"Calm yourself Ingou...now...." She said as she was suddenly distracted by Kay. "Anyways...just uhh...i would say stop smiling since thats kind of distracting...and i will go ahead and sign it." She said as she grabbed the scroll and signed it, and then her thumb was engulfed in chakra that formed a fire symbol on it and then stamped it on the scroll. "Is there anything else?" She asked Kay.

He looked to the Ingou fellow, not like he was looking down on him, but like he understood. "Trust me, there isn't much difference between weather or not you do it, but rather who accepts," he said rolling up the scroll. His smile stayed, though he was unable to wipe it away. "Smiling is a natural thing for me. Is it distracting?" he asked.

Sei quickly but silently walked into the Hokage's office, she to was like Zisuke and often walked into the Hokage's office without knocking. She stopped when her chakra pulse picked up the out line of a person and snake she had never seen before. She got a bad feeling from him but she shrugged it off and walked around everyone over tot he window seal and popped her legs out the window and sat in it not caring that there was a far drop down just below her feet.

His smile persisted, even though the sharklike man made a comical cmment. "Don't be sorry, that was mildly funny," he said turning back to the hokage. "In my mission for peace it states that I am to help out around the village as best I can. Is there anything to be done here?" he asked.
