alright, so if im taking out the water hazards (which i thought would be pretty amazing) should i add a 3rd Moray of Greed then ?

Water Hazard should probably be removed as it is an inherent minus 2 from hand first time and anytime after it's still a loss of advantage. If you need more summon power Ultimate Offering is probably better. That or Big Wave small wave, as you can trade small kids for big boys. Moray of Greed is decent draw, but it's not all that great. I'd rather just see Gold Sarc or something to grab exactly what you need as opposed to losing decent guys in the hope you draw into the great ones. As for monsters I'd go more like this...
