Mmm.. Good question. Truth be told I am trying to come to some sort of understanding about you. I realize now that I was wrong about you and that's something that I need to fix. I don't like thinking of foxes in ways other then as they are. Ixen kept tagging along with Doku and grabbed a bit to eat himself. Good food. Ixen liked the tangy taste of berries in his mouth. Fruit appealed highly to Ixen,

Doku nodded slowly truly unsure of this fox. "Ok... and what do you plan to do about that?" He asked. He had no clue as to where this would go and was unsure if he would like it or not.

Well one of the best ways to figure something out is to watch it for a little bit. So if you don't mind I'll just tag along with you for a bit. It certainly beats asking you a million questions. Ixen offered a small smile. He knew this would probably make Doku annoyed, but he was serious he did want to know more about this odd green fox who seemed to have the heart of a career under the gruff exterior of a hunter. If you'd like we can walk the outskirts of Cruor and do a little hunting. At least then we wouldn't be devouring everything in this section. Ixen looked at the surrounding area. And you can also check for more of that odd scent and cover it if you wish. He knew better then to say this aloud though.

Doku's eye twitched as he frowned. He really didn't like the idea of being followed if there was no real reason behind it. "You really wont get nothing from me today by watching. You would have better luck asking questions."Doku stated as he pawed a berry. He thought for a moment about what Ixen had said next. "No, its better to stay close to the center of the lands today. That way Sin can find us better for when the time comes for the celebration."He than started to move through the woods. He added a side comment "Don't for a second think I wont hurt Yuki."He spoke a warning. "I don't cause I see no need. Should the need a raise than that is a different story. Besides to do so wouldn't be of any help to me or in my best interest." Doku said giving an undetectable hint that he would soon have some odd ties that will change things.

Ixen only nodded when Doku told him to ask questions rather then follow the older fox. He stopped dead in his tracks though when Doku spoke his warning. He had been ready to make a harsh retort when Doku continued speaking. What Ixen had been about to say dropped low on the list of things to say though. Why would hurting Yuki be low on his list of interests now? Did he have and agreement with Sin of some kind? Surely hurting the tribe leader's little brother and adoptive son's mate would be a bad thing, but Doku hadn't seem opposed to it as he would were that really the case.... How strange.
Very well. Since you would prefer me asking questions I will. Why did you come to this land? Might as well start at the beginning thought Ixen.

"I didnt come here searching for this tribe exactly. I was really just wandering around. Ended up stumbling upon it really. Figured if it held in interest to me I would stay with my kids. If not I would be back to wandering."He said with a shrug.

Ixen mulled this over. Doku really seemed to be a kind caring parent. You are definably not what I expected. You seem much more protected of your kits then I imagined. Ixen smiled approvingly at Doku.

Ixen suppressed a laugh. Doku had said it as if he had never even thought about leaving a kit to fend for its self. He was a good fox. There are other foxes that would leave a kit to handle the world for it. Ixen frowned as he thought about all the kits that were just left to fend for themselves. It was a sad truth of this world.

I know that only too well. I'm one of the tribes careers. Ixen smiled warmly at Doku. I like taking care of kits. They are precious, maybe someday Yuki and I. Ixen blushed and coughed.

Doku didn't really respond to him besides an "I see." and a nod. He still wasnt sure how we felt about that. But than again he didnt really care all to much.

Ixen was glad that Doku hadn't given him crap for his little daydream that he had started to say aloud. Well anyways. Ixen coughed. What do you think of the tribe itself?

Doku kind of ignored Ixen for a moment feeling slightly akward about things now. But he heard the other foxes question. He began to ponder it. "I suppose its ok. Its not like to many other out there thats for sure."
