Eltanin Sadachbia Aww Aakosir, neutral Been there, done that. Live anywhere near Southeast MO? You and your family could come hang out with us. I would love some RL friends with kids. All our friends are 5 to 10 years younger than we are, and they seem put off by kids.
I'm in MD right now and will be moving to SC by the end of this year. I get along with older people a LOT better then people my age. It's sad, but I really can not stand how immature they all are. And I'm only 19! And they have absolutely no responsibilities. Don't even understand the meaning of the word.
And I love kids =^_^= Even though I almost hit two today... Totally their fault. They were riding bikes in the middle of our road, which has absolutely no shoulder. They were about 8 and 10 so they should have known better! No helmets either! Our state law is helmets under 16, maybe 18 now. But where the hell were their parents???

ThePanties Lateralus es Helica ThePanties im sorry if i dont make sense after a couple of sentences an get a lil graphic... ok so i broke up with my bf cause our relationship went from "i love him for who he is" to "lets have sex" he took it well when i told him. then i met this other guy, cause i wanna get back in the game. and he turned out to be really nice except for 1 he keept looking at my a**/boobs 2 hes an a** to his friend and 3 he has a foot fetish. the last one i dont mind but hes still an a**.... im at my cousins who DOESNT KNOW i go on here cause if she did shed tell everyone and call me lame and s**t :/. she thinks shes real chola and s**t cause she smokes and hangs with latinas... anywho i just moved back to cali and all my old friends arent talking to me >:l and when they do they dont even respond to my ims...im just sick of all this crap and boys and i think i might be turning lesbian but idk i feel like lifes just starting and all this personal dramas gunn add up and ill end up in the looney bin for stabbing my furture husband in the a**... sad oh well... oh and my ex cant talk to me right after im aloud to talk to him again cause his gf doesnt like me even though she doesnt know me and i think hes falling for me again cause his gf might be cheating on him.... Based on what I know I'm going to say this: Ex...still wants sex. His girlfriend doesn't like you automatically because she knows he wants sex from you. You should tell him to go straight to hell on that front and don't let him go forth with all that 'but I love you' crap. Current boyfriend...as long as he's good to you I'd just let the whole being an a** to the friend issue go. If being an a** to other people bugs you that much though, let him go. Lesbianism...I've found that chick drama is worse than dude drama. Lesbianism is awesome for the sex and all but just remember you're dating a chick. That jealousy and cattiness and crap drives me nuts. (I know there's chicks out there that aren't like that...but I haven't met them.) Cousin...I don't know. Personally I don't give a damn what people think of me and do what I want. If she's only going to make fun of you to people you don't even hang out with, I wouldn't give a s**t either. Old Friends...time to find new ones. If they don't give a s**t they aren't worth your time. And that's my bit of advice for the day. It could be horrible, but I'll let you judge. alls good except its hard to make friends cause i dont have a living residence to where i could make new ones.. also i never had sex with my ex but u might be right though he is now no longer a vigrin be cause of his current gf

I hate college. I like the students, dispise the system behind/hiring the teachers. I got no financial aid. I can't go back to my university without taking out a personal loan, which I can't do because I'm jobless and dependent on parents. The only option I have is write an appeal letter and hope to God it gets approved. If it is denied...that's it I failed. Finito. Done. Become the disappointing thorn in my parents side. I could go to a community college and pray I get a better gpa. Get this. I missed the required gpa by .071 points. .071! That's less than a point. And I did better in the second semest over the first.
sorry. I just needed to vent before I do bodily harm to anyone around me or destroy the computer.

Bah I should learn my lesson.
So I do avatar arena on a regular basis right? Well...why is it that the avatars I work hardest on get the lowest scores whereas the ones I didn't put as much effort into get the highest scores?
Not to mention with that entry in my signature...it kept continuously receiving 1 votes over and over again and didn't rise above an average of 2 until Tuesday. b*****d down voters.
I think the moral of the story is don't do avatar arena. Too much bull.

Well...why is it that the avatars I work hardest on get the lowest scores whereas the ones I didn't put as much effort into get the highest scores? Not to mention with that entry in my signature...it kept continuously receiving 1 votes over and over again and didn't rise above an average of 2 until Tuesday. b*****d down voters. This is probably just gonna be a load of self-pity, but: This summer's driving me nuts! My sister, mom and I can't seem to stop fighting. My mom and I actually got into again tonight and I ended up crying (I hate crying it gives me a headache) and she ended up being sympathetic which somehow made it worse. It was because she doesn't want me staying up late on the computer, except that I haven't been doing that much lately because we've been doing housework. I hate housework! I'd rather get run over then have to deal with anymore of it, and we still have a lot more to do. Which we absolutely have to do, or else my grandparents, who own the house, will kick us out. I hate it!! I want my own apartment, and my own rules. And to top it all off, my little sister is going to Cape Cod with a friend, while I'm stuck here. And it's all getting me all out of wack and depressed, which I can't stand. I'm just plain tired of it all. [/sigh]

I somehow bit the underside of my tongue neutral I don't know how, I just remember doing it. and it made my eyes tear up. Now, two days later, my tongue really hurts, and it hurts to swallow.
But my wisdom tooth, and that whole side of my mouth is doing better. The inside wall of my mouth is finally healed! YAY!

*grumbles* I'm starting to really hate work.
My advice for the day kids:
Put at least 20% down on your home.
Don't get a second mortgage for purchasing a home. They're fine if you want a home equity loan to do major repairs or something unexpected comes up that you need to pull money out of your equity for, but don't use them just to get the house in the first place.
If you can't afford to put 20% down and need to get a second mortgage just to purchase that house consider it a sign that you can't afford it.
Use an escrow account for property taxes and insurance.
And whatever you do, for the love of all that is holy, do NOT keep a house in which you cannot pay principal on your mortgage payments. Sell that mother ******** before your credit gets completely screwed and you put yourself into an inescapable hole. Almost all the banks and mortgage providers allow short sales...take advantage of them.
Rant ended. My job would be ten times easier if people would only take the time to consider what they really can and can't afford instead of insisting on lowered payments that are just going to get them even deeper in the hole. (And people with negative amortizing mortgages...mortgages where you pay less than interest even...you're just plain screwed. I swear I have yet to see a negatively amortizing mortgage in which the mortgage value was any less than twice what the actual property value is. Don't bother on a second mortgage unless you want to kiss all your equity goodbye.)

The good thing about a forum like this is that literally any member of the guild can turn this trend around by posting a thought-provoking topic.
Also, it seems like it's getting better in the past week. But we have a long way to go if we want to get back to where we were.
