Ragady stepped from the shadows as people began to claim countries.
"Vait, ve can have countries?" she smiled then.
"I vant mein homeland, zen. Germany. It vill not be on ze map long, mind you, or at the very least the population won't last, but I want it all the same." a smile curled her lips, that said quite clearly she planned to wipe out the entire population.
"Unless, oft course, someone thinks otherwise?" her eyes narrowed, and her aura said quite clearly that no one had better disagree with her.

"Well, Ragady- And I'm not saying I object- Germany may end up with some trouble. Here's a little history lesson for ya'. During the rule of the Roman Empire, Germanic tribes were spread throughout Europe. A Germanic tribe leader even overthrew the last Roman Emperor. As you can obviously assume, the German culture- ever since Otto Van Bismarck united German States with Prussia into one- is spread everywhere. Especially with World War 1 & 2. I don't think you'd want to go it alone for fear of a rebellion- French Revolution. Yadda, yadda.. My point is: I'd gladly help you." Fel nodded confirmingly with his offer that he extended to her- No tricks, no scams.

"I am not going to rule zem. I am going to kill them. As far as I am concerned, there ist not a single person worth saving in zat country. Ift you vant to help, get me in touch with someone who has access to either nukes, or a biological veapon oft some kind, something zu wipe out the people, but leave the environment in tact, ja?" she crossed her arms. She was not unhappy with any of them, simply unhappy with the memories that place had for her.

Fel shrugged softly and clenched his fist, a few imp-like creatures crawling from the dark shadows of the room. They all looked around and scratched at their hands as if waiting for a command. "I can get you an army of these guys if you can feed them. They eat human flesh.. And they certainly multiply fast. Consider that a good luck present?"
