Reason: I want to be an example of the perfect Soulreaper, that everyone could look up to and aspire to become.
Roleplay Sample:
Shikiru was walking along a lonely path way that covered in black and clouds. His arm started to shake as if "He" Drew near. He sighed and looked into the clouds. Something caught his attention. He saw one living tree. This was a good sign for him, he hoped at lease.
Suddenly Shikiru's vision became clouded by darkness, and he saw the tree again it was completely destroyed, and there standing in its place was Anansi, "We have some unfinished business, Shimino" He says as he draws his zanpakuto, fired 6 highly dense spiritual needles at Shikiru. Shikiru raised his hand and a giant piece of ice appeared, and canceled out the 6 needles. He then sonidoed behind Anansi, "Ice Clap." He clapped once, and a ring of pure light formed behind Shikiru. After 1 second, a massive amount of ice that could not be melted simply shot at an amazing speed towards Anansi. Anansi remained still, "Hm?" Looking at the ice come towards him, he raised his sword, and held it at bay, "You've grown stronger" He replied trying his hardest to deflect the ice.
Just as the ice covered up the image of Shikiru, he was at the back of Anansi, "Water Clap." The same thing happened as before but this time a highly pressurized water shot at Anansi, in beams to make it harder. Unable to block the attack, Anansi took the full blunt of it. He is sent flying towards the ground, and hits it creating a gigantic crater. "Nice move, Shikiru" he says as he appears inside the crater with blood dripping from his head, "I think I should utilize my full potential, through out this battle or I will die" Having said that, Anansi spiritual pressure increases to that of an Captain maybe even more. "This is more like it" his wounds began to heal and he places both hands on his zanpakuto, and holds it in front of him, "Through Flames and Death shall the world be reborn, Kodai Fushicho!!!" Anansi's body erupts into an vortex of dark blue reiatsu soon it began to harden and take form, "I am ready to take this fight seriously, I suggest you do the same" Anansi says as he reveals his Shikai for the first time.

Desired Captain Position: Eighth Division Captain Reason: I like to help people out in troubled times and also I like to see what I can do for others and what they can do for me. Roleplay Sample:Ash walked into the training grounds and sighed. She hadn't trained in awhile and decided to do so today. After stretching she unsheathed her Zanpakuto. The hilt felt weird in her hand. But then again that might be because she hadn't had anything to do in awhile. Which, was another reason as to why she decided to train today.
At first Ash started out with some light movements. Allowing her body to get used to the way she was holding and moving her sword. When she was sure she was able to move without hurting herself in the process, she began to use more swift strokes and movements. Finally she began to use stronger and harder moves. Though somehow she lost her footing. And she fell on her butt. "Ow...." She murmured. She carefully got up and dusted her butt off. "Man. Now I have to start over again...." She murmured to herself. She sighed and shook her head.
After awhile she finished with her Zanpakuto and sheathed it. Though she paused for a moment before moving onward to her Hakuda. Before she did though she stretched her muscles in a different way. Focusing on the arms and shoulders so she doesn't hurt herself. Once that was done she slowly began to move about and attack in various ways. Wanting to improve further.
Finally, Ash decided to stop practicing. She was getting a bit tired and had a bit of an appetite now. Ash sighed and cleaned up the equipment she had used. And walked out of the training grounds.

Accepted Profile: Its still in progress, cant figure out how i want the zanpakuto to work.

Reason: As I was a captain before the "make-over" of the guild it would be nice to have the position back and i enjoy being able to help others out with what need be and being a captain seems the best way as i can teach them skills too.
Roleplay Sample:
Baros stepped out of the small house that served as his current resting quarters, shielding his eyes as he looked about. The sun was quite a bit brighter than it was in the small hut and it took him a few minutes of standing there for his eyes to adjust to the new brightness. He saw a few people running about doing their necessary jobs for the day or on the other hand maybe late for a meeting or some other important event.
He smiled as he stepped down the steps waving at a few he recognized from different places around Seireitei, he paused though as one of his own squad members went running through the doorway into the squads barracks, it made him laugh a little on the inside, at least it wasn't his job to take care of them.
After a while of just standing around in front of the hut he turned sharply to the left and walked towards his squads training grounds and watched the people fighting under higher ranked members guidance to learn about their abilities and how to do other things that weren't taught in the academy. He sat under a tree and leaned against its trunk waiting for more people to show up maybe he would be able to train with someone later, but for now a nap seemed good. He fell asleep under the tree and no one seemed to bother him.
Though it was some time later he woke up and the training area seemed to have filled up and had several practice matches going on across the field ranging from just a duel to a few 4 on 4 matches. He got up and slowly strolled down to the field and watched a few of them walking around them making sure he didn't interfere in any of them. He stepped onto the other side of the field and sat down on the edge of the field before it turned into a gentle slope and sat down positioning himself into Jinzen and started to meditate. He was eventually able to block out all clamor of the fights that were going on and entered his inner world. He stood on top of a small tree looking out as his zanpakuto appeared in front of him.

