"I don't blame you." Kizu replied, grinning. She was a rather friendly female. He hoped that the other females were like her too. But...that probably wasn't possible.
"Uh...not at all." the hyena said, fumbling with this words, not expecting that. A nice guy? That was a first. But then again, he really wasn't being an idiot. That was probably why. "Stay as close as you need to." which he hoped wasn't that close at all. He always had a hard time sleeping next to his family members, much less a complete stranger.

"I'll make myself scarce. You won't even know I'm there," she promised with a small nod to affirm her spoken word and she shifted. She gave a frown. "I probably shouldn't leave Usiku too long by herself," she told him with a shake of her head.
Sure, they weren't in real danger right now, but she didn't feel comfortable leaving her alone too long.

"Uh..that's not necessary." Kizu said, "Company is nice..." it was. Much better than being alone half the time and being stuck with only your thoughts.
"I'm sure Usiku's fine." he said, trying to reassure Roxo, "I don't think anything here would really harm any of us." he said with a smile.
