Don't be so quick to dismiss the possibility that dinosaurs continued to exist in human times. There are many anomalies in history that say otherwise. http://www.debate.org/debates/Dinosaurs-co-existed-with-mankind/1/

I do however agree that dinosaurs exist still, only in the form of birds however.

What do you make of these engravings of dinosaurs beside mankind on rocks found in south america? The Ica Stones http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TXv2Z6dinSA Google it for more information. People who claim these stones are hoaxes are complete sheep and can't accept reality. They ARE real, they were made LONG before white people came to the americas. These people didn't dig up fossils, they SAW dinosaurs and drew them. There is even a stone with the correct representation of a type of dinosaur that we had found the fossil of and accidentally put the wrong head/neck on it until we figured out our mistake recently. Yet whoever made these stones, knew it's correct shape.

If you are happy being a sheep, then I am for one happy being sombody who will go out and do the research i feel needs to be done in order to satiate that inner sense of "what is the truth. (seriously. you know when your being lied to. NEVER Ignore that). I'll tell you what. you have a Futurama sig. you should have a bit of common sense (Matt Groening is HUGE on common sense). Do your own research and never let anyone tell you what you should believe. Here's a book to read. ""Dancing with Dragons" by D.J. Conway. try it. seriously. you may think its some "non-christian mumbo-jumbo" but you know what? open your mind and you'll be surprised at what you can learn.

And how do you do research? Do you have a PhD in paleontology? If not, then you are a sheep. Even a black sheep is still a sheep. jedinightwing (seriously. you know when your being lied to. Here's a book to read. ""Dancing with Dragons" by D.J. Conway. try it. You are quite the hypocrite jedinightwing open your mind and you'll be surprised at what you can learn. Maybe you should do the same instead of listening to Truther May. That alone makes you sheepish. It's not wrong to take someone else's information to heart, especially if that said person is educated at a doctorate level. When someone with a PhD is presenting a thesis, he/she is bringing fourth their own research. Truther May tried to make her thesis valid and has been shot down at every corner. I doubt she has a PhD, especially when she is using Youtube videos from people who don't know what they are talking about. I on the other hand will stick to listening to people who are credible.

creationist claims? not me. youtube videos? of course. I like getting information from a variety of sources from other people who have already done the research. as for the claim made by those people who said they carved the stones... whose to say they weren't paid off to take credit for doing it? of course the main stream view needs to discredit the stones, or they'd have to re-write history. also do you realize how many stones there are and how long that would have taken for just 2 people to do it? again, i wouldn't be so quick to believe dis-creditors. why would tourists buy the stones from them? it just doesn't sound right to me at all. also, you must hold me in high regards to think i'm trying to lie to you on purpose. i'm just a nobody like yourself but i'm seeking truth. i hope you'll open your eyes a little wider and seek some yourself smile the only thing i know, is that i know nothing.

TrutherMei creationist claims? not me. Then stop saying that dinosaurs roamed the Earth with Humans. TrutherMei youtube videos? of course. I like getting information from a variety of sources from other people who have already done the research. And apparently your "Sources" are uneducated people with no doctorate spreading misinformation that is so false, it can be discredited by an evolution website with plenty of sources. I on the other hand will stick to credited people who know what they are talking about. TrutherMei as for the claim made by those people who said they carved the stones... whose to say they weren't paid off to take credit for doing it? How about some proof? TrutherMei of course the main stream view needs to discredit the stones, or they'd have to re-write history. No they don't. Darwin discredited Creationism, a belief that held strong until him. Newton Discredited the belief of having a God needed to do something, Science is filled with shaky boundaries and if someone finds out that dragons existed, then that would give him a Nobel prize. TrutherMei also do you realize how many stones there are and how long that would have taken for just 2 people to do it? Yes I know there are a huge amount, but those huge amounts are not beyond the grasp of a few people. I myself was paid to help my Dad create thousands of climbing supporters myself. TrutherMei again, i wouldn't be so quick to believe dis-creditors. I wiouldn't be so quick to credit people on Youtube who obviously lack an education. TrutherMei why would tourists buy the stones from them? it just doesn't sound right to me at all. Because they are tourists? TrutherMei also, you must hold me in high regards to think i'm trying to lie to you on purpose. i'm just a nobody like yourself but i'm seeking truth. So am I, but at least I have a better idea where to search. TrutherMei i hope you'll open your eyes a little wider and seek some yourself smile the only thing i know, is that i know nothing. Maybe you should too and stop believing in creationist claims.

So you just make an appeal to authority then? I doubt that you have a Ph.D. in paleontology either. A logical fallacy does not make an argument false. Take a syllogism for example. A syllogism is a logical fallacy too. It says that if A=B, and B=C, then A=C. That's not always the case. With that logic, you can say that a Jew stole my money, Adam Sandler is a Jew. Therefore, Adam Sandler stole my money. It doesn't always work, but it can work. A boeing 747 is a plane, planes fly. Therefore, the Boeing 747 flies. That is an example of a correct syllogism. Appealing to authority simpling means that I am sourcing someone who has 8 more years of education on a subject than the people Truther May sources. She is also using an appeal to authority buy crediting someone else, though her authority is less educated. People need to understand that if a thesis is 99% correct, then it's 100% wrong. A thesis has to be rock solid and that involves a peer review and seeing that the peer review has been discredited, her thesis is wrong.

So you're both appealing to authority; your authority is just better? LOL Do I really need to dig out the prominent failings of the peer review process? Just so we're clear here, I'm not arguing for or against the existence of dragons. I don't really care about dragons one way or the other. I do, however, take an interest in challenging assumptions.
