Vera just watched the stallion, quirking a brow just slightly when he looked at her, but followed as he walked to his previous kill. She stopped some distance behind him while he fed, not wanting to invoke anything. She just waited patiently for him to finish, tail slashing through the air at the hope of landing a large stag or maybe even a doe for the each of them. The mare had no real big qualms with sharing a kill as long as she got the amount she needed. When the stallion finished picking off from the carcass, she looked to him just as he looked back to him and snorted softly. As he moved away from the dead deer, she moved in, sniffing at it carefully. It was't as fresh as she may like it, but now wasn't the time to be choosy as she took a bite of the remaining meat. Every now and then, she would take a small bone and with a sickening crunch, break it within her jaws and seeking out the marrow that rested within.
When she too, had enough, she moved away from the carcass while licking her chops. She looked to the stallion as he stood there, looking off into the distance for a moment. Soon enough, she lifted her nose into the air and took in several deep intakes of air, sniffing for their prey. She also smelled the deer and how they seemed to be getting further from them as they grazed. Once again, she looked to the stallion before moving off to the left slowly.
