@John Reese; I think I'm the one that needs you. XD I want to try SS farming, but I'm too scared. I hear you get like 15-20k per run. Not too shabby. Thing is, I hear it takes anywhere from 11 minutes to an hour. x ___x I don't want to get stuck in a crew that takes an hour. D:
@Daypaw; If you're going to have any buff, Div is what one person must have in the crew. Once you get used to an rr4 Div, there's no going back. Plus, it's needed or else everyone dies when they have no stamina to heal. > <
Healing Halo used to be crap. An update a few months ago made it a great ring. Good choice.
Same thing goes for Kat's Doll. If you load in and don't pass a certain line, the fight does not start. (To test it, load in by yourself. No crew so they won't mess it up. Don't move from your spawn point. You'll get the eerie red writing, but no dolls will appear until you move into the middle.) It's nice to have that buffer so that everyone can enter and buff up before the fight starts.
But yeah, be sure to not do that in the mill or you'll get chewed out by your crew. XD;
And yeahhhh some people..... I really don't know how they can die so fast. It's like they're trying to die.
@Fortune's Favor Ring; I found info today. <3 These are the stats for cl 10.0 rings at rr4:
Luck Boost:
Divinity - 8 luck
Coyote - 5 luck
Fitness - 5 luck
Fortune - 13 luck
Angel Set (wish, healing halo, hunter's bow, solar) - 3 luck
100% Ghi - 5 luck
If someone had all of those rings/buffs on, they could boost their luck by 39. (The luck stacks.) Luck currently only boosts loot drops, not gold drops. They're going to change it so that luck will also affect gold soon. I had no idea that it didn't affect gold. XD I swore it did. Buuut~ I'm looking forward to that change.
Also, fortune's favor is just like sweetheart. It will not soulbind to your account when you equip it.
There's already a noticeable difference in the orb drop rate when I have coy plus div on. I can't wait to add FF to the list. x3

It doesn't take that long if you have a crew leader that knows what they're doing, I once did it w/ a crew in 5 mins. ^__^
And I stopped SS farming after I found out about Dolphinmania. xD

@ John Reese; That's amazing. @ .@ I did a couple SS runs today, and they both averaged 30 minutes. x .x The crew was decent too.
If I made more gold from BG, I'd play it. My laptop can run zOMG without lag, but can't collect enough coins in BG. On my comp, I get 1k per game. On my family member's comp, I could get 2-2.5k for that same game. D: Sooo... since it's so boring... 1k isn't worth it. XD;;; (Okay, well it is. But it's borrrring.)
XD I'd love to play zOMG with everyone too. If not play, I'd love to just see it. @. @ It'd for sure be the most fashionable crew to hit zOMG. XD
@Skyscraper Opera; Mhmm. The rings got a major overhaul months and months ago. The buffs still do the same things, but get extra bonuses at higher rage ranks. They're so useful.
Also, buffs work differently now. You only have to use your buff once, and all the members of your crew will get it. You don't have to buff each person individually anymore. It's so nice.
You don't have to lump together for Div. It will affect all members of your crew no matter where they are on the screen (as long as they're on the same screen as you.) However, this means that the random people who stand next to you don't get Div anymore. Good thing is that the cool down is fast. You don't have to wait five minutes before you can use div again.
Oh oh and rock armor can be used on yourself. And pot lid can be used on other people.
You don't have to read this thread. I'm just linking it for proof that I'm not lying. ;3 It's a ring guide and it lists the bonuses that buffs get now. Some attacks got extra effects too. The ringsets also changed. I think the ringsets changed in the same update where all the rings changed, but I don't remember for certain.

Ah yes, kiting. I was dong that with cherry fluffs once I realized that they would kamikaze themselves on me after I hit them. It's a staple of any MMO experience <3
I tried doing that solo in the she-wolf den also; and it worked wonders until the she-wolf spawned, and she was faster than me :3

XD Yeah I made a soloist build from the get-go. I knew that crews would annoy me since I'd be playing with the same people we find on Towns and Rally. x .x;
I despise crewing because most people can't follow simple directions. It's okay if they don't know a trick. They can learn for the next time. But most people don't listen and repeatedly do the wrong thing... And they then proceed to flame everyone else when we all die. It's always their fault, but they refuse to believe and I refuse to argue.
I've given in and crew lately for the PS rewards. If I could get the same loot while solo, I'd go solo in a heartbeat. Sometimes you find good crews. Sometimes you don't.
Skyscraper Opera, if you can get a crew together to beat EB, I'll join in. I've only beaten it six times (eight attempts), but I at least understand the basic tricks. :3 I'd probably be better than some random person. Probably. XD I hate having the job to click switches. I refuse to do it.
And I don't know how long it's been since you've played. I've heard that the three switches weren't there before. You must have a minimum crew of three people or you can't even face the EB now. There are three switches that all have to be clicked at the same time and they're on three separate corners of the map.
Ahhhh~ kiting. =D <3 I love it. My brother is the only person I've played with that understands kiting. Well, my sister understands it too. I can't get my brother to play zOMG because he says it's too boring and simple. He's got a point, but I like the gold and items. XD
I got him to play during the zOMG Halloween event. We'd only kite if we were low on stamina, but it kept us alive. And it only worked in tandem because we both carry bandage. Diagnose would have killed us. XD;
Daypaw; She wolf is hard to solo, but easy in crews. XD Well easy it's okay if you know what to expect. I can't beat bosses on normal or hard while solo. u .u I always get to the boss, I can chip away maybe half the HP, then run out of stamina. And kiting won't work because the boss or the minions catch up to me too quickly. XD;; Maybe I'll watch some of the vids on that Kiting thread to pick up some tricks.

Last time I tried there were four switches, and EB came in 3 stages (I think)
It was before the choice of easy, normal, and hard

XD That confused me for a sec. Yeah, I just click the fourth switch and zoom my way through the door. I didn't consider it to be a switch. But, you're right, it is.

I have no idea what you're talking about 8D
-Has been piggybacking her way into papa saw groups-
I nixed one of my rings in favor of an AoE attack ring, it's nice. I also got rid of all my healing rings in favor of buffs and bonuses. Also nice since I never used the healing rings anyway, even when I played solo.
As soon as I can get ahold of a bow ring, I think I'm going to swap that out for my gun ring too....
