Seaki And Damu did stop apologizing, closing his eyes against the pain. He winced at the harsh truthful words that the lion provided. It was true - he didn't just let his prey flee after they had begged him, because he was hungry... And he was now prey. He gave a soft snarl. This wasn't how the world was supposed to be, was it? The world was a nice and friendly place, wasn't it?! No, it obviously wasn't. Damu striggled against the pin. He had to escape now, the primal dose of fight or flight kicking in. He had to fight to flee though, and so that's what he tried to do.

Enoh Love Something...proud welled up in Kgosi when the Dog started to snarl. Yes, that's it! Snarl, howl, whatever, get angry! Light eyes narrowed cruely, leaning his head down to whisper one last thing into the Dog's ear. "I don't know how you managed to live this long with your sunshine and butterflies, but welcome to the real world." One last knead at the wounded thing with his claws, and Kgosi released the pin, moving back a little bit to let him up. His head was bowed however, and his pose arched to tackle him again if need be; either they were going to fight, or Kgosi was going to chase until he got bored. It was up to the Dog now; he just had some sick sense of self satisfaction over hopefully breaking him. Why would he kill after that? Let him be as miserable as the rest of them.

Seaki Damu stood, shaky, and snarled again, he took a step back, and he held some sort of relief that he was standing agian and not dead. The primal urge to flee tore at him. He needed to run, to live! And so he fled, running as fast as he could with a light head and a heavy heart. So this was how the real world was? Decieving and angry? Painful? He didn't like it, no this wasn't a very good day, not for this walk of life. His mind, however was blank except for the fear and the need to flee.

Enoh Love The snarl was met with another loud growl, and as the Dog stepped back, the Lion stepped forward. Keeping himself close to the ground he took off after him, chasing him relentlessly, always staying just a few paces behind him. The chase ended when Kgosi found himself too tired to care, and with a final roar of warning, he stood in the grass and watched the lightly coloured figure disappear from his line of vision. "Good Riddens." With a snort, the Tanned Brute turned, slowly making his way back the way he came. There. He'd done his job for the day; it made him feel better, at least.

Seaki Damu on the other hand, didn't stop running until he would collapse somewhere into the distance, body shaking from exhausting and pain. His eyes closed against the pain of the wounds, the strike on his chest and the bite marks. At least they stopped bleeding as he ran. He decided... he didn't like the real world...
