Vintrict Dan Luca Understood. So, I can have my number of a single animachina type. Got it. And if there's nothing more for me to edit, does this mean the profile's been accepted? O.o No, you can only bring in one animachine per battle. Just one. ((No more machina use in the battle for you, Dan. I wish we had a flag system so I can throw it on the field or something to show as a penalty, but we had this discussion and you went against our set clarification.))

Considering that nothing would have happened to her leg had the machina crashed into it anyways, and that she fell down due to the magnestism, it really wasn’t that big of a deal. As Robyn rushed toward the soundwave, she didn’t spare any glance at the NNEMP or her weapons, unable to hear the splash as it sank in the water. But she was keeping an eye on Dan through the corner of her eye. Granted, she wouldn’t know what half of his movements would entail, and he seemed to be able to control the machine thingies without any movement anyways, which left the vixen at a disadvantage. But Robyn wasn’t one to get discouraged, and as soon as she took care of that noisemaker, her opponent was going to get clawed up.
She neared the soundwave, and her opponent seemed to be saying something, not that she could hear it, ears twitching in vain to detect any sound other than the dull static that permeated her sense. Hmm…she thought she might have heard a word or two..it was hard to tell. She didn’t really care what he was yelling, though, since he was probably speaking it in his weird-a** language. The fox girl rose up, bringing her leg back to kick again…and was promptly knocked off balance by something shoving her leg. Her eyes widened, and Dan indeed got his comic moment as she went falling face-first over the machina. But, even disoriented as she was, which was decreasing over time, her reflexes were still enough to pull off a few maneuvers. She knew she was going in the water, there was no way to stop that. But perhaps she could use that to her advantage, and maybe not look like such a fool in doing so.
Her arms swept in front of her, not a hard task considering they had been at her sides, and instead of faceplanting the wooden floor, her palms met the ground, and she turned the fall into a forward handspring, pushing off into the air and straight towards the water. Positioned much like she had been during her freefall stunt during the first round, she entered the water feet first, hands raised above her head as she took a deep breath of air. The audience gasped. She’d gone in the water! Not anywhere near far enough to worry about the countout, but still…what was she doing? The crowd watched, some quietly, and some not so quietly as they waited to see if she would rise back up and pull herself onto the platform again.
Underwater, Robyn grimaced. She really hadn’t wanted to take a saltwater bath. Her cargo pants were heavy, especially soaked with water, but that could actually be used to her benefit. It prevented her from rising too quickly, actually keeping her floating where she was under the water, her powerful legs kicking every so often to prevent her sinking completely. The stone platform was only 4 feet thick, and her dive had taken her further than that. Settling herself into place, she put one hand under the platform, holding herself underwater and out of sight of Dan. Her eyes shimmered, and suddenly next to her, was a complete clone of the woman, even down to the metal in her arm. Granted, that metal wouldn’t actually react to anything, but any sensor would pick it up as though it were real. The figure rose up, breaking the surface and gasping loudly for air as she put a dripping, clawed hand on the platform. Water soaked the surface of the wood, and the copy hauled herself up, an angry look on her face as she dripped onto the platform, the crowd cheering for her apparent recovery. Now, these copies were identical to the original in every way. Scent, sight, sound, heat, aura, everything was there. Or seemed to be at least. Ignoring the bots, she dashed towards Dan himself, her hands bursting into flame as she did so. With a growl and a flying leap, she aimed to tackle him straight at his face. Yes, this figure ignored any and all defenses he might have come up with, considering they would have no effect on her. The instant she was physically touched, however, the figure would disappear as though it had never been there. The water she had dripped, everything was an illusion orchestrated by the fox girl who was now pulling herself up onto the wooden surface. If they hadn’t seen her first match, many would look confused at the sudden appearance of another Robyn, but those who had instantly realized what was going on, cheering her strategy. Funny…she could hear the cheering although it was somewhat muted.
She would pull herself up just as her doppelganger was about to leap towards Dan’s face, but she wasn’t focused on that. Well, part of her was, considering she had sort of a double-vision going on. She was able to see exactly what the clone was seeing, and it kind of superimposed over her own vision, in varying degrees depending on well, if she wanted it or not. The real fox girl was focused on the robots. Or rather, one robot in particular. That little noisemaker was going to take a bath, just like she had. But it wasn’t coming back up. Grabbing the machina, she lifted it and swung it over and into the water. Too bad she couldn’t wait around to hear the splash. Or…see it, considering that might still be out of her hearing capabilities. If she still had enough time, she would aim to do the same to the magnet bot, but, seeing as her right arm was currently being tugged towards it, she figured it wouldn’t be a wise idea to bring it closer and possibly get it stuck. So, gritting her teeth with the strength needed to keep herself from being pulled down by her arm, she’d kick the NNEMP, wanting to give it a nice bath as well.
