 He gave her his best grin while he licked her cheek again. "You know Fairyn you keep calling me precious." He laughed, "Drago means precious." He didn't mind so much because she was calling him that as he was her precious just as much as she was his. "Kora will be happy for you, I can tell you mean a lot to her." He replied. "Come let's walk through the water and see what we can see."
He was enjoying his time with her and wanted to maybe find them a small nook to stay in while the sun began to set in the sky. It was not evening yet but if they stayed in the water to much when it got colder they would get sick, no doubt. Andragos didn't want either of them to get sick, especially after being so worn out anyway.

"Do I now? My, how funny." she said smiling. "Do you mind it?" she asked, standing slowly, stretching. A walk sounded good. "I adopted Kora. I'm her Mom for all intents and purposes, which makes you her Dad, technically." she said, licking one of his ears, just because she could. Her bright eyes shined in the setting sun's light and her tail wagged behind her. Her expression was one of contentment.
She walked with him and smiled when their sides touched. "This place is a real blessing isn't it? After being alone for so long, it seems to lead you to the things and the ones you need most." she commented, looking at their new home.

 He turned to her, his glowing eyes glittering in the dimming of the light. "No." He replied with a lick to her cheek, "I'm fine with you calling me it. I have been every since you started calling me it. Though you didn't realize it." He gave his best sort of laugh. "I'm a father already. Now that's different. Even if she's not blood, she will be treated as my daughter." He hoped that Kora would like him, almost prayed.
Nodding at her next statement. The lake brought so much good. It was called Lake Lux after all, so there must be some good to it. "I think we should find a place to lay for the night before we get sick from being to wet." Steering her through the water to the land he nuzzled her gently, "I don't want to return to the group just yet. I think they can get by without us for now, don't you?"

Faiyrn was glad that he didn't mind, it made her quite happy in fact. Also, the fact that he didn't mind being a father made her chuckle. "I feel...Content... and at ease, more than I have in a long time... and it's because of you, you really are Precious to me Dragos." she murmured. She listened to him and nodded, allowing herself to be steered from the water and she smiled, "I dispatched a cougar earlier that kept taking my prey. He had a den not too far away, I followed him there a time or two. We can lay there for the evening." she suggested with a point downstream of the lake, towards the foot of the mountain.

He turned to look at her, surprised that she had taken on a cougar and won. "That much have been very tough." He knew for a fact that a wolf could be killed pretty easily from a cougar if they weren't really careful. "See, you are a warrior." Then smiled at her, "Lead me away my love." Licking her cheek a little.

"Well, it kept taking my meals, to I used my Haze ability to my advantage and attacked from behind." She lead him to the cougars den and lead him in. it was empty, save for a few deer skins dragged into a corner in a heap that was quite obviously a bed. She smiled at Dragos. "It's actually kind of comfortable looking." she reasoned, being that a cougar had been it's previous occupant.

Looking about the den he could see how beautiful it was and just how amazing this would be to keep this place for them and any sort of family they would have. Not only was it close to the lake, it was still near enough to the forest that he'd feel at home. "Kind of comfortable my dear? Its wondrous." His silky deep voice resonating in the cave's walls. "It'll be safe enough for us to stay here without a problem, I believe. And if not I'll defend us tooth and nail so that we will be safe." He puffed up slightly before going over to the skins and laying down. "Come lay by me."

A smile found her face when he told her he thought the place was as beautiful as she thought it was. She was quite proud of having found the den without being found by the cat that she pursued. Faiyrn felt a shiver run down her spine when his voice echoed off the walls. The depth of his voice was alluring to her and she found listening to it pleasant. She wagged her tail and murmured, "You will never have to fight a battle alone again."
Trotting to the pile of skins she laid beside him, tail waggling joyfully. She felt like a pup sometimes when she was with him. "It's comfortable." she murmured, nosing the furs gently before rolling onto her side, her head laying against him. "This is our home now...this forest, this den... this pack. This life is new to both of us, and I'm excited by it all." she said as she leaned up to lick his cheek and muzzle affectionately.

Kora had been off hunting while waiting for Faiyrn to return when shehad heard 'Dragos's voice saying something about gaining a daughter not related by blood. She was about to give a mental shrug and continue persute of a young deer- as it wasn't any ofher buisness- when the thought hit her. She was the only one with a 'mother' in their not-so-small-anymore group.
A bit shocked for a moment, she suddenly broke out into a grin. She had a father! Of course, she had suspected, but... Oh, she was so happy for Faiyrn!
A slight breeze ruffled her fur, and Kora winced, knowing that now, wherever Dragos and Faiyrn were they might catch her scent. But that was probably for the best, since she wasn't sureif she should leave them alone or make herself known.

He sniffed the air, the darkness made it hard to see to far but his sense of smell was not dimmed by it. "Fairyn." He whispered against her as they laid there. "I think I can smell Kora." He was sure that was Kora's scent. Briefly his mind fluttered to whether or not she'd accept him. He wasn't sure since she had acted a bit standoffish about him the first time they had met, but he had worked around that a bit more. "Should we go find her?"

Faiyrn smiled. "I'll bet if we just howl or bark she'd find us." she said, recognizing the scent as well. She smiled. "I know she's going to be thrilled Dragos." she murmured, licking his cheek. She looked at the den entrance and then grinned, "Kora!" she called into the darkness, her voice sounded happy, excited. Her tail wagged as she waited for a reply to come from the darkness outside. She sat and listened.
