iiCookehKaicho Dark chaosnight I like this idea Kaicho it gives everyone a job to do something so that they can stay active but also get other people active, there are some things that is a little problem like you should let people pick what they wanted to do. Examples: Athena already been Removal of old and un-used Forums / Threads so she should keep that job, Kai is only Temp. Captain and when Zoro returns and if Kai becomes Captain how do you expect a new Captain to train other new Captains I think an old Captain should train new Captains, and me personal I know I won't do a good job of creating fun activities but I my pitch ideas but I feel more comfortable with PMing inactive members. Also I don't know if you hadn't thought about it yet or maybe you did we are gonna need back-ups if the current people are busy like with school, family, or sickness. Overall I say yes to the idea I chose Kai, because though shes only a temp shes an excellent captain, Shes literate in ALL her posts, and if she gets full captain then itl be perfect because from her just getting it she can pass on her fresh knowlage to the younger members I see what you are saying but I think Zoro should teach new Captains when he returns because he is an excellent Captain, He is very literate in all his post, and even though he is apart of the new gen. Captain he has been Captain longer than Kai. I don't believe Wolfsong is ready for that kind of job you gave him even he admits it himself and Athena should have his job because she been doing it this whole time so she has the experience and she already knows what to do also the is not easy it is hard to handle the reason why I know because when enshara tried to help the guild before I learned that it was hard first with enshara. I believe that I should do inactive members because not a lot people has time on their hands to keep up with other people but I don't mind taking that job because I did that a lot when I was in Reddeye's squad so I don't mind doing it.

Reddeye Gojiro Kiryu athena2324 Kaicho, moving the Fourms is not an easy job to do. I can't even get half of my squad members Active. Everytime i send them out the "You will be kicked out of the squad, and possibly the guild", they post once and then stop posting again, until I re-pm them with the same message. Before, we was just banning people without warning, and if you don't remember, I got some of the nastiest pms form your brother, Ichi. As i said, I don't feel comfortable with the job you want to give me. Kage, moving the forums is actually a very easy thing to do. When it comes to members like that, it is rather simple to pm them that "posting up to only 10 times, one post a day will not cut it, if your activity does not become greater after so and so day, and if that day passes and your activity stops for more than a week without proper cause, or statement in the absent return thread, you will be banned without any further warning." I have done this many times. Also taking this job away from wolf would only cause a move of harm towards him. He will have to learn, and if he needs help, he can message me whenever he wants. Finally someone whos actually on my side - ish - Moderately - not really but only doing it for the guilds sake, But you get my point, finally someone helpling and agreeing with me, If wolf has this taken away from him then he'll never get anywhere

iiCookehKaicho wolfsong0 I don't think i will be too god at removing old threads cause i won't know what to remove == Removal Of Threads == Simple, just delete them, If you get stuck pm any other captain we'll tell you if its needed, Alternitavely, You could check the last post date, If its over a month then delete it =o Except for all the important s**t like Squad training areas, Rankings ect ect ahh ok i'm ok with that now ish.

If i am to do this job, (and i already asked born) I will need help, because i have looked and out of all 9 pages of members, there is really only one page of active members, including the captains. . .

well from how people were acting I couldn't tell who was on which side, but now that it seems everyone is calming down and being ok with the job they are receiving, I can finally approve of this, so...

We need more captains and Espada to look at profiles and see if there is anything considered god modish, things that just don't flow with each other, or just doesn't make sense so you can have them work with it, and make them redo a few things to be accepted.
