Imagination and duct tape can solve more than you give it credit for. Kattie rasied her eyebrows as Lizzy walked away. Kattie just shock her head and let Alex help her towards the infirmary. Alex had steped into the river and Kattie followed. Shortly after stepping into the river, Kattie felt better. That's strange, Kattie thought. She turned to Alex and said, "Hey, I'm starting to feel better now. I wonder why?"

Alex raised his eyebrows, "I have no idea." Great, he thought to himself, it looks like we have a Posiedon among us. The last Posiedon caused some real trouble. I hope this girl isn't another one. Zeus will be soooo mad. Heck, I'll be mad, she looks like she'd be a great person to hang out with otherwise.
"Here's the deal, I'll take you to the infirmary, then I'll get Chiron who knows everything and will make everything clear. Okay?

In the swordplay arena Lizzie was doing some serious fighting. It was a really satisfying way to let out your anger. She felt calmer already. "Maybe I'll just try to engage new girl in a nice game of chess instead. Nice and peaceful, right?" She was talking to herself again.
Lizzie let out a big sigh. She needed some friends.

Imagination and duct tape can solve more than you give it credit for. Kattie didn't like the look on Alex's face. She doesn't think his thoughts are far from hers. Another child of Posiedon. She shook her head to clear it. "Okay," she agreed.

The walk to the infirmary was uneventful, until Alex saw Lizzie out of the corner of his eye. "Oh no," he said under his breath, "Don't do anything stupid Lizzie." He thought it was wishful thinking, but then he thought, maybe Lizzie won't do anything stupid, heck maybe he was just imagining things.
Still he steered Kattie away from the direction he saw Lizzie in, he hoped she wouldn't follow.

Lizzie walked slowly towards the infirmary, she new that both Alex and Kattie were there. She wanted to apologize but wasn't sure how. Then she saw Alex, realized she wasn't ready, and ran off back into the woods.

Imagination and duct tape can solve more than you give it credit for. Kattie was startled by the change of direction. She turned just in time to realize that Lizzie had been coming over here, but turned and ran away. Well, that's good! Kattie thought. At least I won't end up in a fight today...

They finally reached the infirmary and Alex let out a sigh of relief. "Alright Kattie, I'm leaving you here, I'll be back with Chiron before you can say all of the Muses." Before she could reply Alex was off to find Chiron.
While running, Alex was able to think about what happened. He started only to stop. It was just too much in one day, he'd find Chiron and that was that.
Chiron was, as suspected, at the archery range helping younger campers. Chiron was clearly intuitive since he walked right up to Alex and said, "Where is Kattie?" So Alex led the way.

It was high up in a tree that Lizzie saw Chiron walking with Alex to the infirmary. Sensing some fun about to begin, she hopped down from her tree and waltzed off to the infirmary. A couple of people from the Ares cabin started to jeer at her, but she let it slide. There was something starnge about the whole situation. Something very strange....

Alex and Chiron arrived, Chiron immediately going straight to Kattie. Alex lingered by the door and was there when Lizzie arrived.
"Liz, come on the girl does not need you to agitate her right now. Just go and do something less aggravating."

Liz walked in only to be scolded by Alex.
"You know, not everything I do revolves around getting revenge. I smelled a story here, so I was going to follow my natural instincts and see what was happening. I take it Chiron's with Kattie. I wonder how that's working out."

"Yea," Kattie responed. "That's basicly what happend."
"Well, I may seem that--" Chiron was cut off by something that was happening over Kattie's head. There, shimering over her head, was a trident.
"Oh crap," Kattie groaned...

Alex saw Chiron walk out. "What happened Chiron?"
"It is as we feared."
"No, really, you must be joking. That would mean Posiedon.... and... Oh man Zeus is gonna be soo mad."
"Yes, well I must consult the other camp leaders."
Alex looked at Lizzie, Lizzie looked at Alex, and they ran after Chiron.

Nari had been in the infermery when the trident apeared over Kattie. She didn't know why it disturebed Alex and Chiron so much, but it must not be fun to be a child of the Big Three. She walked over to her Kattie's bed and sat down.
"An Apollo tells me you have a few broken ribs." She unwrapped a square of ambrosia. "Here, eat this. You make sure to be carefull of them for a couple of days." Nari looked at her. "You want me to come help you move to your new cabin?" she said tentivly. "You know, Cabin Three?"

Unfortunately with Chiron being a horse, Alex and Lizzie stood no chance of keeping up. So they contented themselves with walking slowly and just catching the end of the conversation. While walking they left each other alone to collect their thoughts...
When they finally found Chiron, the talk was long since over, so Alex, with Lizzie in tow went back to talk to Kattie. He really hoped she was alright. The last child of the Big Three had a hard time so he didn't doubt that she would too.

Imagination and duct tape can solve more than you give it credit for. Kattie took the square of ambrosa from Nari. "Thanks," Kattie mumbled. She ate the ambrosa and started to feel better. "I'll be sure to do that. Um, sure, thanks. Hey, sorry about ditching you during capture the flag. Guard duty must be so boring!" Kattie laughed shakily. She looked up and saw Alex and Lizzie coming up to the house. There's no way they can make me feel worse, Kattie thought. She pulled her legs up to her chest. She felt scared...

Nari squeezed Kattie's hand. She looked almost scared at the approching Alex and Lizzie. "Don't worry; you got the flag for us!" she said. "And about them... don't worry. I doubt Lizzie would try anything with quite a few witnesses around, and even if she did, she forgets that there are two of us here." Nari winked at Kattie. "Just try to look tired, if you want to be here to listen to them, or excape out the back if you don't!"

Alex saw Kattie looking horrible, and felt really bad for her. It must suck to be a child of the Big Three. He decided right then and there that he would help Kattie no matter what.
That's when Alex remembered Lizzie and stopped dead in his tracks. "Lizzie please don't start with Kattie, or at least not now. What she needs are friends, not people who could very likely aggravate her more."

Alex stopped suddenly and told Lizzie lots of words that went in one ear and out the other. Lizzie curtly replied, "I don't do that to wounded people, I'm only mean when other people can see it. It's a defense mechanism. Duh."
With that she turned around and walked into the infirmary. "Hey Kattie, listen, I'm sorry about earlier. Sometimes my temper gets the better of me to the extreme. If you ever need a friend just let me know, okay."
