Well, Lilah certainly believed in herself. She had no doubt she'd eventually be a real princess, so maybe Wolfram was right. She'd just have to try her hardest, then!
She watched him curiously as his arm changed color and looked sort of....different. "COOL!" she exclaimed, reaching her hand forward and touching it. "It feels like skin!" she said, bringing up her other hand up to feel (like it might be different with the other hand).
Suddenly realizing she was invading his "bubble" (which her older sister seemed to think punishable by physical pain...) she dropped her hands and jumped back.
"Oh! I'm sorry!" she apologized. "I wasn't thinking..."

He didn't even bother to yank away from her or make her stop if anything he used her hands as a starting off point to cause another change in his skin to match her tone with a large grin before she suddenly jumped away apologizing. This only made Wolfram laugh as his skin moved to go back to its earlier tone because it look best on him (vain little thing that he was).
"It's alright with me, Goldie, you have a very gentle touch," he said simply. It wasn't her that he was worried about. If anything she ought to have worried about him, but once more he had shown restraint and hadn't taken anything off of Lilah's person. Everything was where it should be and his fingertips didn't go where they should not.
He shifted a bit of his weight from one foot to the other as he stared up at his crossbar, "Then of course I have that thing. I don't like people touching that," he muttered lightly before she got any sort of idea to do so.

"Oh, but I couldn't even reach it!" she said stretching up her hands, but remaining flat on her feet. "BUT I MEAN! Not that that's a reason to not do it! You're supposed to respect peoples wishes too!" Maggie had taught her that, and it seemed like good advice. Just 'cuz she couldn't reach it wasn't the reason she couldn't touch it.
Oh! Speaking of!
"Maggie is my momma!" she said, answering his earlier question. She had been distracted by his color changing skin before she had answered.
Lilah looked back up at the crossbar. "Is it weird to have it floating there? Does it get in the way?"

Wolfram didn't move to stop her mostly because he was fairly confident that it was out of reach of her hands and if she did manage to reach it he would have gently stopped her. It never was good to hurt a girl much less someone he actually liked on some level. He nodded a bit in approval at her words, "That ya should, Goldie, people don't want to be your friend if ya don't respect their wishes."
Not that he took that tidbit to heart very often depending in the situation but at least he tried?
He laughed a bit as he nodded, "Ohh, mine is named Luis, or at least that's what others call her. I call her Mother or Mom."
Wolfram tilted his head side to side, "Not weird since I'm used to it, but it does get in the way sometimes, but that's why I learn ways to work around it so it doesn't get in the way too much."

"I like having friends," she said, nodding her head solemnly. "They're lots of fun." Lilah made a little face, when he said he called his 'Mother'. "Hm...Momma Maggie is a little...funny." She wasn't sure how to explain her caretaker to Wolfram. "Sometimes I call her momma, but sometimes I call her Maggie. She always responds." The two words had started to become interchangeable to Lilah, so much so that she forgot that 'Maggie' was a proper name, not a parental descriptor.
"Does it do anything useful?" She asked. "If it gets in the way, how come you can't just cut it off?"