Doubtful she still had enough time, but if all of those maneuvers were successful, Robyn would turn and dash straight toward Dan, just for the sake of having her in the middle of an action he could respond to.

There were a few things that automatically made Dan weary of the situation, and what was going on. First off, he was watching closely, from one picture of the female to the next as she pulled her little maneuver over the machina. Robyn’s movements were less accidental, and seemed too practiced to be a reaction to being knocked off of her balance. Finally, Robyn went over the platform and fell into the water, at this point there were no cameras that could see the girl, nor could Dan see her physically on his own, so then he relied on the figure of her on the bottom left corner of the HUD. This image of Robyn was probably the most reliable, because based on the scanning, it was the most accurate. So when she fell off the side of the platform, and into the water, Dan watched the figure closely; his eyes never leaving the figures movements.
When Robyn held onto the platform in order to hold herself under the water, that action was also being performed by the figure on Dan’s HUD. It didn’t move, so Dan assumed she was down there recovering her hearing or something, and when a visual of Robyn wound up pulling herself up out of the water, the Al Bhed’s eyebrow rose. His machina was clearly showing that she was stationary, and by the look of her footing, she wasn’t standing up, but yet here she was walking out the water? A malfunction of his equipment; this was no good. However, when Robyn diverted from her original plan to kill his machines, and came in towards him, Dan began questioning things. Shifting his view to the Soundwave, Dan reviewed its cameras. There she was, running toward the young man, but something was off, there was no sound coming from her. Most importantly, in order to get to Dan, ‘Robyn’ had to walk right through an AOE of magnetism… As soon as Dan saw that there was no pull on the girl, he knew something was going on. So finally, the young man decided that he would act, and clicked the button on the capsule in his hand, and threw it at Robyn’s feet. It smashed into the ground and up came another Soundwave machina, when the clone walked right through this, Dan smirked… She had tricked him?! Looking back at where she had originally fell in the water, Dan just barely made out the image of the girl out of the water, the real girl. Then everything went black as the image of the clone went through him.
“Cred!”
By the time Dan looked over at his machina it was already in Robyn’s arms that meant that it was time to throw thinking out the window, and act. Next thing that the girl who was just about to throw the machina would find that the very object she was about to let go of erupted in an eardrum busting blast sound. Surely everyone in the audience would even have to hold their ears as over one hundred and fifty decibels shot out of the Soundwave at once. That kind of sound was more than enough to lead to temporary deafness to anyone without protection on, who was in the immediate area. Meaning, that normally Dan would be in trouble too; however right before the sound emitted the little ear sockets on the goggles that were in the Al Bhed’s ears expanded. The cushion of the earplugs filled Dan’s ears and other than a momentary discomfort of having those things push his ears out of whack, there would be no pain for Dan… Now if he hadn’t had those in his ears he would have been on the floor, writing in pain. For someone who was so sensitive to sound? With all of the time that her ears had to recover, Dan was hoping to have a clean knockout with that termination blast due to her senses, especially one of her most keen senses, being rambled so intensely. What’s more is that he was hoping to have one of these from the ground, he never thought he’s be so lucky to have his opponent’s face so close to a Soundwave as this. After the blast, however, the Soundwave completely shut down, and if Robyn was able to continue throwing it would lifelessly fall right into the water.
Looking down to and commanding the NNEMP to move closer to Robyn, Dan wanted to keep at least a single machina on her, affecting her, at all times. So long as he controlled her, he could control the outcome of this match. Dan rose his right hand and began to stroke the head of his Centipede animachina, waiting for the right moment…
"Zicd y meddma frema mydan... Drec cruimt ymm pa tuha eh zicd y vaf susahdc... Soundwave, bnabyna vun vnaxiahlo hispan uha."
After he spoke the newly entered Soundwave began to vibrate, little squeaks and whistles coming from the machina.. At this point, the young man only hoped that his fans weren't too upset with him for having such an annoyingly loud blast probably ring their heads and give them all headaches as well... That would be a bad thing, but would also be something he'd address later.

