Zian smiled at her.
"You would be no burden at all. As I said, it's my duty. I was raised to protect others, and wouldn't mind traveling with you at all. And we need no destination. I am a wanderer myself and have no home, per se. We can wander the lands and see what comes to us."
Indeed, Zian had not had a place to call home for a long time. All of these lands were his home. He preferred it that way. He moved as he pleased and found it suited him quite well.

Becoming more comfortable with the stallion, her body began to become less tense. She smiled over to Zian, "You're too kind, but I certainly the offer." she bobbed her head and looked around.
She enjoyed the idea of not having to have a destination, she had always wanted to explore outside of the land her parents roamed. "Have you journeyed far in your life, Zian?" she looked curiously at the stallion.

As he set off in no specific direction, he smiled a bit at Kamala.
"I have done a good bit of traveling. I was born far off in the east, miles away from these lands. I was raised there by the clan that I have told you about, but eventually left my home in the east and traveled around until I came to these lands a few years ago. Since then, I have been wandering around, making myself familiar with this place. It's proving to take quite a while. There is a lot to these lands."
He quickened his pace to a trot, moving off towards a line of trees.

She quickly set pace to keep up with him, not wanting to be left behind.
She listened to him as he spoke, she wondered if all of the soquili to the east were adorned as he was? She would have to remember to ask him when it was her turn.
"Wow, you've been here that long and are still learning the area? These lands much be expansive!" she hadn't imagined anything much larger than her family's grove, poor sheltered lass.
"Zian," she paused, not wanting to be rude, "Are all of the soquili in the east so... Ornate?" she could imagine herds of soquili with different masks and colors adorning their coats.
