Day Dreaming 1.4 Belonging :.:.:

"Oh god, I feel bloated," groaned Tania and their new neighbours laughed.
"Would you guys want to go inside for a coffee somewhere warm?" asked her mom. As in on cue, the wind picked up a little and they could all feel the chill in it.
Erik's mother smiled. "Sure, why not. Shall we let the kids do the cleaning up?"
"Of course! Come. One thing I am is a lover of coffees!" her Mom proclaimed. The two women went inside the house and was chatting comfortably.
"Guess we're stuck with the plates," she sigh still not wanting to move from her chair.
He wince, showing sympathy. "You take your plates in, and I'll take our pots. I'll come back and help you with the rest."
"That woud be fantastic. I think all these technological comforts are making me lazier by the minute," she laughed.

Putting everything back to where they belong didn't take as much effort as they thought. The coffee was ready in the living room by the time they were done.
The two mothers decided it was a good time as any to just relax well into the night considering it's saturday in the morrow.
As her mom poured the coffee and Erik went to fetch some homemade cookies to go with it, Tania went to her study to choose a suitable movie to watched.

It was pass midnight when the Lorel finally said their goodbyes.
"We'll come help you tomorrow if you want."
"Oh, Beatrice, you shouldn't," said Erik's mother.
"Non-sense. I don't have anything planned tomorrow. And Tania can show your boy around."
"Very well. But you must let me prepare breakfast," said Ms Lorel and laughed when she saw the glint in Tania's eyes. "Ah, the young! Everything gleams when they here mention of food."
They said their goodbyes again before finally walking out of the door.

"So, you like them then?" asked Tania.
"Yes. They seem genuinely nice. And I symphathize with her," she said, pulling her daughter for a hug. "There's just two of them, just like there's only two of us."
Tania hugged her mother back. "Well, go to bed. I read on the internet that the older you get the more sleep you need," she joked.
Her mother playfully pinched her back-side. "You're getting to smart for your own good!"
"Good night mom!"
"Good night honey. Sweet dreams."

More? *eyes the cookie jar*

*cookies in the jar turns to frogs* Shouldn't eye them, they get shy, you know.

*ahem!* Those are for eating. Frogs cooked in soy sauce and some spices are wonderful. please don't hug it. I have heard that people can't eat things that they're attached to. For example, a limb perhaps?

hehe...

ok... before I'm going to start on my new assignment (I got one form Neural Networking today crying ) I'm going to try and finish Belonging. Might be a lil crude... but that's what you get without edits.

well... Belonging was suppose to be very very short... but since *someone* wanted more - I wrote more. and now that the main characters have met it's gonna go longer. But since I'm got assignments to do, I've got to finish them off... and the only way I can think of is to go along with my dreams - awake or asleep.

I've already started writing some more...

I hope... you guys can wait just a little longer... I promise to keep posting parts of it so the waiting doesn't take too long.... a good chunk is almost ready.

It's all fun for me (even when it's a lil frustrating) but I really hope you have enjoyed reading it so far.