Ralpheal didn't even have the nerve to manage a responce to the massive sudden soundwave. His head was throbbing already before that with a huge headache. Yes, Ralpheal, master of the human anatomy, was having a headache. The pedestrians on the boat were all holding their ears and complaining quite abit, some may even be bleeding. He didn't rightfully care at this moment though, he didn't like this.
"I can't watch this fight anymore..."
Holding two fingers of his left hand on his head and rubbing gently there. The other passengers must have thought he was reacting to the sound when they saw him in this position. It was definately an annoyance, to be sure of though. Calling to the captain, he had the boat turned back towards shore so that the attendants could seek some medical attention...
Once there, he was headed straight for the door, he was most certainly done with the GTB for a good while now.

Damn. In her visual overlay, Robyn saw Dan’s face gain a curious, then surprised look. She couldn’t see his eyes, due to the goggles, but facial expressions told wonders. He quickly smashed another machina down, and even as she picked up the soundwave, the part of her processing that controlled her illusions had the copy phase through the new machine, to prevent dissipating too early. She smirked as he cried out something that sounded like a curse word just as her normal perception returned. That thing’s job was done, now to fling the soundwave to the ocean depths below. Her arms swung back, then forward, out toward the ocean, and just as Robyn was about to let go...
She gave a throat-burning scream, the most horrible, painful, agonizing blast reverberating through her head. Her hands instinctively let go of the machina, but the throw had already gained enough momentum to have the machina continue its journey to the water. Considering it shut down right after that sound, a fat lot of good it would do. Robyn, meanwhile, had dropped to her knees, then fallen over, her hands clasped against her bleeding ears. The vixen writhed on the platform, a heart-wrenching scream tearing out of her vocal chords. The audience could only begin to imagine the pain that she was going through, tough Robyn who had made nary a sound aside from a short yelp when her arm was exploded, yelling herself hoarse and twitching on the ground.
This…this was a whole new level of pain. She’d never heard anything this loud, and the fox wasn’t even sure it had been a sound at all. Maybe he’d implanted something in her head; how else could he make it feeling like it was tearing in half? Slowly, her thrashing slowed, as the sharp, oh so sharp pain morphed into a dull throb. Arms relaxed, hands slowly unclenching from her ears and dropping gently against the wood. Her eyes opened, bright green squinting at the sun high overhead. So bright. Painful, but pretty. Looots of light…
Somehow, maybe because of her still being half deaf from earlier, the blast hadn’t knocked her out. Almost. Almost, but not quite. She floated in her mind, trying to think, but then she stopped, because thinking was just too hard right now. Better to just float, yes…
A fiery presence swirled around her consciousness, gently lifting her and placing her in a smaller area. She recognized the aura; Selene was taking care of her. She found it odd that the fox demon was being so gentle. In reality, the spirit didn’t want to jostle the girl back to full consciousness, now was her time, if she could seize it. Robyn knew there was something wrong with Selene being around, but she was tired, oh so tired…
Still open, and staring at the sky, those bright green irises slowly being filling with a glowing, swirling, red, like flames licking and burning away the green until there was nothing left. Just as the bright red faded in, so did a mark on her skin. A somewhat large mark, apparently a tattoo. On the right side of her neck, there faded into being a paw, or more specifically, a fox paw, clasped over her jugular. The limb trailed back, and down her shirt, but no more was able to be seen due to her dark clothes.
In a flash of movement, so fast that one would have to blink and try to make sure they weren’t seeing things, Robyn was suddenly flipped over, and crouching on all fours. Blood dripped down the side of her head, trailing back to her ears, but she showed no signs of pain or discomfort, aside from a little wobblyness. Selene might be able to ignore all the pain she wanted, but her balance was screwed at this point. Still, the possessor stood there, snarling at Dan. Her eyes were hard, and her fangs glinted in the sunlight. Claws dug into and tore the wood of the platform as she shifted, the girl’s movements suddenly primal and fierce. Her arm would jerk occasionally, fighting the magnet from his NNEMP, but she seemed to do so with little effort.
Selene wasted no time, breaking out into a dash on all fours towards Dan, hands suddenly blazing on fire, much like the illusion had, but this was so very, very real. She would launch herself at the boy, claws aiming to rip anywhere she could get to.
The audience was deathly silent. They hadn’t seen Robyn act this way before. Only Rylen would recognize what had happened, and would likely thank the gods that that platform was essentially isolated from the spectators.
Meanwhile, Robyn floated in her mind, vaguely aware of the presence controlling her limbs, her body, her face. This was why she always insisted on no sedatives, and always tried to avoid blows to the head. When Robyn lost her grip on the demon’s cage, the kitsune took over, and only physical bindings would stop her until Robyn could regain control.

