Kazu Hiroshi Kazu was a bit surprised. He hoped though that she didn't mean for him to only look out for himself; he was the medic after all. He might not trust all of them, but he wouldn't let them die. That was just plain cold... and would betray the very principle he took when he decided to become a medic-nin. Kazu sighed and asked once again quietly, "Uhm if these guys are so weak, why don't we just rush on in? I mean we have our own genjutsu specialist..."

Rekin Wolfblade Rekin shook his head. "Don't count on her, She seems as likely to put a Kunai in our backs as the enemy would be." Rekin was finally voicing his opinion out loud. He stood tall and let his silted eyes fall upon Akeru. "To be quite honest I don't care what You think. You have done nothing but say how this mission Can go wrong. We are in this together and like it or not our lives could very well depend upon each other. I tried to defend you from the Kazekage...But Now I see he was right. If anyone's opinion should be kept quiet. Its yours. As for me, If the leader decides that my idea holds validity then I shall listen to the Leader." He looked then after taking a breath to calm himself to Kazu. Again that aura of energy was a strange color. "No...Charging in seems too...easy. It's more then likely a trap...But its up to us to find out what kind." He didn't again look at Akeru.

---------------- Sukami Akeru ----------------
"Within every lie, there is truth Within every illusion, there is reality" Akeru crossed her arms, not looking at Rekin, though he was the one she was speaking to. "'In this together'? I was sent on this mission to provide defense against genjutsu, not to care about the success of the mission or about any of you. And I could care less if you tried to 'defend' me, I never asked you to do any such thing."Akeru then turned to face Rekin, though her stare didn't seem to change from before. "But you're right. I probably am more likely to stab you in the back than the enemy. Maybe you shouldn't rely on me to do the one job I was sent here to do. And if that's how you feel, fine..."Akeru didn't sound hurt by his words at all, but still, she turned around and started to walk away from the group, leaving the formation. She figured if she wasn't going to be using her tenraigan to defend against genjutsu, there was no reason for her to even travel with the group anymore. She wasn't going to fight, and this way she wouldn't take any damage, and she'd be out of their way. All it did was leave her fresh for what would come after the group was finished with their mission. It didn't seem that Akeru had walked very far, but Kyou would sense that the Akeru they could see wasn't real. At some point while she was speaking, she had used a replacement, switching herself out for an illusion. Kyou could tell she was still close by and didn't seem to be going anywhere, but was out of visual range.

Kyou Koubadeyou
Kyou nodded at Akira as if to say that what he said was fine, just what she wanted. She listened as people seemed to ignore the fact taht she had told them to keep opinions to themselves then started bickering and stateing their own opinions. So many people talking, arguing, this was not working at all... she was put in charge, she couldn't let this fall through the cracks. It would be all her fault... the blame would be on her... she would fail, AGAIN. Kyou gripped her head and closed her eyes like she was in pain as she listened to the voices and senced that Akeru had moved away, great... just great. Not again... she was not going to scre up again! "Every one SHUT UP!" she practically screamed, but struggled to keep her voice quieter so that the "guards' didn't hear her and wake up. "No more fighting. No more opinions. Do you all hear me?' she growled as she glared at those that had been in the fight, mainly Renkin. "Some of you don't want to be here, most of you don't like who's here. I know I didn't want to be leader, I didn't want a mission, and I didn't want to be around ANYONE nonetheless all of you, but I had been assigned to this team and told to be leader. And even though I wanted to go and do some solo training alone, that didn't happen and I got stuck with this. But we didn't get a choice. THis is our mission. And we need to get it done. I'm going to do my job as leader, and you're going to do your jobs I asssigned. And as soon as you all shut your mouths and LISTEN we can get this done and over with." she said as she scanned the faces in the group, still managing to keep a pretty emotionless look. "Now we;re going to work as a team wether you like it or not. No more alternate plans, we're sticking with mine untill it prooves to be a bust. And exspecially no arguing with Akeru. She has more experience, adn more BRAINS then any of you here! If anyone knows what's the right thing, it's her. Her opinions matter way more then any of yours, because hers actually have some rationality behind them." she said as she glanced at "akeru" for a moment then back at the group. "Now I say this one more time, SHUT.UP. If you don't like the way things are going here then fine, you can go ahead and leave. Good luck explaining to Kazekage-sama why you abandoned the mission. But if you decide to make the choice to stay then good. Just keep quiet, do not question me, don't say any s**t about akeru, don't say any opinions, and don't argue. UNDERSTOOD?' she said, finishing the statement with a strong voice, not something that you would expect from the mousey girl she used to be. She was stronger now, and her words had a strong passion, almost anger, but definently above all else frustration.

