-About the Second Self, include it in the In Game Stats or something. You can expand on it int he compound but just a basic description of what rolls and how long and whatever in the In Game Stats section.

Clan Name: Otobe

Village: Otogakure

Element Affinity: N/A

Description of Clan: The Otobe possess a unique and intricate chakra system with high concentrations of chakra networks surrounding their sensory nervous system, along with a second nervous system specifically linked to the external layer of skin. This allows the Otobe a super-human spectrum of sensation felt or heard by vibrations, allowing them to pin-point focal points from large distances. Their additional nervous system located just below their skin, is designed for both nerve impulses and Chakra travel, combing together the user can send powerful impulses of pulsing Chakra. Creating a variety of vibrations, ranging from sounds(genjutsu) to physical shock waves(Ninjutsu).

As Otobe grow they must complete the challenge of finding and controlling the "Second-Self". Before they do this, their mind is only capable of receiving input from their second nervous system without any control. The heightened sensations overwhelm the mind. Young Otobe children are left to be tormented by the sensations around them until they have nearly lost their minds. After this they are sent to intense training with the clan leader or elder to free their chakras and learn to harness this new power. This ritual is called the Enlightenment of the Second-Self. The Enlightment is complete when the Child learns to use the kekke Genkai is it's fully realized form, known as Synchronization, in which the Otobe's two nervous systems fully sink, drastically increasing their capability.

Because the child has now been saved from insanity by their leader or elder they develop a immensely strong bond of gratitude and deliverance to their clan.

The Otobe believe that they are a superior race to "Humans". Because they are born with innate chakra abilities and have found methods of harnessing further chakras, they believe they were chosen by the universe to rule and maintain order over heaven and earth. They truly suffer from a god complex, and are radical towards their belief that the Otobe are as Gods.

Physical Appearance: The Otobe's General appearance is vaguely similar at best, most having no particular defining cosmetic traits which set them apart save a generally pale complexion which was said to develop from the clans years spent hiding underground before their self imposed exile from the nations. However, due to their long time abroad during their exile, the Otobe have picked up many traits from the foreign culture, favoring many times towards western styles rather than the commonly more eastern looks of the Elemental nations.

History: The Otobe's origins are unknown, though it is said that they were created in the infamous experimentation of the first Otokage. What is known for certain, is that they first appeared in Oto as a prominent power during the third's rule, where they found a home and became Oto's 'One-up' to Konoha's Uchiha, taking the place of the Rikki clan after it's departure.

As the fifth came into power and Orochimaru's ancient scrolls were discovered. The Otobe decided that these scrolls were rightfully theirs and began endeavors to obtain them. However, the Sixth saw their danger and destroyed all but one, hiding it away from the knowledge of all the others. The Otobe were infuriated by the defiance of their will, and so the seeds began to grow for the Otobe uprising. The clan felt that being the most powerful clan, they were entitled to rule over Oto.

Forty years later the Otobe began plotting to kill the Sixth Otokage. The clan leader of the time, Hideyo Otobe, had planned to murder the Kage in secret and secure the village as his own. In a violent and Ill-planned attack, Hideyo and a good portion of the clan, was killed by elite jounin and the Otokage. They were betrayed, and left to return to the hiding from whence they came.

For thirty years they grew and festered in the underground sanction of Oto that they had discovered and claimed as their own, which was unknown to the Seventh. Oto grew and so did the Otobe's disdain and need for vengeance. As the Eighth was instated the Otobe returned to the sun of Otogakure to find a prospering village, that they so desperately wanted.

Yet the Otobe had learned from past mistakes. They need time and resources in order to take the village. They fled to the flourishing west where the world was taking strides of development. It was from there that they believed they would find the means for their wants.

For just over ten years they built up their resources and established a clan compound. The Otobe lived lavishly, but they had not forgotten their goal. They well never forget the goal of power. With unappeasable appetites they will strike back someday. Take Oto and unleash the last Hidden scroll of the first...

Habits and Social Structure:
The Otobe have adapted many traditions and habits from their western neighbors while among them, and have even adapted a knight like hierarchy within their military and social structure. Knights within the Clan, named so for immense power and battle prowess, hold great station, the Knights of Forte, the three elite among the knights, under only the Clan Head himself, who's authority is supreme. Besides the knights, the next seat of stature falls to various heads of the clan houses, numerous now over the years, as they vie for the honor of being named second house, which rests directly under the main house in importance, and is on rare occasion granted the honor of marrying a child into it.

Due to their delicate nature before they harness their second self, it is rare for children to be shown to the clan before this, and when a child finally is shown, it is a special event. True training for the Otobe begins after this however, those that excel at the use of their Kekke Genkai taking precidence over others.

The Ideals and ways of the Otobe are strongly rested upon the foundation that they are superior to normal humans, and the Clan itself takes precedence over any single member of it. In this way, while the houses do struggle against one another they are almost of hive mind where the goals of the clan are involved. This struggle is all in the spirit of progress, the belief that conflict be-gates strength, and strength is what the Otobe honor. Otobe do have a sense of honor, almost to a fault in some members, but this is often overshadowed by their zealotry towards the clan's objectives.

Music also takes a large part in the Otobe's culture, merely due to their deep seeded tie to it, and indeed if one is not a strong warrior, the only other way to truly be honored is through great musical talent.

Quirks and Special Features: The Otobe are somewhat drawn to things of strong flavor, sound, or scent, their enhanced senses able to enjoy such things far more then the normal person, their love of music just one example. Candy is a secret weakness of theirs, chocolate in particular one their greatest delights.

Name: Minor Vibration
Description: +10 Chk Cont, +8 Nin (15 for both in order to be used in conjucture with other techniques without hand signs.)

