Everyone wants to bone Drejak with this whole "floor-material" issue.
I was last told it was some sort of stone.
Now I'm confused!

My advice is to roll with a movie-magic seamless tile with stone bottom, so that you've got maybe half a foot to a foot of shallow crater space before you reach FULL ON CONCRETE land. Think of the Cell games arena in DBZ or something.
Or just wait for the Staff. I'm not a professional!

Depending on his level of EARTH POWERS Vinctrict might get away with you having spikes of rock ( or whatever you do ) burst up through the floor of the glossy tile/cement. Maybe have some sort of delay, or, just have the attacks operate at slightly lesser power? It seems that that would serve the appropriate function of allowing the character to do stuff and keeping in with the setting.
Look on the bright side ( no pun intended ) at least you aren't allergic to DAYTIME.

If it's stone, or material of earthen origin, I'll be ok and his ablities can function normally. I mean, he won't be completely boned, he still has his weapons and training, but it'll be nice to have his powers, too. xD

Could it possibly be marble? Just throwing it out there since didn't see anyone else really mention it and Midus supposedly went balls to wall spending.

A little more clarification on the floor. It is, in fact, a marble-like material. I say marble-like because the floor is meant to be destroyed if a large amount of force that super humans are capable of throwing around is thrown into it. I suppose I should have added more detail on this since I wasn't thinking about everyone's needs. It makes up for the "no immediate soil" that usually softens landings. Underneath is soil and natural earth, and some stone, so earth users aren't completely gimped. You'll just have to put some work into summoning it through the floor, which isn't really hard with a couple of posts.
As for KB, this is actually pretty difficult to rule. Your character's weakness shouldn't be a weakness that is suddenly removed just because it will be a weakness that kills you instantly if you go into sunlight. If anything, I'm throwing a 50/50 ruling on this. The sun is shining at an angle during a different time for your fight, meaning that shadow covers the east half of the ring, but doesn't cover the west. Plus, if anything, I expect KB to be intelligent and just walk into the fight with a cloak on. That way, he has to realistically protect himself from the sun and his opponent, because I expect people to deal with their flaws to make a believable and more interesting character. I can't just give you a roof cover like that. A vampire entering a tournament is common. A vampire entering the tournament weak to sunlight is not. Therefore, they should compensate for this. Tournaments are often day events.

Did I put this in my submitted apllication for the tourney :
Bio-Kinetic Energy
[Unknown’s bio-kinetic energy is ki based. Its tied to his life force and thus using it drains him to a certain extent. The energy itself is basically matter around him moving at a fast pace, and when combined with a sold object it would rapidly move the particles until it explodes violently. Or when clashed with another fast moving particle substance, will cause a fission effect. The energy can be emitted from many parts of his body. Thus including:
Hands
Feet
Eyes
The energy can be used offensively and defensively in many situations. Unknown can project the energy in beams, waves, and concentrated blast. The only draw back is that unknown cannot maintain offensive and defensive behaviors at the same tie. For example holding up a protective barrier while shooting a blast. To much energy emitted from his body at once would cause an overload thus cause large amounts of blood to erupt from his right arm. This happens because it a natural reaction to the body trying to balance itself out.
Unknown can only touch inanimate objects to make them explode, not human beings. Depending on the size of the object , and the object it self is what determines how it would take to explode such an object. The amount of seconds the object is held is cut in half, thus is the exploding time of the object. For example if he holds and charges a card for fours seconds then throws it he has two seconds to find cover before it explodes.
Update: Seth is now able to concentrate his biokinetic energy through various melee weapons. He can also shoot them from the melee weapon in blast, and or wave of raw energy that can attach to other inanimate objects, and then explode]
