Hell the ******** no I live in Houston,the population is crazy here and ppl here are narrowminded -__- most of the ppl that live in Texas never leave O_o to travel and what not.I plan on packin my bags and moving out of state ^^

the list had 100 countries, so 17th isn't last place, its near the top. the criteria was health, education, quality of living and some economic and political stuff.

so how many first world nations are there agian? and i wonder how those average out?
