Skyeheart led them through the jewel encrusted hallways. Zing and Rook could see draconic runes and letters all over the walls, holding the history of the nation inside them.
Finally, a large doorway over a hundred feet in width and height stood before them.
The two serpentine dragons guarding the door craned their long necks down to look. They gazed into Skyeheart's eye for a few moments, then lifted them back up in recognition as if his eyes had just explained everything to them. They lumbered aside and the archway opened up.

rook and zing couldnt help but look on in amazment at the gewls and the enormus doorway but still they kept pass behind sky.

With that, they entered the throne room. But it was more like a stadium than a room.
It was as if the this room itself was bigger than the whole castle when you looked around it.
As they approached, Rook and Zing could make out two of the largest dragons they could see.
The first was ruby red and towered about fifty feet in height. Her jade eyes seemed to give off a red spark as if an enternal flame was burning inside of her.
The other one was even bigger, a size of around seventy feet. His titanic black wings could have spread from one end of the throne to the next. His black eyes seemed to gaze into their souls.
Skyeheart kneeled down.
"My Lord Bahamut, my Lady Tiamat."

rook was uncontrollibly gawking at the dragons shear size where as zing had his own way of showing amazment which was falling strait down on his back only to get back up again and by that time rook realized they should probely bow also so they did so without saying a word

Bahamut craned his head a little.
After a few moments. He let out a roar to announce his presence and then quieted down.
""
Skyeheart stood up, and walked out of the doorway, which slammed shut behind them.
It was just Rook, Zing, and the dragonlords now.
"So..." rumbled the deep and booming voice of Bahamut.
"Rook...and Zing. You have come, asking for my favor in arms?"

rook had some experiance in speaking with those of higher ploitical rank and knew it would be wise not to stand unless told to,zing however did not know this but fortunatly he was frozen by fear so he couldnt stand up period."yes lord bahamut,zing and i wish to serve under you as warriors"rook's reply was made aduble to bahamut by a slight bit of air manipulation rook could manage to do with out moving.

Bahamut's shadow loomed over the two, even though he had not moved.
"Do you what it means to serve a dragonlord? Those that fight under my power are blessed by my power.
A fragment of my strength could destroy an entire world. Knowing this, many flock to me with inhonorable intentions. Claiming my strength under contract for selfish wishes, hurting many others."
He then looked down straight ay Rook and Zing.
"I see wanting within you."

"all we wish is to live in peace with both of our origin species"rook said this as zing bilt up the courage to nod in agreement"both zing and i have sufferd critisisim from both dragons and humans,we only whish to help make this stop for other half bloods as well as our selves"rook still did not stand and nor did zing

Bahamut then stood up over them.
"You seek power first, unknowing the consequences! I can see your memeories down to the every expressions you wore!

zing was still glued to the floor but this was something rook would not tolerate,standing rook looked straight up at bahamut"yes i have hatred for certain indiviguals but how can good excists without bad for then we dont know the difference.i suppose you dont know what it's like to be a half breed,to be judged by humanes and blamed everytime livestock goes missing or how it feels to be ridiculed by other dragons just because you maintain a humane appearence and cant help that you cant stay in dragon form to long.i have suffered theses pains and so has zing,we dont want this to come to any other half breed and i am beginning to dought what sky had said about you understanding half breeds."rook said this aloud and with no air manipulation but his voice was louder than before,his tone was of the upmost sternest.

"SILENCE!" boomed Bahamut as he stomped his forefoot on the ground, shaking the room.
"Your pledge is meaningless! Your words are like that of every other being. They hold nothing more than empty resolve!"
Tiamat fixated her jade eyes on Rook.
"You know nothing of us, yet we already know everything about you. How can we allow someone as unstable as you to carry a torch you clearly underestimate?"

rook stood firm for if there was one thing he had learened over the years it was to not back down so easily"fool!!since you eledgedly know everything about me you should know that since i was born outside of draconian borders and never joined a clan you are not my ruler and if you are as mighty as you claim then how can i properly estimate the mediphorical torch."rook looked straight up into bahamut's eye's.he idnt want a conflict but bahamut was pushing it."you expect me to know much about you and your culture but as you aledgedly already know my father spoke little of his dragon culture."zing had backed u a little bit from rook and the dragonlords,he didnt like where this was going.

"Then prove your worth," Bahamut spoke with a lowered boom. "Show me proof that your resolve is stronger than the corruption of power and that you have the strength to carry it out through a trial, and then we will see who is truly the fool or not."

rook folded his arms across his chest and a wide grin appeared on his face"bring it,i need the excersise any way"zing did not find this as a good place o be at the moment and backed up about 30 feet away from the group.

Bahamut pulled his face away to give Rook room.
"As you know, my kingdom is but one of the provinces that makes Draconia.
Because of the different in terrain from province to province, many gaps appear at the borders between the states. It is there within those gaps that exiles, rebels, and criminals of our nation hide.
Recently, rumors of two very dangerous dragons have caught my ears.
They go by the aliases of 'The shadow of the crusader' and 'The pure flame'.
