Haruko smirked, as the captain kicked him he flew back. He used a combo of air walk, and dashing to stop himself mid air, and jump out of harms way "you do not honestly think these two low level thugs of yours can really touch me do you?" Haruko smirked as he said this. He then proceeded to use flash step to move out of view from Mai, and Soth. "I have no intention of fighting here, it would simply be a waste of time, however I also have no intention's to leave, I will stay, and when you are ready to simply open your ears and listen, maybe we can settle this like gentlemen, there is absolutely no need for this senseless violence, it serves no purpose other than to annoy the 8th captain." Haruko then flash stepped in front of his captain "C'mon, is all of this really necessary, do I really deserve this for simply speaking my mind." In all honesty Haruko was loving this, he loved battle, he has a natural bloodlust in the battlefield, and when provoked there was really no stopping it. He waited for his captains response, completely unarmed and ready to move iff he had to.

2nd Division Captain "Tsk, you must be unaware of my personal squad's true skill," said Tadashi with a smile. Every member of the Punishment Squad was a seated officer, and each one had their Shikai. Sakamoto only accepted the best, and so he had sculpted his people into the image of such a level of aptitude.
"And as for solving this without conflict...I already extended that chance to you. Pity." A sharp whistle was heard and the next movements were instantaneous and almost untraceable.
Soth appeared next to Haruko with a somber expression on his face and moving his whole body completely forward. His target was Haruko's arm, and he was aiming to make a slight injection of his blade that would render the arm useless. He was the 6th seat of Division 2. Mai flash-stepped onto Haruko's other side and held her snake sword dangerously close to the Lieutenant's precious cargo. She was actually the 3rd seat and held a somewhat muted irritation with the Lieutenant for taking the 2nd seat. Tadashi himself grunted, suddenly grabbed hold of Haruko's head with both of his hands, then delivered a jarring headbutt right to the Lieutenant's forehead.
"Is that enough?" asked Tadashi, his smile replaced with a freezing glare. Haruko's skull was probably scrambled at the moment, but probably not terribly so. "Get the hell out of my sight, and be thankful you do a good job with administrative work."
((I am invoking a no dodge thing right here for this post. It would be nonsense to be able to get out of this at the speed it's happening and obviously the skill of the attackers, at least not without your blade.))

((yeah, thats fine, but you really do not seem to have full grasp of vizards powers))
Haruko took the blow, and stepped back due to pure force of the hit "what the F*CK" haruko said quietly as it manifested in his brain that he was just headbutted.
"fine, we will play you game, but mind you, that was never an optin given to me, a Request to leave" haruko said as his eyes turned black "is given by direct, and RESPECTFUL words given from one ranking person to another" Haruko's mask manifests over his face, and his voice changes a little bit "it is NOT a whistle, and a command, you never once said Haruko, I am frustrated, and I would appreciate iff you would simply leave while I calm down, nobody has the right to just cast off their inconveniences, that just ain't how stuff works" haruko then used his hollow ability know as mask shielding to catch the attack in his hands, and push both adversaries away, with enough force to, knock the wind out of them, iff not properly prepared for.
((you will more than likely have an issue with the concept of mask shielding, well here is how it works, in the way it has been described to me
me vs. captain, no protection
me vs. same rank little damage, and can block minor attacks with hands, and feet
me vs. officer no damage to hands, or feet, can block blades this way
me vs. soldier rank good luck with that little man lol
this is an ability that is the vizard equal to heirro of the arrancar, it is a spiritual energy based shield of the body, used for added damage protection, last time I checked kunesume is ok with this layout, however my new rpc is updated, but not accepted yet, hence the lack of sword in this little squabble, so yeah, mai, and soth really are screwed here, please feel free to interject with any complaints, or accusations of god mod, and what not, also remember, as I fatigue this effect wekens, so right now as I am at full rest, and strength, as well as quite angry lol, its at its peak power))