Attack Turns: 2 (0, but can only use as such once per 5 possible attack rolls and must meet requirements, in addition to preforming extra training stage)
Reflex Save: N/A Unavoidable if used for physical damage
Will Save: 10+half user's level+user Chakra control (If attack is aimed for mind)
Damage:5-10 either MHp of Hp depending on the use of low or high frequencies.
Requirements:Otobe,+10 Chk Cont, +8 Nin (15 for both in order to be used in conjucture with other techniques without hand signs.)
Training: 2 stages (3 if preform extra)
Stage I: DC: Chakra control DC of 20, focus the sound waves in the air around you, use your chakra to guide manipulate them.
Stage II: DC: Constitution DC 15 Control the sound waves within one's own body and emit the proper frequency into the air, finally working out the proper technique for both low and high frequencies. A failed roll here will result in 5 mhp or hp damage.
Stage III(Extra): DC:40 Chakra Control. Fully master the technique, till emitting the sound waves becomes nearly second nature to you, allowing you to preform it without hand signs, or indeed any real effort.
Special: Anyone in the area besides the user -5 to all listen and balance checks for 5 turns. (This effect does not stack when used multiple times.

Name: Musical Inclination
Description:The user creates an intricate display of vibrations to recreate musical melodies and the illusion of instruments. This is often used as a tool for amusement in the Otobe compound, and allows an Otobe to play without a real instrument, in addition to adding to a bit of flare to any performance they give.

Stage II: DC: 25 Ninjutsu Put your work to practice now as you initiate replicating the sound of an instrument, a song, or other work of music.
Special: Allows an Otobe to add their Chakra Control roll to any Music Based Performance.


Name: Great Silence
Description: Using their advanced second self, the Otobe are able to completely silence the vibration in their immediate area.

Stage I: DC:35. Focus your chakra to quiet something small that makes near constant noise. The capture fly, a clock, clicking pendulums, etc.
Stage II: DC: 40 Now silence the sounds of your own body. Breath, heart beat, till it's as though you aren't standing there at all...
Stage III: DC: 35 Ninjutsu Focus on moving around while maintaining the state achieved in stage two, practice basic maneuvers
Stage IIII: DC: 45 Now silence a wide area, everything within it regardless of size or contents.
Special: Allows sound to be removed from the equation when sneaking about, while the technique is shattered by any large sound based attacks, it's still effective as a precursor to assassination. Add half of users Chakra control to Stealth rolls

Name: Shock Wave
Description: One of the Otobe's favored attacks. Using high frequency vibrations, the user emits a potentially powerful thrust of force into the air,

Stage I : DC: 25 Chakra excercise, build up the pressure of the sound waves, force your chakra to amplify the disruption.
Stage II: DC: 25 Chakra Control. Control the disruption, bend it to your will.
Stage III: DC 30 Chakra. Now release the pressure, practice firing the shock wave until you've finally mastered it.
Special: All victims of the technique must preform a Balance check, or they suffer a -3 to all checks their next turn.

Name: Lullaby of Sleeping Souls
Description: Combining their affinity for sound with Genjutsu, the Otobe play a potent melody, one which lulls the victim into a pleasant dream like vision which will not break until the Jutsu is lifted. The vision is formed by the victims own mind, as their ideal world... This Jutsu was originally developed to calm Otobe children as they underwent the sufferance of controlling their second self, but it can also be used to trap an enemy without harming them, though they are fully prepared for battle as soon as the Jutsu is broken. It will also be broken should any violent action fall unto it's victim, or user.

Stage II: DC: 40 Chakra control, Now, mix in your chakra with the waves composing the song. This is difficult, requiring you pinpoint those waves specifically.
Stage III: DC: 35 Genjutsu Now, mix in your intent with the song, control the illusion, remain calm and serene while doing so.
Stage IIII: DC: 40 Genjutsu Combine all elements, master the technique, and place someone, or an animal, into their perfect world, even if it's only a dream...
Special: The Victim falls into a sort of trance, even a deep sleep, and does not wake until the Jutsu is ended or broken, or they make the will save. If either the victim or the user is attacked, the jutsu is automatically broken.


Name: Black Screech
Description: This is a devastating attack favored by the otobe's most powerful warriors. The Otobe lets out an unearthly frequency from their mouth, imbued with chakra and fortified with their own wrath. The Sound waves appear black, actually visible to the naked eye, and cause ruin comparable with a harrowing explosion over a wide area, the sound waves literally ripping at anything and everything within it's area of effect, which is about 30 meters from around the user. The Otobe themselves are unharmed by their own chakra.

Name: Oblivion Frequency
Description:The user manipulates high frequency sound waves onto a person or object to displace their particles, as all atoms are separate, this enables the user to pass through their intended subject. However, without some effects on the user themselves. Used as an attack simply to displace an opponents atoms, without actually entering the opponent no damage is received.

I DID use the new clan system...As for the Jutsu, it looked to me that the stats for the jutsu were already converted, just from the requirements and such...let's see here...

Accepted everything but jutsu for now...

Is Musical Inclination a Genjutsu? It needs some kind of Will DC... Like, A person may be able to block their ears using chakra or something...

Even sound genjutsu has a counter... same with sound ninjutsu.

Shock Wave Cp cost and damage is a little low for C rank... Go to the jutsu list and just look for a general Cp cost and damage range... I think C is like 80-110 for both... but it's up to you really.

But, the rest of the jutsu are fine to me...

xd Musical inclination isn't a Genjutsu, it's manipulating the sound around them to make music without an instrument, it's not an attack at all, it's a buff to musical performances, it has no real combat capability at all.

Lullaby of sleeping souls is a genjutsu, it does have combat capability does, and it DOES have a will DC.


I'll edit Shock wave a bit to meet new specs. *Done*
