In order to hide his fading blush, Tipuru picked up the menu and started looking it over. After a few moments he peeked around it, to see Keyley watching him again, and his blush came right back. So he hid behind the menu again. He was... actually feeling a little better now, though. As much as he was embarrassed, it was a good feeling. He wasn't used to attention to girls, and she seemed to really like him. A thought which, of course, brought his blush back again, but brought a big smile along with it. He took deep breaths, trying to get his feelings back under control, and the blush slowly faded, just leaving the grin.

"What sounds good to you?", Keyley asked as she finally came out of la-la land and opened her menu. Looking back up she noticed the grin on Tipuru's face. It looked good on him. "You're really cute", she told him point blank.

He squeaked again and his blush returned full force, but the huge smile stayed. She liked him, she really liked him. After a few moments he suddenly remembered that she had asked him a question. "Oh, right, um..." He looked over his menu quickly, trying to think of what she might like. "The lamb tikka masala is really good... as is the chicken mushroom. And uh, we should probably get some naan. What kind do you want?"

Watching him blush more, Keyley giggled. "Whatever kind is best. I've only ever had plain naan", she replied with a purr. What was she doing? It wasn't like her to be so...flirtatious. But it felt good. She knew he liked her, and he knew she liked him. Why wouldn't she? There was nothing to not like. Thinking about it again, her flirting didn't seem so wrong at all.

Why couldn't he stop blushing? Or get the stupid grin off his face. He kept glancing over at her, and occasionally catching her eye. She was so pretty, it still shocked him that she really liked him. Finally the waitress came over, and he was able to calm down a little as they both ordered; he went ahead and got an order of normal naan and another of naan with almonds and pistachios. Once they were done, he glanced up again, and when he saw her looking at him, his thoughts scattered again. He wanted to say something, but couldn't think of anything to say.

"So what are we going to do after this?", she asked him. It had been quiet between them for long enough. Keyley noticed Tipuru stealing glances at her, making her grin mischievously.

"Um..." He hadn't really thought past dinner. Suddenly he had an idea, though, and his face lit up. "There's a really nice park near here. There are some Kryenaes that set up some neat lamps around it, and they shift color and cast shadows, and it's really pretty. We could go there after we're done eating." Then he blushed, hoping he didn't sound too eager to spend more time with her.

"That sounds really cool!", Keyley said enthusiastically. She loved seeing those kinds of shows, no matter how big or small. "Maybe we can go get a cup of cocoa or something after that?" Being red had it's advantages. No one could tell when she was blushing.

"That would be wonderful!" he replied, with an excited grin. He started describing the park, although it didn't take long for their food to arrive. He happily dug into his. He both wanted this dinner to last forever, and for it to end quickly; he didn't want to come closer to leaving her company, and yet he couldn't wait to show her the park.

Keyley hadn't realized how hungry she had been and dug in to her food as well, excited to be experiencing something new. Looking up every now and then, she saw Tipuru was just as excited as she was.

The restaurant was fairly quiet that night, so anything they needed was taken care of promptly, and soon enough their dinners were cleared away and Tipuru had paid their bill. He leaned back in his chair, pleasantly full. "Oooh, that was wonderful... did you enjoy yours?"

"Oh yes. That was a very lovely meal", she said smiling. "Well, shall we head off? It's still a bit early, after all." Keyley was anxious to get to the park and see the Kryenae show.

He smiled. Nothing had gone wrong yet, surprisingly, and he was starting to feel much more confidant than he had earlier. "Of course!" He stood up, offering her his paw. "It's dark now, so they should be lighting them up already. I'm pretty sure it's close by."
((This is going too smoothly for them. xd Any idea what we can have go wrong?))

"Awesome!", she said. Keyley was so excited not only to see the show, but to be in the company of someone so nice. As she took his paw to stand, her foot caught the leg of her chair and with her grip on Tipuru's hand, she successfully brought him crashing down with her.
((How's that? XDD))

((Haha, nice.))
"Ooof!" As he landed on top of Keyley, he felt a stab of panic - what if he hurt her! What if she blamed him? He quickly rolled off her and sat up, offering her a hand. "Are you all right?" He glanced over her, checking for anything wrong, and was worried to see that her foot had gotten caught on the chair. He remembered landing right on it, too... "Let me check that," he offered, reaching for her ankle and gently feeling it, to see if anything was wrong.
