Mona's Potion, I near guarantee it'll spike.
Allow a week or two for it to hit it's lowest point, then buy one.
Due to the "I Am" form, a set of eyes, and the overall
sluttiness of the Gaia community, this'll go up pretty rapidly.
Plus, the Red + Black/Gold color schemes are insanely popular.

I'm hoarding the Powdy Pengy's and some other holiday items.
I think the Cozy Holiday Tree should be up there too.
They're selling for 20-30k right now, last December they were selling for 100k+

This was really interesting to read! I bought some of them just because I liked them, like Goti the Kid and Scarlet Rose. ninja Unfortunately, Compass and NKS, and the EI are too expensive to afford, lol

There's a lot of money to be made in these if you time it right and it sounds like you're doing just that-- props to you 3nodding

To be honest, the only reason it's not on this list right now under a high-risk investment is because it was just released today and the crew has been working on this list for a few weeks now.

Maybe it's just me, but Bani the Bunny is not my favorite investement. I know in the first few days after its release there was a lot of hype around this item and it was worth a lot since it had been removed form the CS, but right now... I am not a fan of it as investment.
I'd rather stick to more obvious choices like RuRu the Kitty or Limit Breaker as they are only in CS for 14 days (which equals into a more limited supply) and seem quite popular.
But that's just me.

MY TAKE ON IT (opinion based)
Bani I agree with, it's to cute to stay as low as it is.
Scarlet Rose I don't expect to do well. 1-5k increase by V-day.
Nitemare Shash I agree but it's to good to be true. I see a rig breaking this as an investment, I'd sell by the end of December before the Rig rig comes out.
Silver Laurels will increase steadily.
Powdy the Pengy will do fine. In 2 years it they'll be inflated.
Goti/Gothic Butterfly I agree with.
Blessed Stellarite will have a 1 month safe period of inflation, all bets are off from that point (the cash shop betrays all ninja )
Fortune's Favor: Decent investment now, I wouldn't buy once it hits 200k (if ever)

North star Kitten is a cat, it's collectable, it will stablize because cuter things will come out.
BUY COMPASSES!!!!!
BUY RETREAT!!! I see more cute hair O.O
Shadowlegend is almost done and it'll be hard to match the texture. Deflation will happen.

I have high hopes for Ruru but the only reason it didn't make the list was because it was too new to include in time for all the crew to lay down their opinions on. It will likely be added in once I get more input on the item.