2nd Division Captain Tadashi frowned. The boy was simply not getting it, and going into the Vizard form made him all the more disgusting as a person. "My weapon," he said aloud. Both Soth and Mai disappeared and then reappeared next to Tadashi just a few seconds later with both Tenma and the Captain's clothing. Appreciating the gesture with the added clothing but not particularly wanting to get it soaked at the moment, Tadashi simply took his weapon in hand instead. After that, there was a long and low pitched whistle that's effect was causing both attendants to vanish for good this time.
The Captain took out his zanpakuto slowly. "Remember when I said I was going to break you? Well...that's exactly what I am going to do right now. You need to be taught a lesson for insubordination. In fact, I am declaring you a traitor to the Gotei 13 if you do not accept this punishment, and that is rightfully so. I even have the 8th Division as my witness to the last of my warnings to you."
Tadashi, perhaps one of the greatest flash-step users of the Gotei 13, apparated directly to Haruko's side. Under his damp hair shone the eyes of hatred and murderous intent, and his zanpakuto was already released in that single flash of movement. He swung the claw of Tenma into Haruko's side, not at all intending to kill but rather just to draw blood. That was all he needed. In case the initial assault failed, he followed up with another one down his back and then a final swing to the arm that Soth injected, which was by now completely numbed for some time. Even the slightest droplet of blood on Tadashi's blade was all the Captain was aiming for - and it was extremely unlikely that the unclothed unarmed Vizard could prevent all the blows.
After stepping away and holding Tenma up, Tadashi pointed it at Haruko. There was neither mirth nor superiority in Tadashi's eyes, but rather hatred and anger condensed into a calm battle state that offered little quarter.
"Ketsueki Sakushi...the torture ability. It is my most powerful, and only requires the opponent's blood to activate. I wonder...have you heard of it? I've used it on men stronger than you, you know. I've seen it make people mad beyond repair, its quite the unpleasant sight actually. Since I am in front of a fellow Captain and I have no wish to let your insubordination end with (significant) bloodshed, I will demand once more that you remove yourself from my sight. Otherwise..." he trailed off. It wasn't that Tadashi didn't want to reduce Haruko to a puddle of flailing mass on the ground for continously disrespecting the Captain and simply not knowing his place, it was more of a ethics sort of thing. Using Ketsueki Sakushi might have been going a bit too far, especially since the 8th Division Captain was watching. Still, he would do it if there was any more to be said from Haruko.
((Seriously, back off stare . It's very unrealistic how one stands up to a superior with such disrespect. Tadashi's character either mandates that he tortures you, beats you within an inch of your life, or demotes you.))

Haruko, after being stabbed knew there was nothing left he could do, and he decided to play obedience, but not without abandoning his morals. "Captain, I will leave the springs, now because I was asked, and well, I should probably go, and over see the training routines." Haruko said as he turned his back, and headed for the exit. What most people never truly understood about Haruko was that he would never show complete respect to anybody who did not earn it first, and he wanted only to make on point very clear before he left. That point was that although he was a reliable, and resourceful man, he also prided respect above all, he knew he would pay dearly for this moment. Haruko hoped more than anything that his captain would at least understand that he was not to be trifled with.
Haruko then left into the mens roon, and sat down slowly to get dressed, iff followed by Mai, or Soth he would again freak right out. After Deciding he may have taken thing a bit too far he decided the best option would be to wait in the locker room, and apologize after he managed to calm down.
((I normally would, but a key characteristic of Haruko's is that he craves respect, and Haates when people show a lack of it in front of others, iff this was a non spectator item, he would have simply shoved the 2 off, and walked away. Added on to this, Haruko shows his respect by butting heads with people. Plus you were the first to disrespect Haruko, all he wanted was a secluded place to talk, yes he raised his voice, but he made sure to catch himself, and lower it again, that's both restraint, and respect, in all honesty you started a fight with a bull, similar to ichigo, Haruko will not back down until he is heard, or beaten to near death. I personally showed up here, hoping to just collaborate about the squad five captain issue, I made Haruko do what he did to show hi captain that his smart a** mood, and uncaring attitude was just a facade so he could think. In other words you know more about Haruko than anybody, it was intended as an Honor to Tadashi, but he took it as an insult.
When Tadashi tried to force Haruko out via his two servants, Haruko snapped, and lost his usual controlled demeaner. So what is surprising is that Tadashi never picked up on it.))

2nd Division Captain Sakamoto sealed his zanpakuto and was followed closely by both of his attendants. "Fool needs to learn his place," murmured the Captain. His demeanor was calm and collected, but inside he was infuriated. Tadashi handed off his clothes to Mai (who'd just appeared next to him as if anticipating his next thought) and the both of them left. Sakamoto intended to block the entire event from his mind and continue lounging in the springs. He did, however, make a note to himself that if Haruko even once disobeyed a direct order again, he would understand just why Tenma was dubbed as the torture weapon by the Omnitsukido. After all, if the Lieutenant was constantly a problem, he reserved the right as a Captain to punish him. And, say, if Haruko were to have his mind broken by this punishment, it would open the door for a more obediant 2nd seat.
The Omnitsukido was a well-oiled machine, and Tadashi commanded a very tight ship. He was giving the Lieutenant warnings because he was still green, and that was just the courtesy Sakamoto extended.
"I apologize for the disturbance, 8th Division Captain," murmured Sakamoto as he plopped back down into the water. He closed his eyes and mentally supressed the events that had just taken place apart from their outcome. Tadashi probably wouldn't care to remember the words of the conversation as soon as the following day, but he would remember the severe disrespect of his Lieutenant for the rest of his existance.
Soth, meanwhile, was again muttering something under his breath a bit farther away from the bath building itself. This time, it was to Mai. "Keep your temper under control...it is a mixed spring, after all..."

