ok.. so alot of stuff has changed... it seems that y ex does like another person.. so she is pretty much out of the picture now... on the other hand, I'm best friends with her friend...(the one I like) but now she has a boy friend.... I guess I shouldn't have waited too long...

new questions:
1. should I wait for her to break up with her boyfriend or look for someone else?

2. if I do wait, should I tell her right after the break up? or should I wait a while until I ask her?
