pestle. She kneeled on the floor across the table from where the boy was sitting and began to mix them. "The recipie I am using dates back to the Kamakura period," she explained. "It is believed to cure many health problems, and improve the flow of your chi." After she finished grinding them up, she dumped the mixture into the teapot that was already on the table. "The tea may taste a tad bitter at first, but it is sure to make you feel better in no time at all!" She poured some into a fine porcelain cup and handed it to him with a smile.

Gregory stopped biting his lip. This girl. She sure was different. Then again, every other girl he hung out with was just dying to be around him and his friends. They knew the trouble they were getting into with him and beckoned it closer. All the rumors and everything.
But Hiromi seemed different. She didn't know the stories, rumors, and truths that surrounded him and pretty much trashed any chance at a good reputation. She didn't know how he used that to his advantage and would keep doing it his whole life. And it was awesome.
"If you like bowing that much just go ahead. You just looked so uncomfortable doing it."
He said as he took the tea from her. The slightly green color didn't make him feel any better. And the smell was herbal and bizarre.
"Anyways, don't worry about me and bitter stuff. I've had my fair share."
As he drank it, the taste was peculiar. It was indeed bitter but hey, all that booze had pretty much murdered his taste buds on the bitter end. This was nothing. The best part was after he finished the cup, maybe a bit too quickly for anyone with proper etiquette, his headache began to subside.
He looked down at the cup in shock. There were little herbs still stuck to the bottom of the china. That little cup of tea had made him feel so much better.
"What the he- what is in that?"

ღHiromi Yamamotoღ A woman should always be... ...kind and graceful... ...the flower of Japan! --- She chuckled softly, finding his reaction amusing. "Well, it is compromised of many different herbs, such as goji and ginsuu root. Each of the herbs holds some sort of medicinal property, and the recipie manages to combine all of them into one perfect mixture!"
She gently took the cup from him and set it on the table, using her pinky to soften the noise it made. "Is there anything else I can get for you? Please don't hesitate to let me know! Also, do you mind if I ask your name?" ((A little Host Club bonus there!))

ღHiromi Yamamotoღ A woman should always be... ...kind and graceful... ...the flower of Japan! --- Hiromi looks up as the girl enters the room. "Please excuse me for just a moment," she says to the white-haired boy.
She turns to the girl once again. "I am not certain, but I think it may be in Music Room number one," she explains politely. "It's just down the hall from here!"

Gregory looked at the teacup on the table as Hiromi spoke to the newcomer. It was quite strange. This whole world was totally different from what he was used to. But somehow... he was perfectly at peace here. With this strange girl...
As she spoke with the other girl, Gregory picked up the teapot and poured himself a new cup. It had helped enough that another cup would help a ton. He took a sip and found that this time it was even easier to swallow. His headache had almost disappeared. Hell, you could make a fortune off this stuff.

╬╫╬╫╬╫╬╫╬╫╬╫╬ Noticing a peculiar lack of complaining and wise-a** remarks, Anselm looked around in search of where Stoker had gone. He finally spotted him in a far corner with his back to the rest of the room. Apparently he was drinking something. Probably a personal stash he had secreted on himself. Figures. The guy's body contained more alcohol then it did water. He lifted an eyebrow. The germs must not like him then. ━╃Dh' eirich gu spairneach na suinn Bu truime no tuinn cuilg an cos Sroinich an cuim chluinte cian ’s an fhiann gu cian- -Ail fui sprochd╄━ Sighing, he sat down on the edge of a chair, and straightened the wrinkles which appeared in his shirt as he did so. Damn. He was going to have to iron the bloody thing out now. His attention was turned away, however, when the door opened. Going over to stand behind Hiromi, he listened to her answer the girl. "That's right," he chimed in, making them both jump, "Down the hall, first door to your left." ╬╫╬╫╬╫╬╫╬╫╬╫╬

╬╫╬╫╬╫╬╫╬╫╬╫╬ Anselm looked down at the elbow on his shoulder, then slowly lowered it so that it would slide off. Nothing annoyed him more then people presuming that they could touch him. Managing a weak 'haha' at her comment, he mentally punched himself in the face. He was acting like a stuck up jerk again. ━╃Dh' eirich gu spairneach na suinn Bu truime no tuinn cuilg an cos Sroinich an cuim chluinte cian ’s an fhiann gu cian- -Ail fui sprochd╄━ Taking a deep breath he turned to the Tomboy. "At least, most of my friends." ╬╫╬╫╬╫╬╫╬╫╬╫╬

Sinclair (Sync) Shimabukuro▢▢▢▢▢ ▢▢ ▢▢▢▢▢▢▢▢▢▢▢▢▢▢▢ ▢▢▢▢▢ Sync flushed angrily at Stoker calling him by that stupid name Anslem insisted on calling him. Stupid alcoholic b*****d. He could just about kill him now. He guessed Anselm felt about the same; he was looking at Stoker with that wierd face of his. "I'm SO not calling you that. Not now, not ever." he said, in response to Anselm's remark. He smiled at Maire. "I'm Sinclair, but everyone calls me Sync. You're gonna have to forgive Anselm." He added in a stage whisper. "He's scared of germs. He thinks everyone has them." He shrugged to show he didn't get it either.