Rekin Wolfblade Rekin did not speak, Didn't even utter a single sound. He simply nodded his head. Their leader, Kyou. She carried the pride of Suna with her, And although she seemed to hate her position with a feirce passion, Rekin still admired that she endured. Despite the conflict in all of this she still managed to maintain her decorum and above all else, her command. Rekin would not be scouting underground, Not unless told to. And some part of him had no problem agreeing with her Orders. He pushed the thought of Akeru from his mind, Even going so far as to deny her exsitance. In Rekins mind she was not worthy of the title 'Shinobi of Suna' Not that it much seemed to matter to her anymore.
At last his mind was calm, His Chakra armor holding steady and his slited feral eyes on Kyou, Awaiting orders and instructions to move out.

---------------- Sukami Akeru ----------------
"Within every lie, there is truth Within every illusion, there is reality" As Kyou gave her speech, the illusory Akeru that was walking away faded out into nothingness. The real Akeru was laying against a sand dune a good distance away, completely unable to hear or see any of them. She could have watched their progress by peeking over the dune, but then again she didn't really care at the moment. Instead she decided to have a snack, drinking some water and eating a bit of the provisions she had brought with her. She had to admit, besides the burning sun and stinging sands, it was very nice just resting there, with nobody around her. It was a peace she couldn't get anywhere in Suna, yet at the moment that peace was all she wanted. Once the group made it closer to the hideout, then she could get to work. But for now, she just felt like drifting off and staying there forever...

-------------- Kazeryu Akira -------------- "Even the most gentle wind Can become a great hurricane" Akira didn't know what Tanto was thinking when he put together this mission, or maybe he wasn't even thinking at all. This had turned into a disaster senario, and they hadn't even truly started yet. Their leader didn't even want the job, their genjutsu specialist ran off on them, and the group couldn't even stop bickering when they could physically see enemies in front of them. He had half a mind to do this mission by himself, but luckily he knew what a bad idea that was. "...Kyou...yelling, insults, and telling everyone to shut up isn't going to help this situation. If we don't fix these problems properly, it could have a severe negative effect on our mission..."Akira had half a mind to wrest leadership of the group away from Kyou at the moment. He didn't have any real desire to be leader, but somebody who was willing to resolve these problems instead of ignore tham was needed. And yet, since Kyou hadn't truly done anything to show that she was an incabable leader, Akira saw doing so as insubordination "Look, I don't mean to tell you how to do your job, but it might be wise for us to pull back temporarily and air out the problems that seem to plague this group. If we can get through all that, we'd have a much higher chance of being successful and having everybody come back alive."So far, it looked like aside from the group not having much trust in eachother, their only defense against genjutsu walked out on them. He felt that, even though it would waste some time, it was important to rectify both of these situations. Hopefully their leader agreed...

Ito stood there listening to the bickering...... "This whole arguing is such a drag. Lets just head out and get this over with. I mean we can deal with issues later. The more we wait the farther away the target could be getting. I don't know about all of you but I WILL be protecting you guys no matter how much."

Kazu Hiroshi Kazu heard Ito and Akira and now couldn't help but agree. "We do need to stop arguing... I can be counted on... I am the medic-nin after all. I'd be betraying my very own nindo if I didn't at least attempt to save you all..." said Kazu. He then looked at Kyou and said, "I know you didn't want to be leader but you are... and you've shown me you're deserving of it... so what is the plan as I'd like to get this mission underway..."