One more Soundwave machina was down, that meant that this girl had actually begun to do what no one ever had, and that was attempt to disarm Dan Luca... The Al Bhed would have to compliment her on that at a later time, however, for now things were different. While the girl was on the ground, Dan almost had a feeling that she wasn’t going to give up with the termination blast. Reason being, her hearing wasn’t at one hundred percent, and the full effect and pain from the sound rocking her brain couldn’t be realized. However, that particular Machina did its job, and it was a worthy sacrifice. As for the Soundwave that was most recently thrown, in the time that Robyn was on the ground, writhing in pain, the machina finished preparing its frequency (robyn and I agreed that the time she spent in pain and unconscious on the floor was enough time for the machina to finish this). During this time, Dan was still stroking the head on his animachina Centipede. The Al Bhed looked almost sadistic, sickening, as the excitement of this fight was about to reach its peak, the NNEMP and Soundwave were both in position, the Centipede was ready, all that he had to wait for was his opponent to slip up once, and make that first mistake… Then Robyn darted in towards him.
A smirk a mile wide, Dan braced himself; the boy didn’t move, but rather readied every muscle in his body for what was going to come. As soon as she was within range (about halfway through running in) and the frequency was prepared, and ready for use, the Soundwave was ordered to commence. A cone of sonic wavelengths at a frequency too high for even Robyn to hear, if she was able to hear at this point, sprang out and when this was to make contact with Robyn’s person it would begin to shake, rattle, and roll things that shouldn’t be bothered. The vibrations would encompass a good amount of her body, but only the eyes should be sensitive enough to really see any effects. When vibrated enough like this the eyes could cause hallucinations, eyesight could become blurry, or temporary blindness could occur. That is what Dan was aiming for, he wanted to make Robyn lose what was probably her second most important sense. Without be able to hear, and without being able to see, or see properly, then he could truly take advantage of the fight. However, as far as moving, or escaping is considered, the boy didn’t bother to run away. Since the beginning of the match all he did was sit there and control his machina, much like a chess player manipulating his pawns. Dan had full confidence in his plan and he would stick to it; Robyn’s rage and her sudden burst of strength was all a part of the map he had drawn out… Since Robyn had yet to get within melee range, and wasn’t an immediate threat, the Al Bhed just stood there, knowing all too well that she would be on him soon enough..
Still wanting to keep Robyn within the NNEMP’s AOE, Dan ordered that machina to follow behind her, and weigh her down with its powerful magnet as much as possible. Ultimately, Dan was attempting to weigh Robyn down, as he had been doing all match. With her arm counting against her, her ears and head pounding away, not being able to hear, and possibly her eyes deceiving her as well, at least her vision being blurry, all things would be AGAINST Robyn; everything would be in Dan’s favor. The final blow was almost ready to be thrown; it was only a matter of time.. This entire time, the Al Bhed was watching everything, his eyes moving from one picture of Robyn to the next. He was always attentive, and was readying himself for anything. Dan's opponent would be within melee range in the next second or so, and he had to be completely attentive at this point, there was no half assing this part of the fight. Already been caught off guard once, and for a person like Dan, that was a dangerous thing. Dan was waiting for Robyn to move closer, and he was watching, biding his time, and prepared... Finally, she was there, on him, and she had leapt in the air… Oh joy. Everything was last minute, but with Robyn’s leap and how close she was, this would result in her tackling and/or ripping Dan’s face off with those flaming claws… That could not occur. If it did, it would be more than detrimental to the Al Bhed boy, so just before the attack was supposed to hit the boy he let her have it…
Turning its head, finally, the centipede rose up off of Dan’s shoulder and looked directly at Robyn. Its red eyes grew brighter and from that brightness a shocking attack counter-leapt towards the girl. A cone that covered five feet in front of Dan Luca, and would have eventually spread out if there weren’t anything directly blocking it, shot back. Crimson red, the pure concussive force in red wavelength shot off of the ocelli and out to meet Robyn face to face. Normally, this blast would have enough strength to pierce steel and pulverize rock, but with Robyn’s momentum throwing her forward so quickly, it’ll be more like getting hit by a sixteen wheeler. This kind of attack was made to send people flying, while also dealing them a huge amount of damage all to one spot, but with the widened use of it via the cone shape, all of the strength would be evenly distributed throughout the target body. To someone as strong as Dan’s opponent, it wouldn’t be enough to kill her immediately, but if she didn’t receive medical attention that could very well be the case in the next few hours. Dan waited until the last possible moment, he didn’t want to give the Vixen a chance to evade this attack, and with her in the air, her momentum all aiming to rip Dan apart, and her rage taking the best of her, how could she possibly see an attack like this coming, let alone find a way to dodge it. The Al Bhed could definitely foresee a medley of broken bones and in the near future due to the state that Robyn was already in, he was sure that this was what would end the fight. If it wasn’t, then he was prepared to continue on, but until Robyn showed that somehow she had not only absorbed the blow, and was still prepared to continue fighting, the Al Bhed would merely prepare more attacks and hold off on actually continuing to hit and hurt the girl.
