Patterns smelling like mothballs O_o Moths don't eat paper that I recall. Then again, who knows what kind of bugs they have down under.

Bought a pattern for a plush kitten, so that I can make my own Coco Kitty. Nothing much else to report, since I've been sick the last few days. Going to a munch on Sunday, so probably nothing to report til after that.

Okay, I've been severely ignoring this.
I recently bought all of the fabric I'll need,
as well as managed to get a free dressform!
I'll start work on the costume in the next few days.

I've been working really hard on the glave today!
I have most of the pieces carved and half of them painted.
All I have to do is put them together.
And figure out how to transport the thing.
Maybe I'll take some pictures.

Decided to redo the blade.
My first attempt was out of styrofoam, but that looked really crappy.
SO I've switched to craft foam. I really like it.
Right now I'm in the process of painting on a glue/water primer so that the paint goes on better.
