@deity of crystals: 6/10 Way too much clutter, the background looks ok, but the way you layered it made the avatar somewhat awkward. It has too many color combinations me thinks, if you made the black and red blend more naturally, I'd be more inclined to say 10.

And before anyone goes and low rates mine, look up Silent Hill 1, and not only will you see a close avi resemblance to Harry Mason, but you will realize that one of the greatest weapons you get in it is a Katana. And as for the eyes; his eyes are blue and these look about the best on him. So what can I do...?
(That wasn't rhetorical, I want to know where I could still improve, name specific items, if you can't do that, then don't say I can do better on that particular area. No, I'm not trying to sound cocky.) I know there are better black shirts, but I don't see any that layer well enough around the white shirt. I Can't put on a belt with this shirt either, If I try different eyes or mouth expressions, it would look worse in my opinion. Throw some ideas at me please. I want to know where I can remedy some of this. :]
