Minerva nodded. So long as the guild was maintained and cared for, her concerns were met. She would have spoken if not for Tempest immediately taking the attention of the table. She sighed. Another one? Another god to deal with? "What does said information entail, exactly? I would like to know exactly what's coming to kill us all, if possible. It may be crass of me to assume as such, but it doesn't sound like she broke into Rebirth just to sit down and chat out your differences." Her eyes shifted slightly away from Alfred's to rest on his wounded arm. Her face did not turn to match it. If there was another invader coming to kill them all, it was pertinent.



Tolin leaned back on the wall, quiet. No one had yet raised a point for him to debate. Tempest and her unnecessary dramatics had highlighted the severity well enough, along with Alfred's frank explanation.

Rave knew the rage he was invoking from the female Lucario but pressed on anyway. Soon enough his hind paws were up on the table and he seemed very precariously perched in a tilted, seated position that would have worked much better if he were bipedal. As soon as the lights went out a crash could be heard along with a slur of swears; one could only assume the fate of Rave in the dark.
Glimmer yelped at the lack of light. The previous stories added on to the sudden shock the darkness brought on her acted similar to the effect of sitting around a dark campfire listening to horror stories. She couldn't help but be easily startled.
Sonata remained calmly seated despite the sudden change of positions; at the moment she could see perfectly fine, if not better, anyway. Though she was capable of engaging in fight at this moment unlike the lot of the guilders present, she knew this enemy as not the one who killed her guildmaster so in the end she wasn't too sure who in attendance was worth risking her own life for.

Cecil entered the Guild exchange, glancing around the main hall as he walked in. Though not as grand as the Tower of Rebirth or the Palace of the Sun, it was impressive in its own right; solid, warm, filling him with a sense of security. For one who lived in a small village and had spent the last two years of his life travelling, a building with solid walls felt safe.

He glanced around, seeing a door at the end of the hall and two corridors opening up on the left and right. A few Pokemon were crowded outside the door, so Cecil approached them. He had come to find out more about the Guilds. How to form a Team, how Teams worked, what are the duties, obligations, rights, that accompany the decision. And he had been directed here to find out those answers in detail.

He was going to ask the Vaporeon where the Help Desk was when the lights suddenly flickered off and there was a loud scream. In the darkness a glow pierced the shadows, the outlines of the Smeargle's tail as it morphed and changed shape.

Cecil rolled through the open doorway into the room, his sword up as the lights came back on. His eyes widened at the bloody sight on the table, and his gaze was drawn up to the Lopunny.

Great, it was her again. There were many Pokemon present in the room, some of which the Smeargle recognized from his visit earlier to the Tower of Rebirth. Expecting everyone to lunge at the Lopunny, Cecil decided to stay back for the initial combat; he did not know these people well and would not trust himself to fight alongside them under such crowded circumstances.

Cecil took a step to the side, in front of the Vaporeon from earlier and her friends, noting their age.

"Young Lady, I beg of you to leave here at once. 'tis not safe." He glanced down at the Weavile who had fainted, wincing. "Take your friends and go!"

"Oh geeze." The idiot of a successor didn't seem to understand that this was a bad place to be. Lia couldn't transport people if they struggled; she wasn't very good at it. Albus had been simple and easy in comparison to Atra; she had barely had to use it over the years. Well, there were other people to deal with. A series of cracks had the Banette's tatters encased in water (Aqua Ring. After all, it was hard to tell exactly when a ghost was dead) and an unconscious Kenna dumped into the nearby hallway. Lucy soon joined him, unless she had the kind of strength to struggle against it.



Tolin watched as Creaus bounced around the room, disappearing from place to place as she decimated half the guild. It was obvious that she was playing evasively to try and avoid a direct conflict when she was vastly outnumbered.

A crunch sounded quietly as the far-and-beyond enhanced Scyther leaped off the table, his scythes raised. It hurt to move like this. It hurt horrifically. But, the guild masters were more important than he was. Far more important. He just hoped his heart would keep beating long enough.