Ryumon Tensa "Know that the way of the shinobi should be one of love for his family and people...Know too that the way of the shinobi is terribly harsh..."

Ryumon smiled to him self thinking .....Maybe we can make this work after all....
"Seryuji-Sensei I think we should simply follow Kobedeyou-sempai's order and move out....she said make self preservation the top concern and I know that keeping each other safe will preserve us all in the long run. I'm rather certain I am not alone in this line of thought." he said with a warm smile.
"And I apologize for speaking out of turn again Kobedeyou-sempai.....for the record though...weather you like it or not you are our leader....and I trust you as a fellow shinobi, a comrade of sun.....and as some one I look up to. I understand if you disagree with these thoughts but It is what I feel for every one here and no one can order those feelings away." he said still smiling the young bright smile he'd gotten from his mother.
His expressive brown eyes were bright with the vigor of youth, still largely untainted by the true harshness of being a shinobi. For right now at least he smiled at them like the 12 year old boy he was... looking up to the elder siblings he'd never had before.

-------------- Kazeryu Akira -------------- "Even the most gentle wind Can become a great hurricane" "...I don't think we're completely mentally prepared for the mission, but if everyone believes we should proceed regardless, I won't disagree."Akira could maintain his barrier for a while, but not forever, so it was probably smartest to get going right away. Aside from AKeru, everyone else seemed at least unified enough in their task that completing it would not be impossible. However Akeru not being there was a huge problem, especially since the most powerful enemy they would probably come across was a genjutsu user, and none of them had much defense against it. "...I just hope Akeru changes her mind and decides to join us...or that someone else comes up with a damn good strategy if we face that genjutsu guy..."Akira started heading towards the cave with the group, listening for any instructions from Kyou. As the point man, he would probably see the most straight out combat, so he tightened the grip on his swords, getting ready to attack at a moment's notice.

Ito stayed with Kazu with a kunai out to be prepared for an attack. "She will come when she comes, but we will need her eventually. All we really have to worry about is that genjutsu guy, from the look of things here."

-------------- Kazeryu Akira -------------- "Even the most gentle wind Can become a great hurricane" Akira doubted that Ito was right. Akeru was stubborn and didn't seem to fond of anyone at the moment. He couldn't see her being any help at the moment. However, they didn't have much choice but to move on without her. As they headed towards the entrance, Akira could see the men outside, most of them to fallen over drunk to even notice them. They probably could have slipped by without much notice, but they were a rather large group, so Akira wouldn't take any chances. Akira gathered his chakra and sent a kaze-shuriken at each of the back of each of the men's necks. Hitting them in the base of the brainstem should have effectively paralyzed the men so that they couldn't attack from behind or raise some kind of alarm. Killing them would have been a better option, but this way was quicker and wasted less energy. "Let's hurry up and get inside while we're still undetected..."Akira figured that the only way to make sure they didn't get trapped in a genjutsu was that they were able to sneak in without alerting anyone. If the enemy knew they were coming, it wouldbe easy for them to lay in ambush and trap them all. Akira peeked around the corner into the cavern to make sure that there was nobody watching the entrance, and that they had some kind of cover to move to. "...It looks clear up ahead for now..."He stepped in quietly, sticking to the shadows inside of the cavern. His swords were made of black metal that didn't reflect light well, so he knew it would be even harder to spot him in the dark.

Kazu Hiroshi Kazu sighed and decided that Akira was right. They did need to hurry and get inside before they were detected. Kazu attempted to follow Akira as he went into the cavern, but his night vision was nothing to brag about. He could only see the faint outline of Akira in front of him. Kazu was impressed that Akira had taken out the guards so fast though. He had to admit that it was no wonder he had gotten into the Chunin Exams.

Ito moved into the cave along with the rest of his team. Ito was amazed at the skill Akira showed paralyzing the many drunken men "guarding" the cave. "Dang he is fast" Ito followed Akira and Kazu into the cave ready for the battle.