2nd Division Captain For the first time, Tadashi noticed the other odd-looking girl next to Hina. "Interesting, is that your zanpakuto?" he asked, searching his mind's archives for any information on Hina that suggested she had the ability to project the zanpakuto spirit and finding none. Tenma certainly couldn't materialize like that, else the zanpakuto would definetly replace Haruko.

2nd Division Captain The somewhat fascinated look in Tadashi's eyes suddenly glazed over and went back to normal, albeit a bit cold.
"Your...Hollow," he repeated shallowly. Of course, the 8th was a Vizard and he had long since learned to tolerate the presence of Vizards in Seireitei, but it was still not too pleasant.
He stared down the Hollow. "The Hollow can materialize...and you've given it a name?"

Kari put her hands on her hips "Some things were different in Hina-chan's hollowfication so I can materialize and if you have to share your mind with someone other than your Zanpakuto wouldn't you rather get on?! not be fighting for your body all the time?!""she has a point...plus it gives me a name when I have to yell at her" Hina's eyes were more guarded now, frosty "I can guess that you don't like Vizards through your reaction once you knew what Kari was but I'd appreciate it if you didn't call the 'the hollow'"

2nd Division Captain "Quite interesting," murmured Tadashi, putting his hand on his chin in a 'Thinker' pose. What exactly could make the Hollow - err, Kari - act like that? The only way a Hollow could act like that is by pretending, as far as he knew.
Tadashi then broke out of his thinker pose to add a slight note to the both of them. "By the way, 'Kari'...I can see you," he said, referring to her body.
In truth, he was fascinated once more by this Captain's Hollow. It seemed to have emotions, actually, as if a zanpakuto spirit. If he was the 12th Division Captain, he would probably use his influence to put them under extensive study.

2nd Division Captain "...Sorry for my rudeness, 8th Division Captain and...uhh, Kari," said Tadashi somewhat unsteadily as soon as the Hollow had plopped back down into the water. It was quite laughable that he'd apologized to a materialized Hollow and the Captain rather than to Haruko, but he had an interest in keeping the conversation going.
Tadashi knew emotions. He knew them quite well, even if he didn't show it. That's how he could tell that the Hollow wasn't misleading anyone and acting natural. It was just amazing to him, something different that he hadn't seen before. The Captain kept glancing at the Hollow as if trying to find out how such a person could exist. Perhaps Hina's soul was unique?
Tadashi grunted and settled back. "You probably already know this, but my name is Tadashi Sakamoto." He paused for a moment, and then added," It's nice to meet you too," in response to Kari's earlier greeting. There was another very faint spike of spiritual pressure at this from where Soth and Mai were stationed, but Tadashi didn't detect it this time nor would he know what it was.
"I wonder...if it's alright with you two...perhaps you could tell me the story?" he asked politely, referring to how the Hollow materialized and became like this.

Squad 8 Captain "it's alright, a lot of people react like that the first time they meet Kari...and Please, call me Hina" A small smile formed on Hina's face. Kari nodded, looking at Hina, "shall we tell him?""don't see why not..." Hina looked at Tadashi before starting "this was just after I had graduated the academy. I was placed in squad 8 under Captain Kyoraku and was given 10th seat because of the fact that i was in the top three in all my classes,my knowledge of Kido and Shun-po. I was called to Captain kyoraku's office and told to accopmany a small group that were scouting out the forest, looking for a disturbence that had been reported the day before. I accepted the mision and set out with four others into the forest. We found the disturbence fairly quickly but before we could report back, or even get out of the general area, we were attacked by Captain Ichimaru and brought to Captains Aizen and Tousen. Captain Aizen smiled at us, asking what we were doing in the forest and, being a captain, we told him. He pulled something out of his pocket and touched each of or forheads with it before stepping back and flaring his Reiatsu slightly. Not that we knew it at the time but we were starting to hollowfy. By the time the masks started to form all three of them were flaring their Reiatsu and making it look like they were being attacked. That was about the time everything went black. When i woke up i was in the captais meeting room. I was charged with attacking three captains and obtaining hollow powers, and was taken to jail, waiting execution. I was the only one that survived. I can remember Captain Urihara visiting me in jail and again I passed out. When I woke up I was in a small appartment in the world of the living and urihara was sitting on the couch waiting for me to wake up. he told me that Aizen, Tousen and Ichimaru were behind it and that I was now a Shinigami/hollow Hybrid and, that because the Cptains flared their reiatsu so much while the hollowfication was in process, a chunk of their reiatsu had been somehow transferred to me. He wasnt quite sure how that would affect me but he woud help any way he could. That night I went into my inner world and met Kari. She said that she didn't want to fight me for my body and would make a deal with me. I found out that the reiatsu from the three traitors had given kari a large array of emotions and that she could pass as human because she could materialize and be seen by all people with adiquet spirit pressure."
