Yamoto smiled, he had always like it with younger shinigami showed eagerness during training. "Well you sure catch on fast." Of course Alder would catch on fast being a vice captain, but Yamoto hadn't suspected so impressive retention from someone who was not in his own squad. It was impressive to see shinigami that could master all areas of combat. "Alright I just want to do this kido next because I like explosions alot."
Yamoto held out his hand towards the closest wooden dummy in the general area. Almost immediately you could see reiatsu forming around Yamoto's right hand. The reiatsu was so intense it almost looked as if Yamoto's hand was actually glowing. The captain formed the reiatsu into two large balls that slolwy began to circle each other in front of his hand. The captain smiled as he looked at Alder. "Due to the fact that I am using the much reiatsu and sighting the incantation, this explosion might be rather big. I would be careful."
Yamoto laughed as his focus went back to the dummy. "Ye lord. Mask of blood and flesh, all creation, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man. On the wall of blue flame, inscribe a twin lotus. In the abyss of conflagration, wait at the far heavens. Hado 73. Twin Lotus Blue Fire, Crash Down" The two balls of energy released away from Yamoto's hand and rushed towards the target. Immediately on impact the wooden dummy was engulfed by a large blue pillar of fire that went well above the tree line in the region. Once the fire had subsided and the the smoke had cleared you could see no remains of the wooden dummy at all. "Well poor b*****d. No wonder no one wants to fight me anymore."

As Yamato fired the Kidou, a particularly large chunk of wood blasted away from the dummy, and flew straight toward the Vice Captain. In a flash of movement and shining steel, Alder's blade was drawn, and the chunk of wood was on the ground behind him-in two pieces. "Well....that was close!" Alder said with a laugh, obviously fortunate that he'd been able to draw his rapier in time. However, he then began to scrutinize this new Kidou that Yamato had shown him. "Ah....Soren Sokatsui....I've heard quite a bit about this one..." He murmured, taking in everything he could in the instant Yamato used it. Obviously, it involved strengthening the original Sokatsui, but making two of the strengthened attack. Then, the user would fire the spheres at the same time, allowing their combined power to create a truly devastating Kidou. "Well....if you can throw attacks like that around, I'd probably look forward to fighting you, quite honestly." Alder said, allowing his true character to shine through. "It's like when I fought Mock-Taichou for the first time....I hardly stood a chance, but it still felt good to put up a fight against someone so much more powerful than me." The Vice Captain very quickly returned from his reminiscing, and focused his attention more thoroughly to the task at hand.

Alder began to focus the energy required for a Sokatsui. Like usual, the sphere of energy formed in front of his palm. However, in order utilize this Kidou, he'd need to put more than double the energy into the attack. He felt the sensation travel through his body as more and more reiatsu poured into the attack, strengthening it to the level that ultimately determined its success. As soon as the optimal level was reached, the now gigantic Sokatsui split into the two blue spheres, each glowing with more power than a normal Sokatsui. "Ye lord. Mask of blood and flesh, all creation, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man. On the wall of blue flame, inscribe a twin lotus. In the abyss of conflagration, wait at the far heavens. Hado Number Seventy Three........Soren Sokatsui!" With the theater style incantation, the spheres erupted from his palm, crashing into another one of the dummies. The resulting explosion also rose over the treetops. For only a moment, Alder was astounded by the azure pillar of fire rising from the ground. "That was MY attack....?" The Vice Captain questioned himself, hardly able to realize that he'd pulled off such a powerful Kidou.

Yamoto's face became more serious as he was now ready to start teaching the next kido. As you know all hado spells are basically the same when it comes to casting, that is until you get up to number 90. All that is required is the right amount of reiatsu. For 63 you need a fairly large amount that you will release in a wave towards the target.
Yamoto looked for the nearest wooden dummy around and soon found it. "Ah there you area." The captain pointed his right hand at the dummy and supported his wrist with his left hand. "Remember to support what ever wrist you are firing with when it comes to this kido and some others." Yamoto began to build up reiatsu in his right hand, soon the reiatsu could be could be physically seen by anyone in the area. "Sprinkled on the bones of the beast! Sharp tower, red crystal, steel ring. Move and become the wind, stop and become the calm. The sound of warring spears fills the empty castle. Hado 63. Thunder Roar Cannon." The spell exploded out of Yamoto hand rocketing towards the intended target. The massive wave of yellow energy engulfed the wooden dummy completly destroying it. "Alright your turn."

Alder didn't need to observe nearly as much for the next Kidou. He could obviously see that the concept of charging the attack was similar, except for the fact that there wasn't as much, and it wasn't split into two. As soon as the Vice Captain had gotten the basic principles down, he added in the incantation as well, to spice things up a bit, ""Sprinkled on the bones of the beast! Sharp tower, red crystal, steel ring. Move and become the wind, stop and become the calm. The sound of warring spears fills the empty castle. Hado Number Sixty Three.....Raikoho!" Immediately, the visible yellow energy in his palm erupted, sending a large, focused blast of lightning at the wooden dummy. Unlike the Soren Sokatsui, the attack didn't generate a pillar shaped explosion; it was merely a large, circular type of explosion, making it seem less powerful than it's latter Kidou. "And then there was Haien." The Vice Captain retorted with a laugh, obviously enjoying the use of these Kidou.

"Alright very well." Yamoto laughed as he found the next wooden dummy he would destroy. "This next kido can be fired in two ways, the first is the normal waves type manners where you shoot the kido out like a flame thrower. The other is you can concentrate the spell into a disc form causing the spell to explode on impact." Yamoto walked over to the dummy he was about to target. "We will using the latter method because it is more fun. The key is to build up reiatsu in your dominate hand, and do a swiping motion when you release, like this. Hado 54. Abolishing Flames" Yamoto swiped his arm from left to right releasing the spell at the target. The purple disc hit the target in the chest causing the enitre wooden dummy to catch on fire. "You see how fun that is. Your turn."

"Well....this seems to be quite the fun Kidou." Alder merely chuckled as he observed Yamato's teachings. Obviously, the Kidou required a good level of control, but the basis itself depended more on concentrating it into a wave with the second form of the move. Releasing a jet of Kidou fire from one's palm was nothing. Within moments, Alder could easily release the jet of fire from his palm, observing it, and rather mystified by its beautiful purple color. After the first stage was done, Alder began to focus the correct amount of energy into his palm. His dominant hand, the right, began to glow with a powerful purple aura. In a forceful swiping motion, a wave of purple energy erupted from his palm. It soared at the dummy, and ignited it in purple flames; the kidou had been a success. "Alright....I requested seven more, but I suppose those can wait for a later time."