1} Step down and be Lieutenant.
2} Challenge for the spot! The two ways to do this are listed on the first post. Try PMing her and asking her what she wants to do. ^^

Roleplay Sample:
Alexander rose the hammer and dropped it upon the steel. He was in the metalshop he had built in the barracks. He usally spent his free time here. He was making a sword, just a sword, not a zanpakuto. He saw the flash of sparks and he banged on the hot metal again. The shape of it was coming out good. It was sharp as well. This is his best work since he came here. He dipped it in the bucket of cold water and watched the steam rise. He promised the new recruits he would teach them his favorite Kidou and fighting techiques. Boy were they in for a surprise..
He left the sword in the bucket and took his gloves and appron off. He then hung them both onto the wall and grabbed Seiyuuki, his zanpakuto. He remembered the fight with Seiyuuki. He had to fight him in order to use him. And boy his powers came in handy. He remembered the fight as if it was yesterday...
He fought in a training ground. Seiyuuki's apperance was skeletian. But an abnormal skeletian, for it was the skeletian of a monkey. Seiyuuki chuckled, its rib cage rattling, its tail flicked off the ground. "You may make the first attack, Hyde" Seiyuuki had said. Hyde was the nickname Seiyuuki has given me, for my the beginning of my last name, Hydroso, sounded like like Hyde. I ran at him, sword in front of me, at pierced his skull. Seiyuuki laughed at me and grabbed my sword. "You do not deserve to use me" He had told me. And with a flick of his bone-wrist, he snapped my sword. Shocked, I backed up and stared at the broken blade. "Now try beating me" Seiyuuki snickered and jumped at me. The sheer force of the jump knocked me over. I kicked him away and I stood up and tossed my sword away. "What are you doing?" He wondered. I smiled and closed my eyes. I used Kidou better with my eyes closed, I could concentrate. "Sprinkled on the bones of the beast! Sharp tower, red crystal, steel ring. Move and become the wind, stop and become the calm. The sound of warring spears fills the empty castle! Hado #63, Thunder Roar Cannon!" I yelled and a great amount of spirt energy hit Seiyuuki. He was hit with a huge amount of force, and sent him flying. He fell, several feet away, in a pile of bones. Alex then picked up his sword and ran towards the skull. "I think I just did Seiyuuki" Alex said and jabbed the broken blade into the skull. Seiyuuki screeched and then laughed. "Congradulations, Alexander Hydroso the Fifth, you managed to defeat me. If you are this determined to use my bankai I shall assist you." He said and laughed again and vanished. Alex took a sight.
"Sir are you ready?" That took Alex out of his daze of memory. He blinked around and muttered, "Huh..what?" Looking at the doorway, he saw a squad member, who had entered the metal shop and bowed. "Are you ready to come and show us now your skills?" He had said again. Alex nodded and took another look at Seiyuuki before putting him back on his sash. He walked outside to teach the trainees.

Roleplay Sample:
Taiga walked down the darkened path, her eyes darting at each movement. Her sandals tapped the ground rythimically, hitting the stoned pathway in turn. Her hair flipped in the wind, and her zanpakuto slapped against her hip when she broke into shunpo. A voice spoke in her head.
"He is near."
"I know." She replied, slowing down as the buildings turned to treetops and packed dirt. Somewhere in the shadows, a small forest animal stirred.
Her zanpakuto, Kasai Kumori, was a quiet, strong type with so little to say, and yet it felt as if her voice spoke a thousand words with a thousand meanings to match.
She herself was very confident and loud, so sometimes they got off on the wrong foot. But since they were in the game together, they played well when it mattered.
"Behind you!"
Taiga drew her blade, and it clashed with claw. Before her was a hollow. The activity had gone up lately, so patrols had increased to the point where even Captains were gone all day hunting them down, leaving behind mountains of paperwork. The very thought of even picking up a pen and looking at paper at this moment was unimportant. She would have to wait.
The hollow roared, sending her back a few feet. Taiga gritted her teeth and brought her katana down on the mask. The hollow disappeared, and she continued down the path silently, sheathing her sword and softening her steps and breathing.
Another hollow popped up, this time directly in her path. She sliced it in half and ran faster, not quite going into shunpo. Just as she felt ready to go home for the night, a menos' scream broke the silence. Heavy footsteps surrounded her. The sky darkened instantly as she drew closer. Taiga found her hands gripping her blade's hilt tightly. She drew her sword and launched toward it.
Her whisper cut the air. "Chains of the Death God, Fires of the Underworld, Shadows in Time, Forget the Past! Kasai Kumori!"
Her blade switched to a scythe-like zanpakuto, and she stopped in mid-air. A trail of dust flew behind her as she landed.
"Let's get him." Taiga launched herself back into the air, raising her weapon.
"Of Course."

Roleplay Sample:
Mitsuko sat on the branch of a tree near the North Gate of the Seireitei in the first Rukon. She stared at the gate with a slightly bored expression as her time in this poor district hadn't been what the shinigami who sent her had made it sound. It didn't breed any hostility within her yet she didn't much enjoy the over-glamoured life that she wasn't living.
It was the screams for help that roused her from the near slumber she had nearly fallen to. She quickly scanned the horizon until she spotted two children attempting to flee from some no-name, low ranked shinigami. Mistuko quickly descended from the tree, the breeze from her descent ruffled her hair and she narrowed her focus on the commotion as she ran after landing.
Before the shinigami could lay a hand on the children, the taller of the two was tripped by a slidding kick from underneath by Mitsuko. His fall sent him tumbling forward into a nearby group of rice barrels and the impact left him a little stunned. The second glared angrily at her and threw a punch that she easily sidestepped. She couldn't successfully dodge all of his strikes, but what hits she did take wore him down more than he knew. Eventually it was a two-on-one fight again, but Mistuko used her thin frame to make the shinigami hurt each other more than her until they were both too tired to fight her anymore.
"You shinigami shouldn't abuse your power just because you have it; it only makes you weak."
