I issue a challenge! I'm leaving for a bit and I issue a challenge...you shall have...hmmm...a week and a half, to two weeks to complete said challenge, starting today! So that means this challenge starts on the 25th of August, September 4th is the safe cut-off date and straglers have until the 8th when entries will no longer be accepted. wink
The challenge is thus: Edit your avatar into something sea-worthy! This can mean sailors, pirates, submersibles..anything realted to and pertaining to the sea! whee
Let's get some participants and smell that salty sea air!!

Hey mercy... This would be better placed in the suggestions thread... then possibly as the next [Jam] theme.
it's a good idea, one I think will work. Perhaps it should be a [contest]?
I could lend a little towards the prize.

Thats me, except my hair is a lot curlier and if I wanted to make it more realistic I would have had to use more than 14 layers for the hair. (copied and pasted, out of sheer laziness) Im actually wearing this outfit right now.
Anyway, explaining the outfit:
The hair, my new style beetches. Im a natural blonde! Booyah! cool its all curly and layered and stuff.
The shirt, its blue, n it matches the blue beaded choker.
the earrings, the bit you could see most actually got covered up with hair, but I did it anyway! Theyre tiny lil loops with rubies hanging from them. Had my ears pierced at 40 days old, never been without earrings since. They are important to me.
The bracelets, of which I am currently wearing 14 of. 11 normal shiney bracelets, woulda been 12 but i gave 1 to my friend. 1 big black bracelet, like a few rows of little bracelets into one big one. A purple and black friendship bracelet from one of my best friends and a blue and white one from another. The blue and white one used to be black n blue, but I put things in my mouth like a baby so yah razz
I have a new headband too, which Im wearing now. Isnt it groovy?
The pocket pants: I went to a Good Charlotte concert in these, much jumping up and down.
The socks, If I wear socks, I wear navy socks. School rules say so and I dont bother getting any other kind.
Watch, its a baby G watch with an odd aquamarine strap. Not the orignial strap though, cos that one got too dirty. I wear my watch on my right hand, so nyuh!
My glasses, rimless, Adidas glasses with pink on there somehwere.
My eyes, I always look pissed off according to my friends and family, so I left the gaia glare, as I call it, on. My eyes can be grey or shocking blue, depending on which light you look at 'em in.

Besides the mention of Good Charlotte.. but I'll forgive that 'cause that Bandana is freaking awesome. 3nodding
As for Carandra... I wouldn't cut your hair much shorter than that. From what I can see in the edit it's a cute style ^^

It is a neat edit, I think you made the right choice reducing the hair a bit. I don't think your full hair would work well on an edit.

Vorty I just remembered where I know you from. You did a really cool banner for the Brand a while ago, i still have it hosted. That was such a groovy banner! hey! someone remembers that! xd ah, bless... I was bored and it was a quick diversion... but a very fun experiment with burn and cow hide ^^ I plan to make a few banners for this place sooner or later... when i get a good idea for it whee