That blast was aimed merely to hit it’s, so after leaving the platform, and raising up in the air (since the centipede had to aim somewhat higher than its own head because Robyn was leaping) its power would diminish, and dissipate. The chances of this actually occurring though, was slim, because chances were that all of the energy would be going straight into the target anyway.

((First off, I am sorry for how long it took to get this post up, I was out of the house most of yesterday, and then was unable to get on a computer that would allow me to type up a post. Second, for clarifications sake, “Selene” will be used when referring to Robyn’s actual body at this point, with her normal name used for her thoughts and inner self.)) Selene dashed forward, a slight thrumming of her skin preceding more vibrations and a sudden loss of clear vision. She could make out vague shapes among the bright sunlight, but that was pretty much it. The fox ignored it though. She had other senses, so while her two most important ones were gone, there were still plenty left for her to not be out of the running. Scent being one of them. Robyn’s brain might be addled enough that she couldn’t make sense of anything, but Selene just analyzed the input and output, ignoring anything that didn’t serve her purpose. There was still that annoying tugging in her arm, and she almost spared the time to just go in the arm and rip out the odd human thing that was slowing her down. As it was, her strength and reflexes had her able to seem to an outsider like it wasn’t even bothering her, although inside, she was growling at the impediment. The demon made her way closer and closer to the boy that smelled of metal, her mouth coming as close to a smirk as she was capable of. Surprisingly, her flaming hands didn’t leave trails of flame on the wood behind her, the fire unable to survive once it left her hands. It did leave some black marks though, for the few nano-seconds it had burned when she touched it. That was purely an afterthought, though, she was more concerned with slicing her prey to bloody ribbons. Right as Selene got close enough, her hands pushed off the ground, shoulders rising as her arms swung forward. She wasn’t incredibly tall, but she wasn’t small either, and her lengthened arms meant she didn’t completely leave the ground to achieve her plans until the very end of her movement. Her upper body rose, hands forward to dig her flaming claws into the boy’s torso, when her whole body suddenly started tingling, far more so than when the soundwave had released its attack. Quote: -Energy Sense: Robyn is able to detect changes in her surrounding area dealing with frequencies, or magical energies. Not that she could just detect anyone magical, unless they were extremely powerful. It manifests as a slight buzzing feeling under her skin. Radius of about 20 feet. Her glowing red eyes narrowed, and with lightning reflexes, her right leg relaxed, and her left foot shoved the ground hard, her arms pulling in as she twisted towards the right. A slight edge of the cone caught her side, and it was enough to send her spinning like a top in the air, some hare in the audience yelling “Do a barrel roll!” when he saw the maneuver. The fox spun over and over in the air, incredibly fast, and it would have been enough to kill her balance for a while if she hadn’t already been screwed up. As it was, after what seemed like a never-ending spin of the world around her, she landed on the ground with a thump, bouncing slightly. She lay flat on her front, claws gripping the wood around her shoulders. If Dan hadn’t moved at all, she would be at his 8 o’clock, able to somewhat see his back, although, she wouldn’t be able to tell it was his back. Things were mostly light and dark blurs. But when everything else was bright due to the un-obscured sun, anything dark was a target. Not to mention, she could still smell him. And so, somewhat shakily from everything that had been done to her, she pulled herself up and dashed towards the boy again, hoping with all her might she could finally sink her claws into him. But it would be easier if he was helpless, lying on the ground and crying, like most prey did when she had them in her clutches. So, this time, she made like she was going to leap again, the exact same maneuver she had tried to pull before, except this time, instead of stretching up, her body would suddenly pull to the side, turning her parallel to the ground, and sideways to him. She planned to crash into his thighs, doing damage as she knocked him off balance. Robyn meanwhile, was watching the whole scenario with a dazed look, still trying to make sense of what was going on. Selene was out, she could tell that, and there was something not good about that, if only she could just remember…
