Wow Jaz! Those are some cool real life/movie stories!! I especially like the twist about your friend calling you when you're about to call her for the same reason! rofl

I don't have anything cool like that to share. Just that um.. some movies were filmed here, or near here, or partially here. Twins, of course, set in New Mexico some of the time, and even shows a scene of a Los Alamos National Laboratory sign on the corner where Jason works. And the scene when Arnold Schwartzenegger and Danny Devito are walking side by side and throw their white jackets over their shoulders, this is at the Santa Fe plaza where I go often, and the nice cathedral behind them. And Young Guns, also set in New Mexico, but not quite near Los Alamos. And I know when I was in high school there was some talk about Gina Davis and Michael Keaton filming part of a movie in one of the 'mansions on the hill' on the same mesa where I now live, but I don't know what movie it was for.

Oh! And my best friend's husband got to go to Las Vegas for training, and it was during the opening of one of the grand hotels, and Drew Barrymore came and sat down at their blackjack table and 2 hours and chatted with him. He says she's so much prettier and nicer in real life (which is hard to imagine, because she looks COMPLETELY 100% perfectly pretty and nice on tv!!)

So um.. redface yeah the best stories I can tell are kind of far from. That's the closest I've been to celebrityship! rofl
