"Of course.." Edes leaned down once more, pressing his lips to the other's temple, before turning away from him, heading out the door.
The first thing he came to after that was Shadai and Miss Ary. With a kind smiles, and a rather vivid blush, he nodded at them.
"He.. He seems a little lost.. But otherwise fine.. I think.. With just a bit of good rest, he'll be fine."

Shadai breathed a sigh of relief. "Thank the heavens. I was so worried..." she muttered, staring into the room. As she watched, Cody slowly sank into his covers and seemingly fell asleep. "Do you need a ride home? I can-"
"Shadai, you stay. I can take Edes home if he needs a ride," Ary interrupted, already getting up from her chair. "You should stay with Cody and besides, I seriously need to get out and stretch," she added as an afterthought since Shadai didn't seem convinced at all by Ary actually doing a "good" deed. Then again, she probably didn't want to stick around in a crowded hospital watching a bunch of kids alone.

A look of panic crossed Edes' eyes, and he vigorously shook his head. "N-no!! Please, I don't need a ride home.. I-if Dad found out I came to visit Cody, he'd ban me from ever leaving the house for sure!"
With that said, he slowly backed away from the two women. "I'll take the way I came, okay? Then you don't have to worry yourselves with me. I'll be just fine.. Just.. Please.. Promise me you'll take good care of him.. He means.. Everything to me.." There was no blushing with that comment. He truly meant it. It was his heart spilling out of his chest and right onto the floor.
"I love him.. And.. I'll do whatever it takes to make sure he is alright... Even If I break my own heart in the process.." he whispered, before turning around, making his way out of the hospital, back to the bus stop.
