"Sure! Sounds like fun! I assume you'd rather things be matched... D'you like neon pink? Or is there a different color you like?" Ily asked excitedly, already picturing what to give to her friend to try on. It had to be neon and bright, but not as eye-blinding as hers and probably far more girly just from glancing over Phoebe's current clothing style.
Seth squeaked and giggled, squirming a bit in an attempt to get away from the tickling fingers and not fall at the same time. Falling hurt a lot, no matter how much one weighed. "Eee! Dat tickwes!" he giggled, batting playfully at her hand in an attempt to move it away.

"Yep, pink is my favorite color, and, um..... I like blue too. And butter yellow but I can't wear yellow since it clashes with my hair," Phoebe said, pausing in her tickling of Seth to think about colors. "And green just makes me look like a watermelon," she added, frowning a bit. Then she turned back to the miniature naga in her arms and tickled him again, just briefly. "You don't like it, Sethy? Wanna get down and play again?"

Ily simply nodded, thinking some sort of mix of pink, blue, and a dash of green and yellow would look nice. That was, until she looked down at her own clothes. "Mkay. Hm... Pink and blue work for you?" she asked, wishing she could use yellow. It was perfect practically but then again, it couldn't be neon yellow as that was just absolutely disgusting under a black-light.
Seth shook his head. Getting down meant he had to slither around on his own again! "I wike gwee-EEE!" he squeaked, giggling and squirming a bit once again as she tickled him for a moment. "Nu-uh. I fine," he finally replied, giggling softly.

Phoebe nodded eagerly and continued cuddling Seth - he was just so... huggable! The little toddler was completely adorable for a half-snake child. Now if only his tail was pink, he'd be absolutely the cutest thing in the world. "Pink and blue are great, Ily! This will be fun!" The pink-haired spawn immediately broke into an impromptu dance on the spot, twirling herself and Seth around in her sheer joy at getting to go to something that sounded so fun.

Seth squeaked and clung to Phoebe as she twirled and danced with happiness, surprised at the sudden movement and all the spinning lights and colors around him. It didn't really scare him, per se, just startled him greatly. Although falling didn't sound like much fun either now that he thought of it.
"So I'm guessing you're excited?" Ily laughed, watching the two dance and twirl with amusement. "Well c'mon, we don't have all day! Wanna go search for your clothes first or mine?" As she mentioned them, she gestured to the areas on either side of them. To the right were incredibly bright and neon clothing while the area to the left contained clothing meant for pre-teens and were done in far duller colors with splashes of neon here and there.

Phoebe giggled, finding herself in a rather silly mood at the moment, and shrugged. "You can pick, Ily! I don't mind which we look at first!" Pausing in her twirling for a moment, she smiled down at the naga toddler, and kissed his forehead gently. "You're a good dancer, Seth! I bet lots of pretty girls will want to dance and play with you someday!"

Ily glanced over at the section that didn't seem to be so eye raping then back to the one that seemed to BREATHE color. "How 'bout we go after the day clothes? Then we can destroy our eyes in the other section," she offered, giggling at how bright her clothing actually was. Strange, she never noticed it before...
Seth giggled and squirmed a bit at the kiss to his forehead. "Why?" he asked, wondering why it would matter if pretty girls wanted to dance with him. "Pway? Yay~!" he giggled, not exactly caring who wanted to play so long as they wanted to. It was only fun he cared about.

"Okay!" Phoebe chirped, shifting from foot to foot excitedly. "Sounds like a good plan to me! The bright colored clothes did look like fun, but she didn't think she could handle starting there - she might burn her vision out and be unable to see any color that the day clothes might have to offer! Still holding Seth - she was quite unwilling to put him down, for some reason - Phoebe started off towards the day clothes, looking over at Ily now and then to make sure she was following her.
Along the way, she poked Seth in the nose gently, just because she could, and tickled him just for a moment. "You'll understand when you get bigger, Seth~ But maybe you and I could play sometime too, huh? That would be fun!" The pink-haired girl decided in that moment, that while Kupo was the cutest little brother in the entire world, Seth was arguably a tie for the cutest toddler in the world.

Ily picked her way through the almost alien clothing styles. It was strange, looking at how... boring they were. Muted colors, simple and almost plain designs... blech. Where were the mind-warping designs and colors?
Seth flashed Phoebe a huge grin, giggling and squirming as he was tickled again. “Yah! Bee-Bee an’ Seff pway wots!” he giggled, snuggling the girl as they weaved through the racks of clothes. He had to agree with Ily, though. They were rather boring compared to what she usually wore. “Pwease? Can Bee-Bee pway?” he asked over Phoebe’s shoulder, cute purple eyes wide and begging.
And how could she say no? “Looks like you’ve got yourself a little playmate Phee,” Ily giggled. Seth was definitely far too cute for his own good and those around him.
