I like tuna...sorry about the lack of seasonings. I have the basics, and quite a lot of spices, but no name brand stuff. We are cheap.

Tuna? I'm sorry, I don't mean to sound picky, because I'm not really a picky person, but I'm not one for tuna. There are very few things on my do not like list, and one of them just happens to be tuna.
Maybe we could start off with chicken?
And about the seasonings, once again, I'm with Zabazor. Love my spices, but I do not have any brand name seasoning.

Homework : Kinda
Okay, so I do not have all of the ingredients so it came out wrong, so I substituted a little. I made a chicken ramen, hold the chicken flavor because I like my ramen without that fake crap. I added ginger powder, black pepper, lemon zest, cinnamon, and soy sauce. It was very good. I normally just use soy, but the spice was delightful. It took a little while before I got the right combination.
Hope this counts, I couldn't come up with anything better to do. ^_^

Ok, good enough. Lets try this one with chicken!
Recipe Number 2
Sweet n' Saucy Chicken Bits *=optional Ingedients: Salt Pepper cinnimon 1/3 cup sugar Barbeque sauce- no names needed, but hickory flavor works best 4 cups of breadcrumbs* Parsley* Bay Leaves* 4 medium chicken breasts, skinless

1.Mix together salt, pepper, cinnimon, sugar, and parsley if desired, in a small bowl. Set aside.
2. WASH YOUR HANDS!! Put the chicken breasts on a cutting board and dice into thumb-sized pieces.
3. sprinkle your seasonings on the chicken. Make sure they have a coating on all sides.
4. Put the chiken in the pan over medium heat. Stir continuously for ten-TEN-10 minutes. Remove from heat.
5. Mix the rest of your seasoning rub in a bowl with your sauce, then saok your chicken in the fridge for ten minutes. put them on your cookie sheet, leave in the fridge.
6. Pre-heat the oven to 350F. Put chicken in and cook. TIme varies, so check on them every five minutes after a half hour.
Enjoy!
